Quality of painting was poor, lots of overpainted areas and many large missed areas. There was also a mess that still needed to be cleaned up which was completely unfair to the elderly resident. Both of these were for top to bottom deep cleaning and they exceeded our expectations. The price for both were very good and their work is excellent. The house really looked brand new afterwards.
