The reason for my review being 4 stars instead of 5 is due to the fact the staff repeatedly ignored me when I explained several times that the insurance we have does not cover Sunrise Dentistry. Our daughter has a heart condition and the Dentist recommended we go to another Dentist that she referred us to. The office gave the phone number and never sent our daughters paperwork nor gave our insurance to the other Dentist to see if we could be accepted, but gave us a date to go to this office. When I spoke to the other Dentist office Sunrise Dentistry they told me they do not accept our insurance and we would have to pay out of pocket. Well this office that we've been going to for two years explained due to her heart she has to go here. Well I found out that's far from the truth cause again the staff never returned my phone calls to ask for help on finding a solution cause our daughter needed a good dentist and a place that covered her. Well on 01-08-19 if you want it done the right way do it yourself. I located another dentist who accepted our insurance, called her heart surgeon and contacted our insurance to see if for sure we were good too which we were. Went to the dentist and the dentist himself stated he can do all the procedures in his office with our heart surgeons approval to which again we were approved. It's good to know that Wagoners office staff literally are not helpful at all and basically lied about helping in anyway shape or form. I also noticed they stated we had to go to Sunrise Dentistry due to her heart which was false cause her surgeon had never stated she had to go cause she's been doing fine. I'm not bashing this office by any means, I'm only pointing out flaws or areas that could be changed in the future if they do read this. I again asked for help and honestly never received it, but they said don't worry we will locate the approximate office to care for your daughter. What's upsetting is when I was told her files went to Sunrise Dentistry when they did not and I had to call this office 5 times along with locating a new doctor. It just seems soon as they need you to go elsewhere they easily drop you like a fly and your on your own.

They are in Suite C1 of the complex on the NE corner of Eastern and Hacienda. I went to Dr. Earl for the first time today, and had a great experience in his office. They took x-rays and did a very thorough exam and cleaning. I felt like he did a very in-depth exam that most dentists don't do. They looked at the entire mouth health and not just how clean my teeth were. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentist were very warm and friendly. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. They take my insurance (yay!), so I will be a regular patient here from now on.

No voicemail for me, either a lie or just malpractice and negligence not making sure I don't waste my whole day on the 13th. I put this pain up there w/ my kidney stone, without the morphine available. I was at my wits end and was alternating between 3 alleve a day and orajel (which made it worse). This ended up being a cracked tooth (pre-molar) which only Dr. Jessy found. I find it hard to believe that in the course of 3 years and 3 different dentists in 3 different states couldnt find this problem and who simply told me to adjust myself to my tooth sensitivity by using sensadyne. I went to another dentist here in LV on Sahara after reading decent reviews about there sister location in N.lv on yelp. well..... thats a nother review but to sum up - he couldnt find it even after looking @ xrays. I walked in to dr. jessy's ofc praying to find out what in the blazes was wrong w/ my tooth that made me want to kill myself and he found it in a short 3-5 view of my tooth - even w/out an xray. He did xray this just to confirm, and indeed my tooth was cracked. I had a root canal and in the end almost a year later I had to get the entire tooth extracted and implant put in but I was just glad someone was able to help me. This place is definitely a pretty penny, but as they say you get what you pay for. I plan on keeping my teeth forever so its worth it to get rid of my pain and not have to repeat this type of hell ever again.
