We love Nick Jonas! He was super hard working, find it so nice that he volunteers in his free time!!! Didn't have kiddy cocktails so sad:(

Hours and rules. Owner needs to adjust this posted sign. Outdated and frankly stupid

So we are locals, I have lived in minneola / clermont for 24 years. My girlfriend and I and my sister and brother in law decided to have dinner at the tiki bar and then head over to the crown to have some drinks and play some pool. First I want to make it clear that this establishment is an older looking dive bar with Christmas lights for the indoor lights. It smells like a dive bar should smell. It has 2 pool tables and 3 dart boards. Also I want to make it clear that it allows smoking on the inside. I know this sounds good so far, but here comes the part where it goes down hill. First and foremost you cannot wear a baseball hat inside this hole of a bar. I found this interesting because everyone in Florida wears a hat. They literally have a sign saying no hats. You can wear a t shirt, shorts and flip flops but no hats. Kind of stupid in my opinion. Next on the sign posted outside it states open until 2am 7 days a week. Definetly not the case. At 11:30 there was this bartender with a bald head and a beard yelling thru the bar - last call. Now we are playing pool, half way thru a game and we are thinking we had until 2am. So we proceed to get a round of drinks and at 11:45 he started yelling again- everybody drink up and leave. At 11:50 the same guy yelled at our table and said you at the pool table you have to leave. They literally cleared the bar at 11:50pm. We still had our drinks and were not able to finish our game of pool. I review establishments often, I really try to leave great reviews but whoever the owner is really needs to reconsider their rules as well as the people they hire. Most everyone working there especially the bald guy w the beard had such an air about them. I have owned a buisness for 34 years and I would never let any of my employees treat people, who are attempting to have a good time,, the way these guys acted. I will not be coming back to the crown. I highly suggest you do not go either.

This is a new spot, and they're in the midst of a soft opening. Their sign isn't even up yet, and I had to add them here on Yelp too. However, we heard buzz about them on some of the Clermont pages in Facebook and decided to stop in on a random Saturday. The shop is super cozy with plenty of comfy ouches and tables plus bar seating, so no worries about finding space (yet). They have a great setup with tons of TVs and music while you smoke; this is a great spot for groups or a solo adventure. And their selection of hookah flavors is really strong all with a reasonable price. We tried Love66, which was just delightful. The best thing? Their staff is awesome. They were attentive without being intrusive and offered tons of suggestions. They were prompt with offers of drinks and refills--and also filled us in on some of the history of how they ended up opening a hookah bar. Just all around a wonderful experience! One note: If you want a full bar, they are not there yet. However, they had plenty of beer, seltzer and generic drink options to pick while you enjoy your hookah. Not a big deal for us, but it would be really nice to enjoy an old fashioned or mule with your smoke. We will definitely be back and look forward to visiting again!

Yelp Review I rarely…read morewrite negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share this experience because I don't want another guest, especially another woman of color, to leave feeling the way I did. I originally booked this appointment after attending Bella Collina's Girls' Night Out event. The event itself was wonderful, and the spa offered special pricing if services were booked that evening. My mom and I both booked treatments, so I was genuinely looking forward to this visit. Instead, I experienced one disappointment after another. From the moment I called for directions after my GPS brought me through the wrong entrance, the tone of the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. When I arrived, I immediately noticed the difference between Bella Collina and other luxury spas I have visited. There was no warm greeting, no orientation to the facilities, and no one escorting guests from place to place. I was simply pointed toward the locker room and later told where to go for my treatment. Those details may seem small, but they are exactly what separates true luxury hospitality from an average spa. The interaction with my massage therapist made me especially uncomfortable. She asked whether I wanted the complimentary scalp massage. I explained that I was wearing a wig and would prefer not to have it. Instead of accepting my answer, she continued asking me the same question multiple times. As a Black woman, that exchange felt deeply uncomfortable. Black women wear wigs and other protective styles for many reasons, and I have never before had someone fixate on my hairstyle during a spa treatment. Whether intentional or not, the repeated questioning demonstrated a lack of cultural competence and left me feeling othered rather than cared for. The massage itself was unfortunately the worst I have ever had. Instead of relaxing, I became increasingly tense. I found myself asking to stretch throughout the session because my muscles actually felt tighter as the massage continued. That has never happened to me before. The facial was excellent, and I want to acknowledge that. My esthetician was knowledgeable, professional, and gave me thoughtful advice about my skincare goals. She was the highlight of my visit. Unfortunately, the problems continued afterward. I asked if I could pay before changing into my swimsuit so I could enjoy the spa pool, but I was told no because someone would have to walk me outside. After changing, I returned wearing my swimsuit underneath the spa robe and was immediately told I could not wear the robe outside. At that point, it felt like every interaction centered around another rule or another correction. Instead of feeling welcomed or accommodated, I felt policed. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, not constantly worried that they are doing something wrong. Eventually, I decided to leave instead of using the pool because I simply did not feel welcome anymore. The most disappointing part of this experience was not just the poor massage or the lack of luxury service. It was leaving feeling that the staff lacked the cultural awareness necessary to make every guest feel respected and included. That feeling stayed with me long after I left. Bella Collina markets itself as a luxury destination. Luxury is not just beautiful buildings or expensive treatments. Luxury is exceptional hospitality, thoughtful service, and making every guest feel comfortable and valued. Sadly, that was not my experience.

As for myself, I have ordered the wayfinder burger on all 3 visits to Wailulu Bar & Grill and I have no regrets. It's likely the best burger on Disney property. My suggestion is to go with the sweet potato fries rather than the macaroni salad. I did not care for the mac salad and it was quite different from what they actually serve in Hawaii. The sweet potato fries are delicious though!
