I was informed that the technician injured his shoulder and would not be able to work on a stackable unit and they just realized it last night. When the appointment was made a couple weeks ago they informed us that we needed to make sure that the dryer was not on top of the washer, so they knew then that the unit was a stackable. The biggest part that bothers me is that I had to call them to find out they were not even planning on doing the work. Avoid this company if you want your appliances to be repaired!!!

Somehow, the store doesn't think it necessary to distinguish between mens and womens apparel. Many womens athletic clothes don't use numeric sizes anymore, using S, M, L. It can be difficult to recognize that one rack has mens and the next one womens This morning I went there to get some shirts and a fall jacket. My shopping was interrupted by a saleswoman who asked me if I was looking for mens clothes. This after I had been in the store for a good ten minutes, mistaking some racks for mens and vice versa. I said I was. She then proceeded to try to explain where the mens clothes were. I didn't quite understand her and needed clarification, what racks are for men? For some reason, she took umbrage at my confusion and replied dismissively about one side of the store being for men. I asked if it included the wall racks. She said the right side of the store was for men, giving me the impression that helping me was low on her priority list. When I said, of course, all stores are men on the right and women on the left, another saleswoman chimed in with an "I beg your pardon." So I repeated myself. I had two shirts worth $200 in my hands and had come in prepared to spend at leadt that much, but after the attitude and treatment I received, I decided to buy what I had and leave. At the counter the saleswoman folded my shirts and then just stuffed them in the bag. I've been shopping here for nearly twenty years. Never again and I will tell everyone who will listen to me about this experience. Shabbiest treatment I've gotten from retail in decades.

Both the owner Paul and the…read moremechanic Damien were super easy to work with and both were exceptionally knowledge-able about e-bikes (which is why I chose to go to see them in the first place). Their work was excellent and price very reasonable considering the amount of time spent on diagnosing and working on the bike. I do have to say that they need more room in their shop....it's a bit crowded and seemingly disorganized. However, if you get past that, you won't be sorry if you use them for mechanical issues ...or even to buy a new bike or piece of equipment. Just a note...THE TIME FOR THEIR HOURS ON THIS WEBSITE IS WRONG. THEY DON'T OPEN UNTIL 12 NOON!!! not at 10 as listed.

We traveled from Lake George, NY to come to this new Game store.... so I decided to check out Amy's Cottage because I saw they sold Alex and Ani jewelry. The staff was soooooo helpful and patient... and I mean PATIENT!!!... I must have touched every bracelet they had...serious. Chose two and could have bought the case of them. Cute store that offers a ton of ideas for presents, or just because gifts. The best one of a kind gift selection I have seen in a while. This store made my day. Found so much to look at we skipped the museum, our original intent. This place has unique women's clothing, beautiful scarves, lots of gorgeous earrings. They also have candles, baby clothes, some kitchen items and much, much more. Our crew bought two hats, two scarves, three pairs of earrings a Bagalini purse and some scented wax.

just had the owner, Dan Rhodes, buy furniture from me off craigslist. Met at a 1/2 way, neutral…read morelocation. He was Timely and called to give estimate of arrival. All positive so far When we met the fun began. He came in with story of buying for wife, then complains that the chair is missing the manufacturer marks. (Someone say resale?) I showed him an email from the president of the chair's manuf. stating it was their chair, which he then questions what photos I provided them. After hemming and hawing and trying to to dicker me down 100$ on the price, we settle on the agreed price. After this he asks if the deal is done and the chair was his, I say yes, he then starts cursing at me, calling me a real asshole and what not. I politely(as I could to a Masshole) wished him a happy 4th of July and safe travels. When I got home and had time to reflect on the details, a simple google search brought up his antique store! Saddleback Antiques. Questions answered. Buyers and sellers beware of getting on the wrong side of Dan Rhodes. Btw- they have a nice vintage DR Dimes writing chair for sale, unless his wife likes it too much.
