Sensing my overwhelmed state, Sarah broke it down, guided, and extremely patiently helped me through the entire process. Sarah knew what questions to ask to indirectly get a sense of my gf, her style and what she might like. There was no "sales pitch" with Sarah, she sincerely and genuinely cared and wanted to make the best possible fit for me and my fiancee. Additionally, Sarah was extremely accommodating with my schedule for meetings when I could sneak away undetected and timeframe for when I would be coming through the city. Poor Liz had a run in with a wasp that stung her on the finger... yep, her ring finger. The jagged…read moregash left in her wedding ring after it was cut off her finger looked like an impossible fix because the ring has two different metals and a complex pattern, and despite this they repaired it perfectly and in a very short time. Not only was it impossible to tell that the ring had been so mangled before, but it also looked brand new! Really amazing work! It is also good to know that if you ever find yourself in the same situation with a ring cutting off the circulation to a swollen finger you can get help here and have the ring removed safely. We went to the hospital but it is good to know that jewelers also offer the same services. I also got a beautiful pair of earrings for Liz's birthday and she is ver happy with them and loves the design. Thank you for your excellent service!
