The lack of communication and professionalism throughout this process was unacceptable. Important documents that I entrusted to this business were destroyed without my authorization or any reasonable opportunity to correct the situation. Additionally, I felt that I was treated differently and unfairly during my interactions with this business. Based on my experience, I left feeling disrespected and concerned about how customers are treated. I was going to get the shirts made there, until I searched near home and found Rialto Print Company. First, I gave them a call to see if they would be able to complete the order and have it ready when I needed it in 2 days. Not only were they able to do it, they were willing to come hours early on the day of pickup at 7am to ensure that I would get to LA on time as we had a full l day scheduled! Exceeding expectations, they were ready the day before I expected!! When I got the call, that the t-shirts were ready, I wasn't near and wouldn't be able to get there before closing. Jose told me to call him and he would meet me that night so that I colud pick them up instead of me having to wait for the morning. This was even better!! Needless to say, the shirts looked great! The price was more reasonable than I would have paid DTLA! As for the turnaround time, I had already reached out to several vendors in DTLA and most couldn't even guarantee that my order would be ready when I needed. The vendors that did guarantee charged SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars EXTRA "rush fee" ! The only thing Rialto Print needed me to at least prepay half of the order total because it was last minute. I had no problem with that!! Overall, my experience was EXCEPTIONAL!! I think I've found a place for my printing needs near home and that makes me happy!!

Even though I spoke with him and he reassured me they had my daughter's yard sign ready by Wednesday 4/10 and than was told on 4/11 it is being printed and would be ready for pickup today 4/12. I am now told to wait until Monday 4/15, they did not get it in. I waited almost a month the first go around ordering an item the first time with them. I wish I went with my gut and did not give order this second time from them. If you need something for a specific date and they confirm you will have the items by that date I would add on a couple more weeks to be safe.
