My front door lock is a really old Baldwin, I have difficulty to pull out keys for months . I thought I will need to spent a lot money , so never got help to fix it . My only regret is I didn't call them sooner! I've had a difficult door and tricky keys. The kind you have to pull door tight and manage the key "just right" for the door to open. By the time he was done, I could open the door single handed with one smooth single turn- I can't believe it took me two years to call. First I just want to say that I called Russ this morning and asked if he was available to come to my house that I just bought and change all the locks.
