This place is located outside of the Showboat Hotel. Though it is known as a burger place, it is better described as being a diner. The decor looks like an old fashioned American diner and they serve food all day and offer other things besides burgers like wraps, wings, and hot dogs. The breakfast here is actually decent. They have a large assortment of omelettes, chicken and waffles, cereal, pancakes, and more. And best of all, they let you customize your food. You can choose from several cheeses (swiss, cheddar, American, etc.) and even different breads. If you want a nice and unpretentious meal along the boardwalk at affordable prices, this is a safe bet.

Stumbled upon this joint while walking along on The Boardwalk. we ended up making two visits as we enjoyed the food served and it was priced reasonably compared to a lot of the other spots. They have two separate menus: a breakfast menu and a lunch menu. Unfortunately, you can only order from the breakfast menu before noon and you can only order from the lunch menu after 12pm. On the first visit, we ordered the from the lunch menu. -Boardwalk Burger ($12) - Can't find it on the menu with the photos I took, but that's what it's called on the receipt I kept. From what I can recall, it had both a 1/4 lbs burger and roast beef. -Tater Tots ($6) - We ordered a full order, as apparently there's a half order. Fried to perfection. That's all you need to know. On the second visit, we ordered from the breakfast menu. -The Titanic ($10) - Highly recommend. This was what I wanted to order originally on the first visit, but was told they're not serving breakfast. The tots were topped with scrambled eggs, chipped steak, fried onions, and cheese. -Bricker's Breakfast Sandwich ($7) - two eggs cooked over-hard, served on a round roll with a choice of meat and cheese. Don't remember what meat we got as it was not for one of us. -Breakfast Burger ($12) - 1/2 lbs burger served on a round roll, with pork roll cheese and topped with an over easy egg. It's a pretty standard burger which can become a mess with the over easy egg. -Giant Belgium Waffle ($8) - My gf actually loved this as it was super fluffy. She got it with seasonal fruits, which were $1.50 extra. The service is hit or miss. Some of the staff that works there are super friendly, while some of the staff members are grumpy. Pretty much my main complaint. Also good to note that they charge a togo service fee of $1. Don't know what that's all about and why they don't disclose that.

Turkey burger was thin and dry

We wanted something quick and not too expensive to eat and this fit the bill. I got the turkey burger and was a little disappointed as to how thin the patty was but it was okay, but their sweet potato fries were really good. My boyfriend had the boardwalk burger and he enjoyed it but it was super messy. The place didn't seem really that clean so I think they could work on that, BUT this is typical boardwalk food really.

This restaurant is inside of the Showboat hotel. It's serves its purpose when you're hungry. The food is served quickly. The only complaint is one young lady at the front desk doesn't give correct change or she'll try to keep the change. I went to the counter twice on two separate occasions & one time I had to request my change back & the second time she tried to short me $.10.

Disgusting service. The lady at the counter asking what do i want and she wanted me to repeat it because the lady has air-pods on her! I told her to remove it then she laughed at me said it doesn't have anything playing. Such a silly answer and this 9.10 milkshake that took forever for me to have taste just fine. I asked for a refund (milkshake took a lifetime) because friends are too far walking already she said she doesn't know and that's it.

You won't be disappointed! Good food We had titanic boat and western omelette, Delicious!

I went there when attending NJ Horror Con during the late hours. I will admit the staff didn't seem that all that happy when I arrived as it was around closing, which I get that too. So I went with their burger and it was delicious. The meat cooked to perfection and the vegetables were crisp. Just fix up the staff a little bit and you'll have something more as they've got it with the food for what I've experienced.

My Daughter found a hair in her burger. We stayed at the Showboat Hotel for a family getaway. The food is overpriced for mediocre service. As I approached the service counter regarding the matter asking if the cooks wear hair nets they said no. One young lady was like hold on we can fix it the other was like oh there are no cooks with that color hair and would not take accountability for the matter. The young lady that initially served us was apologetic and issued a refund.

