I live across town but I swear they are the BEST OFFICE! It's my first interaction with Betzaida in front desk and she is a great addition to the team very sweet and kind. Gioncarlo the hygienist-He is just so incredible words can't explain it! He always answers my questions and is so gentle and he has this personality that feels soooo welcoming! Marilyn the other hygienist who took care of a more profound cleaning was just the BEST!!! She was very sweet caring and gave me great tips on how to take care of my teeth. Every time I go to the dentist I feel like I'm being judged or getting scolded like a child. However, every time I come here, I feel like I'm family so warm and welcoming and that's what she did for me. I can't stress enough how amazing this stuff is. They have a great group of people that are very kind and welcoming. You won't be disappointed. This is the only place I will go with my family. Have been a patient for at least 5 years and have never been disappointed. Dr. Pham is awesome and his staff as well. Up-to-date on modern equipment, clean, and professional. Steve, the hygienist, was very knowledgable and helped me learn the proper way of flossing (there is an actual technique!) And recommended laser treatment for my gums which didn't hurting was about 10mins after my regular cleaning. I LOVE Paradise Smiles! I had a toothache turned migraine that needed to be solved pronto. The office worked me in the same day, and I saw Dr Elizan. She and her team were awesome and nice, explained exactly what was going on and what had to be done. Came back next day to see Dr Long Nguyen to have a root canal consult and procedure done that day! Dr Elizan even stayed late to help me get my crown made asap so that I can make my trip out of town the week after. All in all, a root canal, and crown made + installed within 4 days flat. The price was very reasonable and they made me feel so comfortable throughout the ordeal, even though I was stressed about seeing dentists and this was was first root canal. This is a huge thank you to Zeda who was very busy picked up the phone and took care of me.. I had terrible bad impacted wisdom teeth and all 4 +1 molar would have to be removed in a oral surgery unfortunately for me i was already so far gone and in pain it's difficult to get and find treatment since there are not that many available oral surgeons in vegas I had originally came in for my emergency exam on 10-21 and they had me booked for 11-22 but by the 2nd and I just couldn't bare any longer.. Zeda and her amazing customer service saved me she took her time to call other dentist within my network she also found me a same day surgery appointment I called at 10:30 and by 1:15 my teeth were getting knocked out also she also sent over my past deposit for my visit I would of had with them witch meant numbers to me!! so if Zeda you read this or her manager tell her I said thanks 1000 times !!! Great family dentistry with short wait times and very personable staff. Liency is the dental hygienist there I see for my regular cleanings and she is absolutely fantastic. The front desk staff is very thorough in breaking down costs and insurance details with their patients, which has been extremely helpful as a young adult. I highly recommend going during the middle of the day as my appointment midday has never taken more than an hour from start to finish. If you can only do early mornings or afternoons, don't worry - they give you free coffee and have a children's play area. read more

I quit going to this practice for two reasons. One, they overbill and attempt to do extra procedures. My insurance covers a cleaning but they wanted to do a deep cleaning which was an extra out-of-pocket cost to me. Further, they do not follow the American Dental Association Guidelines of performing x-rays on healthy patients every two or three years. They insist on x-rays every 6-12 months when I don;t have a problem that requires that. read more

Customer service was horrible. My family and I was billed for something that was suppose to be part of our insurance claim. They stated that the issue was part of the previous manager and front desk staff for not correcting the insurance claims. With their mistake, we are now currently left with a big bill to pay. Honestly the dentist himself was nice as well as the girl who took my Xrays. But the hygienist will make me never come back to this place. I would 100% tell you to pass on this place as well, if you have any anxiety/fear about going to the dentist. The woman (I'm guessing she's a hygienist) who did my deep teeth cleaning was extremely rude and impatient. Can't tell you her name, because she never told me it. She came into the room in a rush, didn't introduce herself, or even speak to me until she told me to open my mouth basically. I saw the shots and got anxious and said "oh man just give me a second." She said "I need you to open your mouth" twice with absolutely no emotion or bedside manner; no comforting, no reassuring. After the deep cleaning is over she hands me a paper with aftercare, no explanation, and says "any questions?" while already backing out of the room. I say "umm I have no idea, I've never had a deep cleaning. I didn't even know it would be this extensive, to where I needed aftercare instructions." (How would I know? She didn't speak to me or explain the process???) Very annoyed she says "it's all on the paper." And walks away. She returns and tries to get me to write my credit card information on a piece of paper since the receptionist was on lunch. When I told her no, that makes me uncomfortable. Once again lots of attitude and said "this isn't part of my job". Then leaves to go get the receptionist. Most people already have anxiety or issues going to the dentist. Staff like her do NOT make people feel any more comfortable. She's been doing this for 12 years ( one of the 5 sentences she spoke to me) and I felt uncomfortable having someone as unfriendly and impatient as her doing this procedure. Very upsetting. I will not be going back. I recommend you do not either, unless hostile, impatient silence is your thing. read more

I was on vacation in Las Vegas and I had a dental emergency. I found this office online and they gave me an appt within an hour when I told them the pain I was in. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and take me out of pain. I saw Dr. Tazeen Ahmed and Dr. Quyen Pham. They were amazing and absolutely patient with my situation. I cannot thank this office enough. Everyone from the hygienist to the office manager, Freddie, were accommodating. Wish their office was located closer to NY. Dr. Pham's dentistry work is great, but his admin staff will give you and your insurance company nightmares. Stay away! There are unresolved dental bills from as far back as over a year ago. As an example, I have received multiple bills for this one particular procedure. All totals have been different, and not one charge has been itemized. Meaning, Paradise Smiles just sends you a lump sum bill and they expect you to just trust what they determine to be reasonable and customary charges. I have asked repeatedly to have their charges itemized and they have yet to produce. Bottom line is, Paradise Smiles will get a good bit of money upfront. If you have any money coming back at your final bill you will, number one, likely, never know it, and therefore never see that refund. read more

Thanks to Dr Pham and his exceptional staff my friends might say that I'm okay with dentists now, as they hastily walk away in fear/confusion because of your threatening gaze. Dr Pham made me feel at ease during my initial visit with him, and Tina the hygienist kept me at peace as she scraped 60 years worth of Chipotle rice off my teeth. I came in 3 weeks ago as an emergency visit because of a tooth ache that caused my entire jaw hurt. The night prior I experienced fever, chills, and tender lymph nodes, which indicated that I had a tooth infection. The receptionist was able to verify my insurance and I was able to get X-rays and Dr. Barba recommended that I get both teeth extracted. She had another receptionist try to find me a provider to get treatment that same day, however that receptionist told me they were fully booked for an entire 3 weeks. I felt like I had no other choice so I booked that appointment and dealt with the pain and fevers with the antibiotics the doctor prescribed. Now I came in after 3 weeks to my scheduled appointment with a secondary insurance card and that SAME receptionist that scheduled me said she had to reschedule my appointment because she had to call and verify my insurance. Why in the hell do I have to wait another couple weeks to get my infected teeth treated just for you to verify my secondary insurance??? When I came in the first time, the other receptionist did it right away. Other places don't make you wait a whole couple weeks just to verify insurance. I called another dental place and they were able to get me scheduled the same day and get SAME day treatment. If you need emergency treatment, DO NOT go to this place! read more
