I will say the last 6 appointments I have made I've had to wait 25 minutes. They never say no to any walk ins. No apologies with the delays and it's such a repetitive pattern that I have no interest going back anymore. I've been called 5 minutes before my appointment and told "you need to come a different day, we are too busy" despite making an appointment 3 weeks prior to my appointment day. I always tip a generous 20-25% as well. I always get push back when I try a schedule on a Friday or weekend despite scheduling 3 weeks in advance "we are busy those days, you need to do a different day". The appointment book is in front of me during this time and I see no appointments. I always scheduled on convenient times that works for them, for example a Tuesday at 2pm. Even with these appointments I'm waiting 25 min or so. Frustrating.... Wouldn't recommend,

I was heartened to see the COVID19 precautions: all clients and staff must remain masked in the salon; extra time allotted between appointments for sanitizing the rooms; temp scan, hand sanitizer, and COVID symptom questionnaire when you enter. Despite all of that I started to have an anxiety attack as I disrobed for my first close contact with a person not in my bubble for four months. Being massaged in a mask was weird but not as uncomfortable as I expected and it was so necessary for healing my mind and body during these anxious times. You can feel safe here and who doesn't need a massage these days?

It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.
