The Zingers Mountain Melt was loaded and definitely satisfying, perfect if you're looking for something hearty. However, when the food arrived my son had a long hair in his plate. The server did apologize and offered to have it remade. The manager came over and apologized also. Unfortunately, by the time his food came, we are all done eating and he lost his appetite from waiting so long. The standout, though, was the Ghirardelli chocolate brownie sundae. It was rich, decadent, and the perfect way to end the meal, easily the highlight of everything we ordered.

The drinks we ordered were on the sweeter side (old fashion and espresso martini). Prices are affordable and the establishment is fun. My concern was the cleanliness of the drinks. One of the bar tenders couldn't get the block of ice to split, so she had another bar tender split the ice and use it in our old fashion. I didn't see any of them wash their hands before or after. Also they didn't rinse the shakers between drinks. It was also hard to get their attentions after our first round. Five bartenders and my fiance standing there for 10 mins with no acknowledgement. They were all lost on their conversations and drinks. We left after the second round.
