The trees and stumps were removed by hand (ax and shovel). Most tree services use a machine to remove stumps that is wider than the holes our artificial grass for the trees. They found the buried irrigation lines and kept the lines intact. Afterwards the lawn and other areas were cleaner than before they came due to recent storms. Excellent work at a fair price.

They were thinned out too much. The large elm tree in my backyard is my favorite. It was pruned so that it is asymmetrical - one side is much higher than the other. Branches on the lower side hang over my gutters so they will clog. There are now suckers all over the tree that have to be pruned. There is more I could say. The tree was beautiful, now it is not. Hopefully all the trees will fill out and then I will have to find another service to prune them correctly.

The last person I would call was John's tree service. The reviews were not the best but he was the 1st person to call me back. What I liked was that he was available the same day to come to my home and give me an estimate. Things got better from here on out because he was finishing a job at the Airport today and if we could agree on a price and what needed to be done he could do my job tomorrow. We came to a meeting of the minds and he said he could be at my home at 8 a.m. Great I thought!! My experience could not have been better. They showed up on time. His workers knew their jobs and worked efficiently. They were very professional in their work ethics. My entire career was working with customers and meeting the customer's need, therefore, I am uniquely qualified to write this positive review. In spite of previous reviews, John' s Tree Services deserve 5 stars. I did not find him rude, disrespectful or condescending. His prices were very fair.
