You really can find anything in the Mall of America, even a good message! If you like deep messages this place can certainly deliver.

Always good, my go to place on short notice! There may be talking, however I don't speak the language, so i can tune it out.

The next day, my body was sore, a delayed onset of muscle soreness, which is a normal a physical response to the inflammation as the body heals.

No heat. 3) Their solution was to use heat lamps. The last 2 times I went, I was feeling that I was getting burned. I shouted for help loudly and in a panic, and it took a long time to get Dr. Yang to come. I was so scared. The second time this happened -same thing - a woman came to my rescue and said she could not take the lamps away!!!??? Dr. Yang came in and I told him to turn them off. Horrible experience. 4) when I got the bills, they had the audacity to charge $6.18 each visit for heat lamps. None of my complaint is about acupuncture, it is about how they run their business. I will never go back, and cannot recommend it because of these things.

Both did a really nice job - they listened to my health concerns and created a needle plan accordingly. It is an affordable way to check out acupuncture and go on a (semi) regular basis for those who are budget conscious - $16 for the initial session, $32 thereafter (for interns) or $15 if you are a student! I definitely recommend this for people who are curious about acupuncture or have been getting treatments for awhile.

I have been to about five other places for Accupuncture and Dr. Bian has far exceeded any expectations I had. After being treated by her, i realized that I had no idea that Accupuncture could be this beneficial! I noticed a drastic difference in my upper back pain after one treatment. She put a lot more needles in, hooks them up to an electric machine and puts a heating lamp over my body and she has me lay there for twice as long as other places did. She also does cupping, which feels awesome. She is treating me for back pain, weight balance, and emotional support. I have had only five treatments so far and I can feel a big difference. There is no chiropractic care here. I combine my treatments with Dr. Lori at Arts District Chiropractic. I have been to about six other places to get this service, and she is the best. (I will write a separate review about her). Working with both Dr. Bian and Dr. Lori has truly been life changing. They are a great combo.

Insurance covers the visits except for the co pay until that has been met, then there is no charge. She is a nurturing and calming person, and I fall asleep during treatments. When I am finished, I feel like I have been at a fountain of youth as my energy is up and the pain is gone or greatly lessened. The receptionists make it a priority to get you in, and they are friendly and accommodating. Herbs are available and the acupuncture treatments are painless. She will teach you methods to relieve a headache or other issue when you are at work, and is very open to helping however she can. I am grateful for this terrific and effective treatment, and I would like to share as I received this physician recommendation from a friend.

It would be more relaxing in here were it not for the busy Cretin traffic right outside, (at St. Clair) hissing by, but really, the office is big, the lobby like a living room with a chaise and a bench and an ottoman filled with magazines I would like to read (dwell, wallpapers) and various interesting games/books. I am intrigued by the handwriting deck of cards (you can be a handwriting expert in 24 hours!) and the deck of palmistry cards, which I am hoping will reveal why I have two lifelines and if that crazy woman was right in Alabama when she said to my then 18 year old self "You have a lot of changes ahead". yeah, no shit. It was also my first time trying this particular type of well was treatment so I I have nothing to compare it to. I booked a 90minute float therapy session Good: Made a last minute appointment and was able to get in so I loved that. The front desk staff was nice when welcoming me. They also have a vending machine that sells THC beverages which was nice. They encouraged me to use the bathroom which was very clean and well stocked. Then essentially explained what to expect while in the room and pretty much left me alone. That was nice. The not so good: An even better experience would have been to offer robes before going into the float room or something to get guest more relaxed before going into the tank. Or maybe a glass of cold water. I understand wanting to control water intake but it gets pretty warm in the room and you get thirsty! There was no soap available and you are required to shower before getting into the tub. I didn't realize what was in the shower was shampoo and conditioner because they weren't labeled. They give you a thing to support your head while floating but I think providing goggles or some sort of eye protection would have been epic. Maybe someone more seasoned would have know to bring something but it was my first time. So of course I got salt in my eyes. Very uncomfortable. There was also no sort of lotion for after the session I did ask about it and was told they had a shipment delayed and so they didn't have any of the things you'd expect to be standard at a spa. While I understand. It would have been a good idea to include a care note or something to give a head up. That was disappointing In summary. I didn't have a bad time or a great time. It was just okay. The float therapy itself was good but I think the business missed the mark on the pre and post care for me.
