I just rendered their service back in may. It didn't start off very good. The gentleman who takes the order doesn't ask the phone and only responds via text, which is strange. And then he responds very abruptly and rude on the phone, but I brush it off. We had a three hour service that we paid for. Literally a month later, i get a surprise charge of a $180. I call them challenge this and ask them why they would charge me a month later, a hundred and eighty dollars.And they fictitiously created an extra hour on my bill. And instead of being polite about it, they were, of course, very rude started, yelling and then hung up on me. This is how they value their customers. They keep your credit card on file from months and months.And hope you don't notice.And then add charges later on.That's how they stay in business. Be prepared to tip 18-20% on top of the cost to rent a party bus. Owner texted me after we tipped our driver in cash. Apparently, it wasn't enough, and she wanted to let us know and offend us as well. She continued to call and text aggressively afterward. We spoke with the employee ourselves and Venmo'd her EVEN more money. We didn't realize the staff was not paid a fair livable wage and we were also supporting them as well when we supported this "small business". Would never use again. Would never recommend. On Saturday evening May 26, 2018 we hired Top Travel Limousine (after reading the positive reviews) to take our party of 12 (it was a stretch SUV) from St. Charles to a restaurant in Downtown Chicago. As soon as our limousine arrived and we entered the car everyone noticed the odor. It smelled like a barnyard. If that wasn't bad enough the inside was not cleaned. It was obvious that the carpet had not been vacuumed, the inside windows weren't cleaned and the glassware was dirty & the Bluetooth for the radio wasn't working. But it gets worse, the A/C wasn't cooling the inside enough to maintain a comfortable temperature for the 12 adults in the 90 degree heat. The driver kept telling us that the A/C would start cooling as soon as he was on the highway. Well that never happened on our way into and out of the city. Our driver also decided or had to fill up the limo with gasoline. The driver exited the Eisenhower Expressway on Independence Avenue (one of the worst neighborhoods on the west side of the city) and pulled into a gas station. It was obvious our driver knew nothing about the Neighborhood otherwise he would not have chosen to get gasoline in that neighborhood. It was also obvious that the limo itself had seen better days. The leather on the seats were worn down. The pictures on the website were either different vehicles or taken when the vehicles were new. We paid $860.00 dollars for a limousine that was subpar at best. The experience ruined a special evening (graduation party from law school.) needless to say we won't be utilizing or recommending Top Travel Limousine to anyone. read more

I worked with Top Travel Limousine for my wedding day in October, 2019. From first communications through to the last drop off, the service was outstanding. Chris was professional and on top of things the whole time. We reserved the 20-pass stretch Hummer and that was able to transport our large wedding party of 18 around for pictures, as well as shuttle guests, safely and securely. We also reserved a 12-pass sprinter van for shuttling guests end of night that worked out great. Money well spent, especially at their competitive rates. Don't forget to think about transportation for your event! Guests are grateful for it and it's one less thing to worry about on day-of. We realized we needed more space for our party than the Hummer limo, while we were eating dinner He went to switch the limo for a party bus. While he was going to switch the limo, I forgot the birthday candles in the limo gave him a call he was already 10 minutes away he turned around and brought me the candles. My wife and I renewed our wedding vows for our 10 year anniversary on Sept. 2, 2018. I decided to rent a limo for all the women to arrive together in style. Top Travel Limo, LLC was one of the first to respond to my Yelp search. Other vendors were either booked or responded afterward. Chris was very reasonable and was willing to work with me, providing that I only needed the rental for about 2 hours (4pm-6pm). The ride should have been a 20 minute ride at most and possible pictures before and after the ceremony. Well, the report I got was that the driver was rude, the inside of the limo was absolutely horrible, it smelled like years of mold/mildew, garbage was still inside from a previous party, she dropped the wedding party off in the parking lot ($10 fee) instead of the front entrance. My mother and mother in-law were also riding in the limo. The A/C was not working and the smell was so overwhelming. The driver kept telling me the carpet was just shampooed last night, maybe it didn't dry. If it smelled clean I could understand her theory, but that was a horrible smell. My mother has respiratory issues and had to leave the event early due to breathing issues and had to receive breathing treatments. She flew back to California The next day and 1 week later she still continues to experience breathing issue (mold spores possibly). EITHER TAKE THE BLACK ESCALDE OUT OF COMMISSION OR CLEAN IT THROUGHLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. People lives should not be at-risk. read more
