She offered me many affordable solutions and took plenty of time to bring out trays of rings until I found the right one. I definitely did not want to spend a lot of money and was very clear on that and she was so respectful of this. I was amazed. Not only was it impossible to tell that the ring had been so mangled before, but it also looked brand new! Really amazing work! It is also good to know that if you ever find yourself in the same situation with a ring cutting off the circulation to a swollen finger you can get help here and have the ring removed safely. We went to the hospital but it is good to know that jewelers also offer the same services. Four days later I received a call that the rings were ready to be picked up. When to the store a young man waited on me, I told him I was there to pick up my rings repairs. The young guy took out the 2 rings and put them on a velvet mat on the counter. He gave me my diamond back so I put in on my finger. The other ring was still on the mat and a short guy (I presume it was owner/manager, walked over look at my rings and he picked up my ring walked away and put it on a shelf in his front office.
