Sandra didn't know how but figured it out quickly and was able to get them done and printed out all while helping other employees who had complaining customers. There is one in particular employee that was beyond rude today when she was helping me. I have never had that issue before today. Charging me twice for a shipment, not asking me if I want the cheapest shipping. Then breathes all heavy when I tell her I have more items to ship-clearly I was standing there with other boxes in my hand. Then at the end I mention I have Amazon returns and she just acted as though life was over. If you dont like your job get a new one! Learn how to treat customers. read more

This UPS store charges $4.51 for a prepaid shipping label. Unbelievably expensive for a single sheet of paper that is already paid for. I highly recommend going to Fedex where they don't charge for printing prepaid labels. read more

Don't get your fingerprints done here.... They poorly did mine and I was getting mine done for my RDA license. I looked up my results and got a rejected reading and was told I would receive something in the mail in order to get it redone without getting charged again. It's been 2 months and nothing in the mail...... I decided to go somewhere else and they did it correctly. In order to get a good reading they have to roll your fingers side to side and they only pressed mine down and that's it. I'm out almost $80 and was told I can't get my money back due to it's the law..... that's pathetic I didn't do anything wrong on my end it was there fault so please if you do get them here make sure they do it right. I am never getting them done here again just because of that. read more

This UPS is the best in Loma Linda! Literally!! Sandra the lead shift supervisor was about to get off work and she helped so much right now by spending her time to helping me get live scan in so that I can turn it in to get a job! UPS needs to give her a pay raise for helping a girl in need especially in this financial crisis. Will definitely be going back here again! This is my favorite UPS store location. Services are always streamlined and easy every time I come here. Staff are friendly and helpful. I have visited other UPS stores in surrounding cities and unfortunately do not have the same experience. So although this particular location is not the closest to me, it's the one I prefer to go to and don't mind the extra commute to do so. Also, it's a plus that I can drop off my regular mail as they offer some USPS services. Parking is not too bad, especially if you're able to park in one of the 10 minutes slots. This plaza tends to be busy with the surrounding stores, but I don't have any problems finding parking. So if you are in need of UPS or USPS services with great customer service, this is where you want to go. read more

These ladies are so kind. There are times when the line is out the door and no one is sure why others are taking so long... but when you get up to the ladies working the desk, all that anger, aggravation, and frustration melts away because of those friendly smiles and kindness being served to everyone. I've been there a few times since COVID and everything is handled very well. I'm thankful they are still doing well, open to the public, but limiting their capacity to makes it safe for everyone. It's no exaggeration when I say that this pandemic has been a HUGE lesson on adaptability for us all. Today I wanted to take moment to highlight Victoria! I am a frequent (multiple times a week) patron of the Loma Linda UPS store, and now more than ever with online shopping returns, and for mailing packages for my small business. Time and time again Victoria has been the most helpful, patient, kind and professional associate I've ever dealt with in a retail setting! I've seen her in situations when the store is busy, slow, hectic, you name it and she always presented herself in a calm and helpful manner. Though we're all required to wear a mask, I still can tell she's smiling under it all and she always brought happiness to my day! I found myself leaving the store happier than when I came in because of how helpful Victoria was! The people who work at this store make you feel welcome from the moment you walk in. They both said welcome even the young lady named Kristten who was in the back of the store. I was surprised Kristten was not a manager because I've seen her training another employee before and she works in a way that clearly demonstrates she knows what she is doing. The other young lady, Adriana, is also solid and patient. Sometimes you go places and you don't feel like your business is appreciated or like you're an annoyance, but that is not the case here. It's the small things that separate good businesses from great businesses and as long as this place has people working there like these two young ladies they will stay on the right track! They helped me fax some documents, get my finger prints sent off all while still being courteous to other costumers coming in. I needed to send a small, insured item. I was told I had to send it in a box, not an envelope, even though the item was flat. The cost was $105, which I was happy to pay. Then I was told the fee for the box was $50, because they had to pack it. Nope. I can pack a box. The continued upsells we such a massive waste of my time that I simply left the store. I'll go to the post office on Monday. It won't take any more time or money there. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with my interaction at this UPS location. I brought in a package that I wanted to ship to my friend in Northern California. When I entered, I was greeted right away. Although, the three workers that were there were currently busy. One was doing a notary, and the other two were for some reason taking each other's fingerprints. They told me to wait, so I patiently waited. I waited about 10 minutes before the girl taking the fingerprints finally decided to help me. The package that I wanted to ship was extremely small, each side being 6 inches. It's a coffee mug. I put my package on the scale, it weighed about 1 pound. The girl smugly then said to me "ok, well since it's past 1, nothing is going to ship today and the cheapest option is with USPS that will arrive in 7-10 business days and that's going to be $20". I gasped, that is an INSANE amount of money to ship such a tiny package. The next option which will arrive Friday of next week would cost $28. I begrudgingly chose the latter, having the package arrive on Friday for $28. She then asked me if I wanted to ship the package in its original packaging. And I just simply said "that's fine, can I have a small piece of cardboard or bubble wrap to put on top?" And she said "no, unfortunately we have to charge if we do anything that has to do with packaging the item." She typed on her computer for a few seconds, then said "that's going to be an additional $10". At that point, I decided it was in everyone's best interest if I didn't do business here. What an EGREGIOUS amount of money they want from me to ship such a small item, the item being less than $10 to begin with! I will be going to the post office first thing Monday and ship the mug for a fraction of the price I was quoted here. USPS needs more love anyways! read more

I rarely write reviews, but my experience at this UPS store was so great I hope it gets back to the employees. Sandra and Kristen helped me to return a large item from Amazon. The item was in its original packaging (two boxes) and when I scanned my return code only one label was printed. This was close to closing time, but Sandra said call customer service and have them send you another label so I can process it. I called customer service and the Amazon rep was basically telling me that I had to return it in one package, but that wasn't how it was delivered. At one point Sandra even spoke to the Amazon rep and explained that she could not accept the return because there is only one label. I eventually hung up on the rep, and Sandra made a copy of the original label and had me take pictures of the items just in case. I so appreciate Sandra and Kristen taking extra time, and going the extra mile to ensure that the package had two labels. I will come back to this UPS store for sure. read more
