I'd just entered the freeway when some idiot roared past me and cut back in front just as I saw the tire right front of me. No way to avoid. Smashed the front fender, back passenger door and back fender. Heartbroken to say that Sam died, but when I took my Mazda to Silver Lining, honestly, the name is 100% accurate, I was greeted by Lyn; friendly, caring and very professional. The advisor, Rob Gonzalez, also one of the nicest blokes I've ever met, inspected my car and assured me they'd handle everything with my insurance. Which he did. Hannah, the regional manager, couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Over the years, I've had other cars worked on, but none were as friendly, professional and expert as these folks. And my CX5?
