I assumed they were all the same and judging from the reviews, many have had a similar experience here. But... We were on a two-week RV trip and on the first day, one of the rooftop vents blew apart because it had turned so brittle. On our way through Spokane, we stopped and I talked to Jacob in the service dept. He helped me find the correct one and then got on the roof and installed it with me so we could get on our way and stay dry. I also asked him about the quick-connect hose for our outdoor shower. We never got one when we bought the trailer (brand new) and our local store said they don't come with one -- you have to buy it separate. They also couldn't help me find the right one to buy. They just left me to figure it out. Jacob's attitude was, "Give me a minute to look around and see what I can find." Within a few minutes he came back with the right hose and sent me on my way. KUDOS to Jacob. At least SOMEONE at Camping World knows how customer service is supposed to work!

From the onset, the service was great all the way from the consignment person, Chris to the owner, Mike. They not only made the process seamless, they also flew the owners son Cruz down to pick up the RV for us. I felt like I was being treated like family by everyone. We finally got it in by pulling on it. I called RVs Northwest where we bought our Nash 5 years prior. Don in service said they could look at it when we got there to diagnose. When we arrived, Don immediately had Steve, their mechanical tech check it out. It had gotten out of sync, he found the hidden control box, reset it and resynchronized the motors, then showed us how to do it if it ever happened again. It's been working great since. It took them four different time to get the correct one installed. My auto leveling was never fixed, I asked for two more batteries to be added, instead they just replaced the two they installed a couple of months ago, and I had a slide moving very slow. Called the repair shop and was told I need to plug the trailer in. Now i'mm being ghosted and can't get anyone to call me back.

There were several issues found when we did our walk through. The tabletop was not correct so you could not convert the table into a bed. One of the cabinet doors had been severely damaged that they claimed had already been ordered and would be shipped to us once received. The shower had a leak that they supposedly fixed. We got the tabletop in a somewhat reasonable time the shower leak I had to repair once we found they had failed to do so. The cabinet door never arrived. Talked to John the salesman several times about the cabinet door we were told it could take some time to get it. A year later no door. John has since retired. I tried calling to talk to someone yesterday no call back. We have had worse experiences with other dealers this is why they are getting three stars instead of a one star. I know the dealer did not create the problems, but they failed to deliver on the repairs as promised.

Dealer operates in a way that they "show you a good price" and keep marking it down. Then they get…read morethe salespeople to say phrases like "we're not making any money on this deal, its below Wholesale" "This is marked down so far, we're actually losing money!" Only to wait until you get approved through the financing lock in your deposit and use a Buy & Sell on interest rate method. You might get approved for a lower rate, but they won't tell you and try and markup the interest rate on the back end. 2% to 4%. Meanwhile they'll tell you what a great rate they you got. Once your Deposit is locked in, they will use it as an extortion tool to force you to move forward or forfeit. It has nothing to do with holding the vehicle before "someone else buys it" - False scarcity mindset tactic. Also fear of loss of method. Additionally, they will also use extremely unethical high-pressure tactics to force you into an extended warranty for your coach. Even if you Decline it 4 times, they keep dropping the price of the warranty to give you a "Great Deal" on the warranty and show you service records of how much this will cost you if you don't do it creating a forced fear tactic and feeling on win closing tool. If you're someone that doesn't like games don't stop at this dealership. Also; Don't use their financing, go to your own bank or credit union before moving forward with their purchase or giving them a dollar. You'll get a better rate, no backend 1990s haggling sales methods. If you ask what the rates on they will say "only way to know is get approved, they have so many factors" - No just call you bank and ask for a Current Rate Sheet. Go into your bank, credit union whoever and ask for a Current Rate Sheet with the Tier'd credit on it and compare it to the rates the dealership is offering. Clearly this company is all about marking up the points on financing and making as much money as possible on the warranty meanwhile promising you they're family owned and they'll do the best they can. They probably also have a substantial dealer hold back on the price or get a manufacturer rebate. Don't believe the "We're losing money on this" tactics. There is no money made on the front end; Everything is made on the back-end financing room of these coaches. Tools needed when shopping coaches; Compare units to local shops RV Trader or Facebook Market the Exact model/Features. Call your local bank or credit union for a Rate Sheet Don't buy Same day, classic sales where you leave and they drop the price or rate or add the "Extras" Don't let them Extort you with the Deposit.
