Today I called Crown Locksmith to replace three door knobs that were in need of repair/replace. I was surprised that Russ was able to come out within three hours to my residence. Russ was very professional and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. He was able to take apart the locks and refurbish them to the point that the locks work like new. On another door, Russ provided me the option to save $$$ on using a used/refurbished door knob instead of a new one. Lastly, Russ used some of my old door knobs to replace the one in place....charged me $10 bucks for one door....(Can you believe that?)......I don't know Russ or his business. I looked him up on yelp and saw great reviews. Russ is a really honest guy and gave a great price....He also backed with a warranty. I would recommend without hesitation. What a great experience it was working with this company. Russ made the appointment over the phone and showed up as scheduled the next day. He had all the parts and equipment with him to make the job quick and efficient. He re-keyed no less than 8 locks and also tuned them all up! They worked roughly and were difficult to turn before he did his work and now they all work easily. He also made some good suggestions about how to key them alike vs different so we can hand out special keys for those working on the exterior.
