Would not recommend, this dealer to no one. Problems started with long time salesman, Then when sales manager got involved, he did not believe me or my wife, and things just got worse. The trailer we bought was poorly built Starcraft, and noticed things the day we got it home. Staples in ceiling, caulked over to hide staples, and they were so visibly noticeable our freinds notice the first time it was looked at. Paneling on kitchen side wall bulging from an un attached panel, no stud even at seam. Wall paper coming un done at flooring . My wife only put 2 small saucein overhead above sink, next day bottom dropped out of cabinet two staple shots neither hit a thing. Gaps in paneling, all around bed, bathroom & where cabinets mounted. Dinette blinds and curtian.s fell off wall 3 night home. Also we found someone had drilled holes in underbelly plastic so water can drain the trailer has water leaks. I called Click It to express my displeasure. The guy who was working filling in said on Friday he would have someone call Monday. next Friday at the dentist a week later my phone had two missed calls with no message. It was Click It with no voice mail left. Since all this has happened we have called the factory and listed more than this. Bottom Line we will never do business with Click It RV again read more

I've taken my trailer into this place several times and the service has just went into the ditch. My tongue jack was bent by this place. It took them four different time to get the correct one installed. My auto leveling was never fixed, I asked for two more batteries to be added, instead they just replaced the two they installed a couple of months ago, and I had a slide moving very slow. Called the repair shop and was told I need to plug the trailer in. Now i'mm being ghosted and can't get anyone to call me back. read more

place I would not recommend to anyone The first MH we got was in union Gap and It took over a month to get it The service dept was very slow. We had this one over a year. So in order to decease our costs we thought on another MH at Moses Lake might be better, Wrong . So we bought one on Aug 23. What a nightmare. We traded in our MH and they called and said they had to order parts. Two Weeks later they said that the MH was in Spokane at Cummings to fix Generator. We finally took our MH and signed it off to them on September 23rd. We finally got a PDI to pick up the MH on Oct. 2nd. When we got there the water on the MH was not working and the did not fix all the items. We asked about the pay off on our other MH as it was not paid off. We were told to make another payment as the girl who signs checks is on vacation. I am not rich, they expect me to make two MH payments because they cannot get their act together. Well today is Oct 9th and the Motorhome is not paid off yet. No one seems to care if my credit get messes up because of them. I am confused though I notice that they have our MH on line for sale, how do you do that when you haven't paid it off yet. Not a good way to run a business Pissed off read more

