I managed to find a hip-length blazer down from almost $200 to $100 less and a green linen sleeveless top. The prices for both- especially for J.Crew, couldn't be beat. Casual clothes they are, but I personally love transforming and pairing my own style with the unexpected to the mix. We were not greeted upon entering, and when my sister approached the register to ask about her pickup order, the employee behind the counter seemed completely uninterested in helping. After my sister explained she had received the pickup email about two weeks ago, the employee immediately said orders are automatically refunded after one week if not picked up. She didn't even bother checking to see if the order might still be there. On top of that, the store itself felt very dim and dingy. The lighting was poor, and several pieces of luggage on display looked dirty and used, especially the wheels. Overall, not a pleasant shopping experience and unfortunately not a place I would return to.
