We wanted to make sure it was as sterile as possible. The sealed kit comes with the jewelry already in the applicator - no needles and guns! Got let in and no one looked up to acknowledge me. The staff were assisting other customers, no biggie, but to not even say "we'll be right with you" or any sort of acknowledgment is disappointing. I stood at a display case for a good 3-4 minutes and still no acknowledgement. A little customer service goes a long way. They'll get it right next time, I'm sure. I will add that I would still recommend you visit this jeweler because they're a local business who offer quality jewels and other great services. Today was just a little miss in customer service. It happens to the best of us.

What makes it worse is that I later took the same watch to Time To Repair where it was inspected and confirmed to be 100% genuine. So either this place lacks basic watch knowledge or they intentionally lowball customers by falsely claiming authentic watches are fake. If you're dealing with luxury watches, you'd expect professionalism and expertise not careless assumptions from people who can't properly authenticate a timepiece. I would never trust this business again.