I had a mis fortune of damaging my grand design 5th wheel on the way to Spokane Washington. Once you're riding at my destination I contacted grand design back in Indiana and they recommended I contact click IT RV. My insurance company did not conduct business in Washington state and therefore took 4 estimators to Come to an agreement on repairs and cost and 3 months to agree to costs. The cost of repairs were not out of line it was all the insurance company dragging their knuckles Since they didn't do business in the state of Washington everything was done over the phone be a email and then quitting of The estimated along the line. Once you agree it was made click it It would take 4 weeks Make repairs. The gentleman that I worked with at clickett RV with Steve Yamada Steve was awesome to work with I called him every week sometimes twice a week checking on the progress and was more than gracious and upfront and honest with me every time on Timeline what was holding things up and what I could do to make things move along including contact insurance company to help him get the appropriate going. My son lives in the area was the reason for the visit in the 1st place and when my son would stop by to check on the repairs and look over the progress Steve was more than happy to show him around and give him a tour and update. The date I was given and agreed to was 6 weeks As we need agreed to Considering all the parts in materials were coming from back east I told Steve it was going to take 6 weeks rather than 4 to get this done. And it was 6 weeks to the day. Grand design was awesome for them to deal with they were awesome with me in suggesting click ITRV and the other RV companies to stay away from in the area as they have received negative feedback from other grand design owners. When my wife's son and I went to pick up The 5th wheel They had it out ready for inspection And gave us the full background on everything they did For repairs from The pictures they took when they received it to pictures they took along the way of the repair to the final product. To look at the final completed product you could not tell that anything ever happened to my RV and it looks like it should coming right off the factory Production line. The manager Wax Came out with Steve and walk the 3 of us through The repairs And look over the repairs and make sure that everything seem to work and to let us know that if we had any issues to contact them They would take care of it.1 of the propane tanks filled at purchasing RV company was over tightened and could not be opened by hand. This is for Spokane and Moses Lake. Our first issue was when we went to pick up our trailer, it was filthy. A few weeks later I get a call that my parts were in. I was confused and told her she had the wrong person. She called back and told me that a few things were broken and we needed to schedule a service. None of this was disclosed prior. We made a list of things to be repaired as we used it. Things varied from small concerns to water leaks in the windows and water filtration. We dropped our trailer off for repair. This is where the nightmare began. I will preface this by saying I am in an industry parallel to rv repair. I knew about the part and labor shortages. 5 months later I call. "Wait, you don't have your trailer? I thought you picked it up." No! I hadn't received ONE call about my trailer. He says, "Let me call you back". Fast forward a week, no response. I call again. He says they have my trailer. I asked if the work was done. He has no idea. "Let me have them look it over and verify." Fast forward 2 weeks. I call again. They don't know. "Is the recall done?" I ask. He then asked me if I requested it (first off a customer should never request an NHTSA issued recall, and second, yes, I did). This back and forth goes on for months.... every time I called it was the same story: let me verify the work was done- oh our warranty girl is new, oh the warranty girl left so thats why this is a mess, oh we have a new warranty girl- this will be handled asap. I didn't regain possession of my trailer until A YEAR LATER. When I went to get my trailer I was devastated. Trim was coming off, seals were broken and it was filthy. When I said something, the manager said that it sat in the sun for a summer so that's "normal". I replied "you can understand my upset that I dropped it off in New condition and a year later this is what I find?" He did not care. I asked line by line what they did to repair my rig. He said they fixed everything. My husband asked again about the recall. Yup- it's done. I asked for the repair order. He told me i didn't need it, There's no balance. I told him I needed it. He brings me a repair order dated May. Not November when I dropped it off. I asked where the original was and he said "you dont need it, it was just closed out because we got a new system". I insisted. 1st repair order closed in December. New one opened in May-5 months my trailer is unaccounted for. There was also a note on the RO that said "RO closed, unit moved to Spokane". So my educated assumption is that my unit was moved to Spokane. So Moses Lake didn't have reason to keep tabs on it and forgot about it- hence the confusion when I called in April. I called Spokane to see what paperwork they had- and nothing. My 1st RO listed out all the items I requested, with resolutions stating things were replaced or fixed. The 2nd RO said "Couldn't duplicate" "manufacturer defect" on most items. So this caused me to raise an eyebrow. What work was or wasn't done on my trailer? I get home, and decide to look over the work done. I find the recall info online and THEY DIDN'T PERFORM THE RECALL. I bring my trailer to a different verified dealer. When we do a walk around I see that there is PAINT ON THE CORNER OF MY TRAILER. It was covering the caulking and you could see a brush stroke on the foam insulation for a door. My trailer was damaged by Click-It, was covered up- and never disclosed. I pay the new shop $400 to go over my repair order. 80% of the reported repairs werent actually done. I get a quote for repairs for $2,750. At this point I am out of warranty, and I have no trust for Click-it. To add salt to the wound- click-it replaced a light bar. They did such a bad job, water was dripping into my trailer. So a year later, repairs not done, another trip to another service center, recall not completed, out 400$ cash, paid for a trailer I couldn't use for over a year (took time at the second shop), and now I had water dripping in my trailer. I am working to get a refund on my extended service warranty I purchased. I requested June 2nd. July 7th I get a call after multiple emails I sent. The woman told me I should have it in a week. August I call again. This woman tells me that's not possible because the paperwork wasn't submitted until July 14th. But her "hands were tied" and now they were waiting on the company. I told her their hands weren't tied when I submitted the paperwork 2 MONTHS AGO. She cites turnover- to which I told her I am used to this song and dance, and I just want my money. Supposedly I will have my check this week. Click it staff are liers and full of excuses and no drive for accountability or amends. I am appalled at the lack of organization, honesty, empathy, and integrity. Management clearly is not paying attention to their team or their customers. I hope this review deters you from ever supporting this shady business. read more

The sales and parts department folks are amazing! Good store. The front secretary was nice. They have individual sofas for rv's and trailers that are out so you can sit on them and decide if you want to buy it or not. Heck of a lot more affordable than Lazyboy, Mor furniture etc. read more

A very curious encounter and not sure how to interpret it, but we scheduled a "free" inspection because they advertised it was for safety. Ok we took our trailer in with no visible damage and all of a sudden we had a broken vent and damaged trim. The ONLY way that trim piece could have been damaged was to put a screwdriver in there and pry it out! I hate to even think what I'm thinking so draw your own conclusions. They tried to get over $1,000 of repairs out of us for a free inspection. We had no choice but to the repair the two items that magically broke from when we left home til we got it there - only 3 miles away and that was almost $200 just for that. read more

