The concrete repair on the sidewalk was done without framing. He promised to come back with a concrete saw to even it out, which he has not done. He has stopped responding to all our messages. He rebuilt a window frame in the garage with an exhaust fan. The frame has gaps on both the sides. Again, he is refusing to respond to our requests. DO NOT HIRE THE BEARDED CRAFTSMAN.
