I have been going here for literally months and this is the worst treatment I have ever received. I asked for a mani/pedi and Andrew Nguyen did my toes and he did an excellent job getting all the skin and a good massage. While I was getting my toes done, another guy came up and looked at my nails and asked what I wanted (literally just white French tips on my actual nail), and he said he couldn't do rounded French tips. Then another customer walked in and he pushed me aside and said "we're getting busy". There were at least 2 workers on their phone. After my toes, I was brought to a chair and this guy started to work on my nails. He started very harshly and very slow as well. I have a sister in nails and It was clear he doesn't know how to do nails. The nail's themselves were ok but my fingers were absolutely horrid. He applied the acrylic and it didn't have enough monomer so it didn't stick and he FLICKED IT OFF. Before he even started, he was persistent on giving me dip bc I know it's easier for him and I said no because it's not what I asked for. It was also weird after I told him no, he started to make small talk even though he could tell it was very frustrating and uncomfortable already. He asked what I liked and said beauty and I kind of laughed it off but it was very uncomfortable. There was another lady who kept hovering over his shoulder and speaking I think Vietnamese (could be wrong) which also made me uncomfortable. After that when he was all done, told me to go wash my hands. I kid u not, there was glue ALL OVER MY FINGERS as well as a Knick on my pinky. I was going to use a brush and when I pulled 2 out from the "clean" bin, it looked like they were forming rust. I just grabbed my things and walked out. Absolutely ridiculous for 210 dollars between my mani pedi and my mom's pedi. When I got home, I scrubbed MOST of it off with a regular toothbrush. There should be no reason for glue on my fingers. I genuinely don't know how he got his license if those are the nails he does. I won't be going back. read more

My French tip was chipped as I was getting my nails done, overall they could have done a better job.

This place has definitely gone downhill in the last little while. It is Thursday, September 11. It's about 4 o'clock. It's still close to 90° here. The salon had zero air conditioning and zero notice about that until they were well into the service. This is the salon on Hageman is dirtiest salon I have ever been to. They had to stop my manicure multiple times to chase flies with a fly swatter. She killed a fly then went right back to work with a fly swatter on the manicure station. Nails of course are already cracked and chipped after 2 days and they used an old basic bottle of Revlon top coat, not even professional grade. Entire salon is dirty and unsanitary. read more