I brought my travel trailer here for a repair on a leak under the shower. Unfortunately, after I had dropped it off, I mentioned to my friend where I took it and she said how bad an idea that was, and she wasn't kidding. Well, they cut a panel out of the bottom to remove the soggy insulation and fix the repair. Great! But then to close up, they sealed the panel with... DUCT TAPE. Guess how long that lasted? DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!! A handful of months ago, we bought a used 5th wheel and it is now broken down in our driveway. We bought the extended warranty, thank goodness, but we still do not have a properly functioning rv. Each time we've taken our 5th wheel in for repairs, items are NOT Fixed properly AND it has sat on their lot without anything happening for 2 months. I took my Tiffin Allegro Bus 43qgp in for service with these guys 11/2/20. Had them winterize it, and replace the electric blind motor in one of my window shades. Well their tech decided the way to get to my blind motor was to take a pry bar, and pry the top of my window valance off. He then used the bottom of my cherry wood cabinet for leverage which scraped up the bottom of my cabinet really bad in two places, not to mention chipping, and ruining my window valance. I guess just taking out the 4 screws that held in on was going to take to long. Long story short here he never did even replace the electric motor I supplied, but I still got charged $104.00 for his attempt. But the best part is the $4,960.62 in damage they did, that's Tiffin's estimate to fix everything was free. So their service manager tells me to get an estimate from Tiffin which I did, here's his text to me from him. "Hi Mike, my general manager said to let us know how much the repairs are gonna be and we will take care of that bill. If you want Tiffin to contact us about the bill then just give them our contact information. I'm really sorry about all this and hope to work it out to your satisfaction." He also states in his text that they'll refund the $104.00 for blind motor portion, which to my knowledge still hasn't happened. Well after the GM Clint Moch see's the quote he say's he's only authorized up to $500.00 to remedy a problem, that he had to talk with the three owners and get back with me. Well they were in no hurry, I would let a few days go by check in getting the run around each time. Finally my last conversation I state I'm tired of getting the run around, Clint gets rude tells me "Just do what you have to do then!" So I say what you guys think you can just F up my motorhome, and I'm going to just live with it? He hangs up on me. No problem hired an attorney he served them a demand letter 11/18/20 to resolve the issues, they don't even respond to my attorney. So I was left with no other choice but to sue them. Here we are 1/21/21 with no attempt on their part to make things right. I will say their service manager Mike does seem to have some integrity, I believe he did want to make things right but he could only do so much. Can't say the same for their upper management, and owners which is very unfortunate. I always like to see local businesses succeed, and like to support. I'm regretting my choice with these guys, so beware. I will update this review once we go to court. Pictures of damage are posted for your review. This whole thing still just blows my mind, that somebody is even capable of doing something like this to someone else's property and be called a technician. If I could leave a -100 review I would. This company as you can see by their reviews are nothing but a bunch of crooks. I paid 180k for a Holiday Rambler Navigator with a guarantee in writing from their sales manager that they tested everything on the coach and RYAN GUARANTEED THAT EVERYTHING WORKED ON THE COACH. It's been over a year and I haven't even taken it out yet. EVERYTHING DIDN'T WORK!!!! I have spent $15k changing shocks, air bags, air conditioning compressor, 2 coach AC units , generator voltage regulator, transfer switch, batteries. IMHO THESE PEOPLE DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUISNESS. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT.I ask for a reimbursement of $3500 for money I recently paid out and Dan one of the owners was going to do it but he wanted me to sign a waiver stating that I COULDN'T DISPARAGE HIS COMPANY. This place is an absolute joke! In short, they sold us something that they were not prepared to deliver. After agreeing to a deal, we completed the paperwork, and provided our down payment, and shook the salesman's hand. "Someone will call you in a day or two to schedule your delivery" turned into "the end of the week" which turned into "we had to order parts, they'll be at least a week" The manager explains: "It's not like a car lot, we don't go through these until we sell them" That seems backwards to me, but okay... Since nobody called me with any updates, I kind of felt like I needed to babysit them. So after calling everyday, and getting the run around, they were finally ready to schedule a delivery nearly TWO weeks after the sale. Great! But.....when I took this morning off of work and arrived at the agreed upon delivery time, you guessed it! "They're still working on it" Imagine that! I'm not surprised at this point, but I am angry. Having taken the time off work, this goat rope is actually costing me even more money. So I hang out for about an hour, until someone from the service department comes to tell me that the furnace is leaking, and they'll need to order a new one. We purchased a 40 ft. Heartland Torque from Click-it during their show down at the convention center. We were pretty excited to have finally pulled the trigger on this purchase as it had been awhile to save etc. That's when the eurphoria unfortunately ends, once you need service of any sort you might as well just do it yourself. We made an appointment to get some minor things taken care of eg: window seal, middle jacks not deploying, lights not working things like that. Two weeks after the appointment date I call and some gal sounds like she's stoned says they haven't got to it yet. It's not that I don't understand the shortage of available employees and the current economic hardships everyone is going through, it's just that if you know you aren't able to work on it for two weeks after an appointment is made then simply schedule the appointment further out. I mean come on, if you can't predict your ability to service what you got going then why are you in business to begin with. At the time of this review, which is going on three weeks now we still haven't seen any movement towards getting anything done..... Didn't have a problem with the sale of the trailer, sales and that team were fine, just don't plan on actually "Using" your camper any time soon if it's in the service department. read more

