There was also an indicator which kept flashing on the dash board. John (the manager) checked on that for me and sent me a YouTube video which explained what that was. It reassured me that my car was ok and there was no other trouble to it related to the accident. It took a few days for the car to be fixed and I was given a courtesy car from Enterprise. The staff arranged everything and even took care of returning the rental car when my car was ready for pick up. They are short staffed at moment due to covid-19 but both John and Jonathan have been wonderful in making sure my experience with kirmac is seamless and great. My car was also washed and vacuumed which was unexpected but much appreciated.

I know this because there weren't any scratch marks or dents as there would be if they used some kind of tool. They managed to break off about 1/3 of my spoiler and made my car look like crap. I have used this Craftsman Collision before when I had someone break into my car by smashing the windows on my old beamer and they did a good job. Doug is really helpful and he's good about following up. They fixed my spoiler within 2 days and because they open really early I was able to pick it up before work which is so much more convenient for me than having to figure out my schedule around store hours. I even had time to drop my girlfriend off after the pick up too. They did a great job with my spoiler, a little glue residue left under the spoiler but other than that they did a damn good wash on my car (it desperately needed it). They also cleaned out the inside of my car too which was very much appreciated. Every time you get your car repaired with them they give you one of those reusable craftsman bags with a notepad and a mini ice scraper. I would highly recommend this Craftsman to anyone who has as much bad luck as I do when it comes to their car lol

And he was so stupid that he didn't even get INTO the car, (thankfully.) Of course the insurance makes you pay a premium of 300 dollars to replace it...! yada-yada-yada... These guys are good. Drive on in, go have a coffee (if you can still afford one), come on back in a couple of hours and pretend the whole incident never happened and get on with your life.