Just left here and I am not impressed. The whole experience was kind of stressful getting barked at from across the room to pick my color and go sit down. Went with a friend and we both got the same pedicures which was the "Firewalker" spa pedicure. It was supposed to come with a ten minute massage but the massage was terrible! She basically just rubbed my legs and dig her thumbs into my fascia without ever massaging the muscles! I give three stars because my toe nails do look good but she didn't really scrub enough. And when it came to tipping they stand there and stare at you as you pay them and tip them and wait for more money. I went in May 20, 2023 to get a full set. I got gel with a metallic overlay. Looked very nice. I paid $68. I tipped the girl $9. By Wednesday the metallic was coming off. My nails looked horrible. I came on Saturday to let them know. The manager or owner said the gel looked fine. If the metallic was only going to last 4 days, I would never have gotten them. I would not recommend this nail salon whatsoever. My nail tech did not prep my nails correctly at all and just got to work. He was very aggressive and harsh with my nails and every move he made hurt. The length was shorter than what I asked for. The nail polish is not even, there's bubbles of air on all of the nails. They aren't smooth around the sides, they're uneven and rough. Underneath the nails was rough and not cleaned up at all. And to top it off there's hair that ended up on the sides and a nail got something in it somehow. I asked for it to be removed and he wouldn't even fix that. I decided I just wasn't going to sit through a design so just wanted the solid color and was rushed through the top coat and didn't even let it dry all the way before trying to rush me out the door. I walked in today and asked for pedicure and gel nails. After sitting in a chair finally someone approached me after 30 minutes. I then got a girl who knew nothing about any of the pedicures and costs. I was not getting polish as i had gel so only a pedicure. Watching people come in one by one and waiting 30-40 minutes just to get started! Then the same girl did my manicure gel nails. I had to keep showing her sports she was missing. Now i have nails with large lumps, bumps and polish on my skin. I keel giving this place a try only to throw my money down the drain. She charged me 35 for a gel manicure. I called at 4:50pm while in their parking lot cause the time on their door said closing at 5pm and I just saw one lady sitting in the chair while in what looked like pjs. She said she would be able to do a mani pedi for me and my 5 year old so we walked in right away. right after we were rushed to our spots another lady came in and requested a pedi and a full set, then the same lady in pjs double checked with me if I still wanted a mani and pedi while rushing my daughter to pick out nail polish. Mind you, I've been stuck at home with my newborn and finally got to leave the house and spend quality time with my daughter. I changed my mind and just said mani so my daughter could get both. I'm sure the front says spa, but felt more like a rush of anxiety! She literally rushed me and my daughter and did both of us in 30 mins while helping the other girl and another customer with gift cards. If I knew we would be rushed I would've gone somewhere else or came another day. She refused other customer that visited so Why not refuse this other lady and give us the quality service we deserve. Went in at exactly 1:30 PM to get a pedicure with regular polish (not gel) and I also wanted a manicure (with gel) I selected the polish for my toes. As the man began to paint my toes he added a bunch of acetone to the polish. I noticed it was coming out super thick and clumpy so I asked him not to continue. He proceeded saying it will look better after he added the second coat. Well he had to go over it several times and it got increasingly worse. By worse I mean THICK so I informed the manager. He had another lady redo my toes but I had already been there 2 hours! I did not get the manicure because I ran out of time . I made an appointment at 9am we walked in and the floor was filthy. I got the pamper me package and I had one older woman doing my toe nails and she completely forgot to scrub one of my legs, which is my favorite part of the whole thing. I asked her for polka dots on two of my toe nails and showed her a picture at best there were maybe 10 polka dots on the nails in the picture. By the time she was done they looked like sprinkles because there were so many... I told they lady I didn't like it and she said she was going to put the top coat in and it would look better. I still said I didn't like it. After sitting there for about 20 minutes after she moved on to the next person the owner came by and was trying to shew me out the door and I told him I didn't like it and would prefer that it was just the polish with no design. Immediately all of the employees started talking back and forth in their language and made me feel very uncomfortable. The lady that did my toes came over and started taking the polish off of my nails very aggressively and getting the polish all over my skin along with the cotton all over my nails. What a joke! Don't waste your time with this place they do not care. Go at your own risk. P.S. they're also the type of place that doesn't paint the whole nail and it looks like your nails have already grown out! The man who did my feet cut the side of my large toenail and started TEARING IT DOWN TO THE BASE OF MY TOE NAIL BED. He said I had an ingrown toe nail. (I did NOT have an ingrown toenail, mind you.) He cut the side of my nail BEFORE ASKING ME and he I couldn't even ask him to stop because he didn't understand English and I didn't speak the language they were LOUDLY chatting and laughing in at that salon. YOU GUYS ARE NOT PODIATRISTS AND YOU CAN'T DIAGNOSE INGROWN TOENAILS AND PERFORM MINOR SURGICAL PROCEDURES WITHOUT CONSENT AND WITHOUT PROPERLY CLEANED EQUIPMENT. Now my toe is in a lot of pain and fighting an infection and I have to peel the skin back from my nail as it grows back SO THAT I CAN PREVENT MY NAIL FROM BECOMING INGROWN. The pain actually woke me up from sleep last night. This is RIDICULOUS! This has happened to me once before at another salon and it was a similar situation where the person didn't ask me beforehand, didn't understand my language, and just assumed I had an ingrown toenail. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY ANYONE THINKS I HAVE AN INGROWN NAIL AT THESE PLACES!! After them doing my feet, my toe is now in PAIN and the nail is growing improperly!!!! Now I probably won't get another pedicure again because I can't trust anyone. I will do my own toe nails from now on, thank you very much. They get 2 stars because they did a good job of removing callouses on my feet with their cuticle dissolver, the massage was ok, and the polishing job on my toenails was decent. read more

Went in with the intention of doing a mani & pedi, we started with the pedi which was such a disappointment, from the beginning it felt super rushed, like we were racing the clock. Definitely feels like they're more about quantity than quality. The lady doing my toes didn't even bother cleaning my toes! She barely even cut off the cuticle, & before I knew it she was already putting the color on them. I might as well have paid for just a color change because that was not worth the $51 "pedicure" I paid for. Once it was time for my mani I declined & told her I didn't want it anymore.
