(BEWARE OF MARK) I have been here a few times and never any problems but i just went in and a guy named mark was helping me i took in some old 14k earings a gold chain and a few more misc. Things but the problem was mark didnt even weigh the scrap he just tested it and wrote down it was 14g which it was actually 24g I know i weighed it before taking it in but he tried to rip me off very disapointed he seem very professional but when i told him i wanted more than what he was offering me he made a call and even mentioned it was 24g but on paper it was 14g but he gave me more then i should have if it was 14g of 14k i wonder why ? Because mark got caught he must have thought i was a idiot or something . So if you have to go see justine but dont trust mark he will get over on you if he can and thats bad business ethics because im not sure if i will ever go there again read more

Friendly service although I wasn't expecting my visit to take so long. What was supposed to be a 30 minute visit took 90 minutes to accomplish. The fact that we had to wait 45 minutes for our invoice was very frustrating. And the communication problems were many. However the owner/manager went out of his way to solve my issues on a Sunday when the business is closed. For this I upgraded from 1 star to 3. I was little bothered at the end. Don't believe they are fair in measuring and pricing my silver I brought in. I paid 500.00 for it years ago and just barely got my money back. My silver plate was 3.8 lbs and she merely gave me 3 lbs for it. Hmmm.....Left feeling a bit swindled. They give low returns on silver and gold. Go elsewhere or check around first. The guys down at Redlands Pawn and Jewelry offered a lot more for sold gold jewelry. The girl that was working really low balled me.

Saw ads around town saying they buy gold and jewelry. They really should change their ads to say GOLD JEWELRY, not gold AND jewelry. As with most pawn and jewelry stores these days, they ONLY want to buy gold. I had a diamond, they wouldn't even look at it. I had a really nice gold ring with gems in it and some other small items; they gave me a crazy low price for them since "they would just melt down for the gold, and throw away the gemstones." D: I took the same items to a couple different places (another pawn shop and two jewelry stores/appraisers) and got a higher price quoted for the gold on the jewelry. Sold my items down the road in Redlands for double what they offered me at a different pawn shop, that was STILL lowballing me. Of COURSE they give you a bonus if you bring people in to "sell" stuff to them. Won't be back, not worth my time personally. read more

OK so the girl who helped me was real nice and did her job well but when it came time to pay I knew something was a little off if I got into it ID be here forever bottom line I got 23 dollars for 59 pennyweight of 925 silver and after going to another gold place they quoted me 45 I was a little upset the reason I went to another place is she only quoted me 26 dollars for for the broken gold pieces I was selling and I ended up with 55 I just don't believe that's at all fair for the seller to split it half when you can go right down the road and get double when you sell to them read more

I had a collection of gold or silver old necklaces, pins, rings and 2 candlesticks. Had no use for any of them. I got almost $500, a nice amount considering I didn't actually pay for any of them. No, I didn't steal them. I did keep a white gold ring that had 3 - 1/4 carat diamonds with "pave" diamonds around them. Juan would only offer $90 for the ring, $15 of that was for the diamonds. That just didn't seem like enough $$. The only reason it was in the batch was because it is too small for me. So I took it to a local jewelry store and am having it sized for way less than $90. The jeweler told me it would retail for about $1500. Keeping it, plan to wear it. Juan was very friendly and informative, a very easy process. read more

I was "helped" by Giovanni. Customer service was bland, and I felt like I was another dollar sign. I was offered a very low amount of money for my gold. He assured me that I was getting the best price for my gold as he pressed the numbers on his calculator making it "seem" like i was getting the best deal. (Hey you can't bs a bs'r) I decided to call around for better pricing and I'm sooo glad I did! Giovanni questioned me about his competitor which made me feel uncomfortable. This was very unprofessional and awkward. I wouldn't return to this place even if they were giving the gold for FREE. Seriously stay away! One more thing, their scales need to be re- callibrated.
