I am a traveling nurse and I stopped traveling because of the DON it has been a very long time since I have seen a DON care for the residents like she does. and the social worker Letti she has the biggest heart she cares about her residents. She goes above and beyond for her residents. She just doesn't pass it on to someone else, Letti heart is in the right spot, and she takes care of business and it shows. My main complaint for this facility is that the rehab staff have a tendency to talk about other patients while working with their patients which is against hipaa privacy. I don't feel that is appropriate. Not all patients in the facility have cognitive or hearing disabilities so they hear what the rehab staff is saying. I think this is something the facility needs to address.

As a parent who is constantly WebMDing every sniffle, it is comforting to have a doctor who is as thorough as Dr. Morris. His style is always precautionary - he usually gives his initial gut diagnosis / prognosis and then follows up with "but we can go ahead and test for ___________ just to be safe." I'd grown so accustomed to the "diagnosis through medication" method that many doctors use - whereupon the patient is given medication and then if it works, great, and if not we'll try something else - that I didn't even know that doctors still did things like TEST unless things already weren't working. Beyond the simple belief that when testing is available it should be done - not only to avoid overuse of medications such as antibiotics, but also to rule out more serious diseases like strep - I cannot overstate the value of having a doctor that you feel cares as much about the health of your child as you do. When my daughter was born a few weeks earlier than expected, she developed jaundice, was not feeding well, and was losing weight. Dr. Morris tended to her as if she was his only patient, even though I know for certain that he stays pretty booked - even working on Saturdays. Dr. Morris is one of those doctors whose commitment to medicine, to his patients, and to his own high standards is evident in everything he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone within the Brownwood area or anywhere within an hour driving distance. In my opinion, it is worth the drive for the sense of security that comes from knowing your child's health is in competent and caring hands.

I might could understand if they matched my old prescription but they are not my old prescription either. MD was great but ordering contacts is a bad idea. I am completely out of contacts now and have no idea when I will get them. Previously I ordered through Hubble. I got my contacts timely and the prescription was right. I will never order from the old TSO office again. I am a RN and really need to work right now but will not be able to see to get to work or care for people who need care. Very disappoint in the service.

Well, I have never been astounded by something at a doctor enough to write a review, so here goes:…read more I have had a "severe, long-standing" infection in my mouth that took two rounds of antibiotics and an extra antibiotic shot halfway through to even get to 98% gone. It was taking up my entire person-hood! The day I'm done with the second round, I have an appointment here (had to reschedule once or twice-- I'm broke.) After getting quoted exorbitant prices in different places, this office quoted the least in town for a simple extraction, and... I've had an extraction before, but Dr. Hutchins had that thing out of my mouth in less than 5 minutes. It took longer for setup than the actual extraction! My last one took 45 minutes of work for a similar procedure. I even asked "...Was that it?" after Hutchins' work. The staff here are also very kind and describe anything you need explained, and also made sure the local anesthetic was doing its job before getting anything too crazy near my mouth. (I've heard horror stories from friends going to other dentists. I am very pleased to say that was not the case with Dr. Hutchins!) If I can keep coming back here, I won't be nearly as scared of the dentist.

I totally trust his judgement, and he appreciates his patients, and tells us we can call weekends if an emergency arises. His office is beautiful, and his staff is great. Grandson #2 was an early pregnancy, but the image detail and crispness of the pictures from her mobile ultrasound machines were just fascinating!!! My daughter-in-law was not far enough along to feel a kick, but we saw the baby just moving all over the place! Joy, is as her name, "Joy"!
