Jewelers is a family-run business and you can tell from the moment you walk in. Everyone is so personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. They were not pushy or trying to sell me something. I decided to have a custom ring made and worked mainly with Chris. He really listened to what I liked and made the process so easy and fun. He was detail oriented and thorough. He kept me updated during the entire process and had great communication. My ring turned out absolutely perfect and is better than I could have ever imagined. Pictures don't even do it justice. He was able to source beautiful kite shaped stones which added to the uniqueness of the piece. The quality is amazing - I really wanted a "dainty" look to the ring and Chris was able to pull that off while also making the band so solid my 2 carat stone does not slide around to the side of my finger at all. He rounded the band and it is so comfortable. The sparkle is everything and I love to put it on every day.

Today was the first time I went here to get a watch battery. It was an old watch which belongs to…read moremy father. The watch repair person told me it was 10 dollars to replace a battery which was normal to me. After opening the watch we found out there were 3 batteries, but only one was needed to function for time keeping. She helped save me money, because it was an old watch and my father is 76 and just wants the watch to run. She was professional and efficient. I was also glad that she accepted credit cards. The employee behind the counter barely looked up from her phone (or whatever she was doing) before dismissively telling me there was a 12-shirt minimum and a 2-3 week turnaround time. There was no attempt to be helpful, no effort to discuss alternatives, and certainly no appreciation for someone who walked through the door looking to spend money. What makes this even more disappointing is that I have been a customer in the past and have spent thousands of dollars with this business. Unfortunately, based on today's interaction, that clearly means nothing. I didn't even bother explaining my history with the company. I simply turned around and left. If I wanted an impersonal, dismissive experience, I could have ordered online and saved myself the trip. Customer service is supposed to be what separates a local business from a website. Sadly, that wasn't the case here. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. There are plenty of other companies that will treat customers with courtesy and respect. If you're looking for custom apparel, I'd suggest finding virtually anyone else. Even an online ordering experience would have been more welcoming than what I received today.
