They took x-rays and did a very thorough exam and cleaning. I felt like he did a very in-depth exam that most dentists don't do. They looked at the entire mouth health and not just how clean my teeth were. Everyone from the receptionist to the hygienists to the dentist were very warm and friendly. They answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. They take my insurance (yay!), so I will be a regular patient here from now on.

When I came to his office kind and professional staff greeted me. The atmosphere was comfortable and relaxed which helped put some of my fear at bay. Not only did Dr. Earl save me from the pain and misery of having my teeth pulled and implanted, he also gave me beautiful and very natural looking crowns. I went to another dentist here in LV on Sahara after reading decent reviews about there sister location in N.lv on yelp. well..... thats a nother review but to sum up - he couldnt find it even after looking @ xrays. I walked in to dr. jessy's ofc praying to find out what in the blazes was wrong w/ my tooth that made me want to kill myself and he found it in a short 3-5 view of my tooth - even w/out an xray. He did xray this just to confirm, and indeed my tooth was cracked. I had a root canal and in the end almost a year later I had to get the entire tooth extracted and implant put in but I was just glad someone was able to help me. This place is definitely a pretty penny, but as they say you get what you pay for. I plan on keeping my teeth forever so its worth it to get rid of my pain and not have to repeat this type of hell ever again.

Dr Bernzweig's office greeted me immediately, their staff booked me as soon as was available and worked with my cash payment, (my insurance is limited) Dr Bernzweig's manager, Julie, gave me a price estimate and called me immediately when they found my driver license had not made it back into my wallet. She was willing to meet me where I was, across town, as it was on her way home. Above and beyond on the customer service! Thankfully a friend picked it up and he's in a wheelchair, so they delivered the ID to his vehicle. My second visit was today for the procedure. This guy knows his stuff. He's staying on top of his research and is extremely well informed about your gum health and how that affects the body. I had no idea that there's research linking the teeth/unhealthy gums/periodontal disease to Parkinson's risk, or memory loss, I had heard it can affect heart attack risk. Crazy how important it is to care for your teeth. His approach to pain management was easy, local, painless, and relatively fast. He made sure I made it home with ibuprofen and pain management for the week while my gum is healing. I wish I had gone to a better dentist a year ago when the gum injury had happened, could have saved a lot of pain and difficulty!
