I thought I had all the terminology down (4-C's) when I met with Sarah, but instantly realized I was way over my head for what was needed to custom design a ring from scratch. Sensing my overwhelmed state, Sarah broke it down, guided, and extremely patiently helped me through the entire process. Sarah knew what questions to ask to indirectly get a sense of my gf, her style and what she might like. There was no "sales pitch" with Sarah, she sincerely and genuinely cared and wanted to make the best possible fit for me and my fiancee. Additionally, Sarah was extremely accommodating with my schedule for meetings when I could sneak away undetected and timeframe for when I would be coming through the city. I left Sarah's studio feeling so good and confident about every decision she helped me make, knowing that everything would be left in good hands.
