This might be the BIGGEST DUMP IN US HISTORY…read more.... Upon walking in. Your NOT greeted or anything. There was a homeless guy eating out of the trash as well as a line almost out of the door which looked like it had been shot out or something so it was covered by a wooden board. "SEE PICS" Also upon entering. You can tell they're NOT running the MAIN AC despite it being almost 90 degrees outside. Their thermostat which is clearly visible from the line was reading 80 inside which is crazy for a food environment. "SEE PICS" After getting half-way thru the line. The very low class kitchen staff mainly the male cook started yelling very derogatory stuff to the female staff in the open kitchen area which almost everyone overheard and thought was crazy and even started laughing because they couldn't believe it. There was also a loud customer too arguing about his food. Upon getting to the counter. The low-class starts to spread from the kitchen area to the cashiers with slang terminology from the cashier. None of the employees are smiling or anything. It felt very depressing here and with the very humid environment due to management trying to save money on their power bill by not running the MAIN AC and just running what look like a ROOM AC in the top portion of the wall which is designed to cool a hotel room and not a commercial environment. lol..... After ordering. I was notified that the lemonade machine wasn't working properly and did I want something else. I opted for a fountain drink and a biscuit. Here it's almost smaller then McDonald's chicken sandwich even. A COMPLETE RIP-OFF really. Also barely warm and not even fully cooked. The drink tasted watered-down and the biscuit was hard as a rock. Went back up to the manager and demanded a new sandwich. The low-class cashier staff started becoming defensive saying "Are you sure it's not done and rolling eyes". Complete utter disrespect to customers. Upon getting a new sandwich it was the same way. Just discarded and took it as a loss. After leaving. I was shaken down for change by two bums which I had to tell in a very assertive way judging by the way they were demanding change. NO. THIS PLACE IS A TOTAL DUMP..... Corp needs to close this location ASAP.