    Club sandwich and fries

Although I should have not expected much on the Jersey Boardwalk, but we have always liked little diners. They have signs outside and the menu they gave us had breakfast on 1 side and lunch/dinner on the other. We pop in to grab some breakfast on a Saturday before noon and after sitting there for 10 plus minutes we are told they are not serving breakfast. No where on the menu or the signs posted outside does it mention times. So I go with old faithful "Club Sandwich" menu says home roasted Turkey, well as you can see it is deli sliced Turkey.

We got there for our 615pm reservations and even though the place was packed, we were seated right away. Our server Paola was friendly and energetic. We almost didn't have a good experience eating here until we explained our dietary needs and Paola helped us with the right menu items. :) I would recommend the Pei Mussels - Frites $19.00 with Garlic white wine, butter beans, fries, béarnaise, the sourdough crusted Italian bread loaf and the Apple Cider Glazed Salmon $38.00 with Smoked shallots, shishito peppers. Some of the classic specialties. I then received a birthday song with a candle in my Mango Sorbet with added blueberries. If I'm in AC again, I would go back to get the mussels and salmon dishes again :)

They also have a great $25 dinner special on the weekends, however we weren't looking to eat that heavy. But the live music on weekends at 7pm brought me in without the specials. We started with a down East blackberry cider $8, and a wanderback Hugo pilsner $7. We took our time sipping slowly while the band's set up and began to play. I think our server was more eager for us to make a food order than we were to eat yet. But when we finally did order, we chose a Tennessee Avenue tycoon salad and the "Phish" grilled fish tacos on corn tortillas. The salad was fresh but ordinary, with grilled chicken, blue cheese, egg and bacon. Spouse opted for some sort of orange dressing instead of the normal avocado dressing, perhaps it was the same one I loved on the fish tacos, a chipotle aoli. The Phish tacos were on soft corn tortillas that needed more time on the flat grill with a little oil to crisp them up! The fish was nice and white with good sized pieces in each taco. The cabbage slaw inside was wet, mashed avocado and so was the aoli, so a little gloppy but good even if it fell apart. These tacos are normally served with a side of chips, so I asked what options I had besides potato. Our server happily volunteered a grilled vegetable side which I loved until I found out it was an $8 upcharge of which he didn't inform me when ordering. That's an extreme amount, for not advising the customer prior. We stayed for a second round, I had another blackberry cider because it was delicious. Spouse switched to the Blue Horizon Kolsch, but apparently it was high test because it was $10. It was a lovely evening but, room for improvement. The band was fantastic, played all our favorites and we stayed a lot longer as a result of the great weather and the lovely picnic tables in the "garden". The beer hall has done a great job making this a fun hangout!

I stopped in for dinner around 6:15 PM and, as always, the atmosphere was welcoming. There's indoor seating, a full bar, and a fantastic outdoor space complete with games, a fire pit, and one of the best music playlists in town--often accompanied by live entertainment. It's the kind of place where locals and visitors naturally mix together, creating a fun and friendly energy. One thing that always makes me smile is the sign when you walk in explaining that the bartenders and servers may be outside and asking guests to let them know they've arrived. Honestly, who could blame them? With the fresh salt air coming off the Atlantic Ocean and the outdoor atmosphere they've created, it's exactly where I'd want to be too. Tonight I ordered the crab cake platter, served with garlic French fries and coleslaw. The crab cakes were very good, packed with flavor, and the fries were crispy, garlicky, and absolutely delicious. A simple meal done right. Everything was fresh and appealing, I eat small portions so I took one crab cake and some fries home with me. I did ask about dessert, nothing was available, I don't do sweets frequently, I'm surprised they don't request Momma Chocolate, at Bar32 to make some extras for days they are closed. My server, Bella, was upbeat, bubbly, and attentive throughout the evening, adding to an already enjoyable experience. Parking is easy, with both free and paid options nearby, plus curbside access. Whether you're a local looking for a regular hangout or a visitor exploring beyond the casinos, Tennessee Avenue Beer Hall is well worth the short walk from the Boardwalk. Highly recommended for good food, cold drinks, great music, and some of the best local vibes in Atlantic City.

