This was a very different experience: the office staff not as friendly or personable. Chloe was terrific but wasn't always at this location. It just keeps going down hill here, unfortunately. It boggles the mind that they keep the same front desk staff who refuse to smile and don't look or act like they want to be there. It's all gloom & doom in there now.
