His team completed everything in 1 day and left with the yard immaculate, even tending to our front and side yards with no extra charge. Sanitizing the individual duct/vents was added ($25 extra for each vent) to the originally quoted package which he said only includes sanitizing the main duct, but I wanted that done after seeing the mold build-up on the vent registers. He also helped taking out the moldy vent registers because it's probably better just to replace than trying to clean them. Overall, glad we did the cleaning, though I wish it was clearly stated the vent sanitizing was NOT included in the quote, because the quote just said "...air duct cleaning includes up to 15 supply vents and returns, two main duct per single unit, sanitizer (to prevent mold growth)..." A little update: Later through the check-in with the owner, the owner Nick answered all my questions, told me how to maintain, and that we won't need to do a cleaning again until a few years later. Also after hearing my concern about the mold on the registers, he said the registers needed to be thrown out and replaced, but the ducts behind the vents themselves didn't have mold so didn't have to be sanitized, even though it was my request to sanitize them. I was told main duct/trunk sanitization is what they usually do and individual duct/vent sanitization is not a recommended practice actually. He offered to refund the extra charge for the vent sanitization that I didn't need. I appreciate that honesty and accountability.

Turns out they charge $30 a foot and my bill was about $750. They were at least supposed to quote me before doing the work but they didn't. I spoke up and they apologized for not showing me the quote first and charged me 400. I paid. And now that I'm playing it out in my mind, I feel like this might have been all by design. I think I was just played big time.

We wanted to go with trex decking material. They Came up with a fantastic design. They also had to build a retaining wall. So there were multiple steps in this project. They helped getting all of the necessary permits and dealing with the town for all of the problems that came up. Updating 5/12. They finished the landscaping. They did an amazing job. Attaching before the whole project and the after. It was an immense project and there were roadblocks put up by the town but yellow wagon helped navigate all of those every step of the way. The only issue is that he is oversubscribed and busy with many other projects. But he was accommodating and continued to work until late at night (with a 7 am start) even on Sundays... including New Year's Eve. His pricing is great. I had some quotes that were 2x what he quoted. I have been telling all my friends about JG.

I was confused by her question and asked what did she mean. She said "we offer a spring clean up with weekly maintenance." I told her we were thinking of monthly maintenance after the first service to see if we were satisfied. She cut me off and said very sternly "no, that's not how it works. We come weekly." I explained to her that it's my yard, first off, and it's a 7 x 10ft patch of grass behind a townhouse, we don't need someone weekly. She said "well that's not how we do things." This is my house and I dictate how it works, she then accused ME of being nasty! Her job was customer service, she should not be talking to ppl like that or telling them what they need at their home. She hadn't even seen the property and probably never would as she just answers phones and I'm sure is not mowing lawns or raking leaves. Last thing I needed at 9:30am, great way to start the day. Definitely would not recommend based on the attitude I received over the phone, I would not give them my money.

On the day of work, his team got in there and worked quickly and effectively on our chimney which had years of neglect from the previous owners. When they were finished it was like new and they explained to us how to maintain our chimney to prevent it from falling into that condition again. I had water damage to one of my room upstairs due to a radiator leak. I wasn't sure if we needed to do just the 1 room or the whole upstairs since the wood is all connected. When I had spoken to him on the phone he said there may be a slightly different color if we do just the one room. So before he came out, I asked if he can get us both quotes. He came out when I wasn't home but my wife was. He didn't measure anything. Look at the room where the damage was and left. He didn't look at the rest of the upstairs. I didn't get a message for him so I texted him. He gave me a quote for the one room. I asked, do you have a quote for how much it would be for the whole upstairs. He said he didn't look at the other room upstairs. I described the size of the other room upstairs and he texted back with a quote. I asked if you can send me in writing the 2 quotes. He said he has to charge me $150 for the quotes. Then I said, "What? Why?" He never responded. Just in case he didn't see it, I text him again the next day. He didn't respond again. Extremely disappointed with him and his lack of response.