2-Star Review -- Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill, Caesars Atlantic City…read more August 23, 2026 at 5 pm I really wanted to like Gordon Ramsay Pub & Grill at Caesars Atlantic City, especially given the reputation of the chef and the prices you expect at a restaurant like this. Unfortunately, our experience was a big disappointment. The seating was the first problem. We were initially offered seats on a railing directly next to a very busy walkway. It felt more like sitting in a mall food court than dining at a restaurant associated with a famous chef. We were eventually moved to a bench-style seat that was so low that we had to sit in separate chairs next to each other just to be comfortable. It made it difficult to even talk to or see each other. The food didn't improve things. Potato Leek Soup: Served lukewarm, with very little flavor and a consistency more like a flour-based paste than soup. The bacon pieces were actually the best part. French Onion Soup: There was more cheese stuck to the outside of the bowl than actually in the soup. The broth tasted more like bouillon than a rich beef stock. Burger: Also arrived lukewarm, which was especially surprising since I ordered it well done. The meat itself was good, but the pickles were easily the highlight--they were excellent. The burger came with one small piece of lettuce. Fish & Chips: This was the best dish of the meal. The fish was good, although there was quite a bit of excess breading on the ends. There were also gnats flying around the dining area, which certainly didn't help the experience. Another odd thing for a restaurant of this caliber is that there are no restrooms inside the restaurant. You have to leave the restaurant and go out into the busy hallway to find one. Again, it contributed to the feeling that we were dining in a food-court environment rather than a destination restaurant. The service was just okay. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was memorable either. When our food arrived, our server asked if everything "looked" alright, but never returned to actually ask how the food was. For a restaurant carrying the Gordon Ramsay name, I expected much more attention to detail and hospitality. Overall, I honestly felt the service was comparable to what I'd expect at a local pizza shop or an airport restaurant in Concourse C--not what I expected from a famous chef's restaurant. Two stars. The fish and chips and those pickles were good, but that's not enough to overcome the seating, lukewarm food, lack of flavor, gnats, mediocre service and overall atmosphere. For a Gordon Ramsay restaurant, I expected an experience worth remembering. Unfortunately, this is one I'll remember for the wrong reasons.

The variety is great and everything we tried tasted fresh and well made. Nothing felt like it had been sitting too long and the staff was constantly maintaining the stations. The service really stood out. Our waitress was incredibly friendly and very attentive without being overbearing. The staff working the buffet line were also all really nice and genuinely seemed happy to be there which makes such a difference. Food wise there were a lot of standouts. The chargrilled steak had a really nice flavor and the prime rib was super tender and juicy. The pastas were cooked perfectly and the sauces were light, bright, and flavorful instead of heavy. The mac and cheese is an absolute must. They use big shell noodles with a creamy cheese sauce and toasted breadcrumbs on top which gives it great texture. The collard greens were surprisingly one of our favorite things and we went back for seconds. So much flavor. The spiced shrimp is a hidden gem and definitely something we grabbed multiple times. The pizza was also surprisingly good. We tried the mushroom and spinach and it honestly tasted like something you would get from a really solid pizza spot not a buffet. The only thing I would say is the chicken parm is hit or miss depending on how fresh it is. If it has been sitting it can get a little soggy so I would try to grab it when a fresh tray comes out. Pro tip leave room for dessert. The dessert section is incredible. The gelato was rich and creamy especially the chocolate. The croissant cinnamon roll hybrid was flaky on the outside with a soft gooey center and the cookies and cream cheesecake was rich without being too heavy. I also really liked how the seating is set up. You can sit on either side of the buffet and choose between booths or tables which makes it feel a little less chaotic. This is definitely a spot we will keep coming back to when we are at Borgata.