Everyone needs a big favor one time or another. Mine was last week when a patch on my 5th wheel roof quickly turned into a complete roof replacement! I'm disabled and this was the last expense I needed. But with literally, one phone call to Margo Stark at Clickit RV, I was given a very generous discount and rush shipment of the materials. I took my RV in for potential repair of a loose windshield. While they said they'd work on that, they immediately inspected the roof and said I needed new sealant applied. They said it would be cleaned and reapplied and require about 2 hours of service. After multiple phone calls and waiting two weeks for the work to be done, I received a $423 bill for 2.5 hours of work to "clean and reseal" the roof transitions. It really looks to me like they spent very little time "cleaning" and just squeezed the new sealant directly over top of the old sealant. I can't begin to imagine how that would take 2.5 hours! Because of a $200 up-charge by Clickit RV, I ended up taking my RV to an auto glass repair center for that work to save some money. Save yourself some money and do the roof resealing yourself (YouTube can help), if possible! read more

Dont show up looking to get your questions answered. We went in on Monday hoping to get some help deciding what we want to buy. When we told the sales person we weren't buying that day, suddenly she was too busy to talk to us a suggested we go to the next RV show this winter. Which we will do but we certainly are going to make sure we dont buy from them. While her advice wasnt bad, but she didnt ask us anything, like what type of traveling we would be doing and how much time we'd be spending in an RV, instead she had no interest in us at all and sent us out the door. And you can be sure we wont ever walk back in through that door. She should have at the very least taken the time to ask a few probing questions and at least pretend to make us feel like she was interested in getting our business. Her loss.... read more

I will start out by saying, "my bad for buying an rv in the winter and trusting the dealer when they said they'd check the rv over before we picked it up". We recieved the call to pick up and that everything was checked out and in good working order, however, when we did the walk through we noticed the black tanked showed full and the fresh and grey tanks showed half full, but they assured us that was because of the freezing temps and frozen water on the sensors. We headed south to Texas. The blinds in the bedroom were not stabilized at the base as our first stop revealed because we found the whole window valence and shade were ripped out of the wall and on the floor from swinging. Once arriving in Texas and 80 degree temps, we found none of the sensors worked and our black tank was filled to the toilet opening with the prior owners feces. After buying a wand and 8 hours of cleaning, we finally got the toilet working if not the sensor. We then discovered the shower leaked and still have not used it until we can fix it. The awning was also missing the end cap and once it was extended we discovered the awning was seperating from the rv on both ends, two of the shelves in the refrigerator were broken and the paneling on the fridge had seperated. I wish I had read the yelp reviews before purchase as that would have saved me a lot of heartache. This rv was supposed to be an exciting new journey for us and has been nothing but work. Terrible!! I wold never shop here again. After reading the reviews below I can sympathize with many of them. To add this, we were shown trailers we didn't want. Then shower the one we bought and told they weren't sure if they had the one we wanted. So we ended up in one we dint really care too much for. After spending 7 hours doing financing (by far the worst I ever dealt with), We got home and did a simple google search to see if we got a good deal. I bought a used 34ft tiffin allegro last week. I came in for a travel trailer but the quality seemed pretty cheap. Ended up with a motorhome which im more comfortable with anyway. Got what i felt was a pretty fair deal on an old 1 owner unit in great shape. Curtis, my salesman was easy to work with. Not pushy. Being a salesman myself, i appreciate a good sales staff. I have been there 3 times and felt comfortable every time. They had just taken this one in and did a safety check and filled the l.p. tank for $14. It took 3 days to do the check and get back to me which didnt seem out of line at all. They went over all systems with me and im pretty happy with it. If i need another one, i will come back. I have called the service department multiple time every time they say they will call back no one ever has. I was promised the work would be done before I took delivery of my RV. My experience with Clickit RV sales was exceptional. We were listened to when we expressed our desires. A small self contained to fit my full size truck with fuel tank in the bed. In May we bought the 2019 Travel lite 840 SBRX. Great fit for the truck and me and the wife. On the maiden voyage the I had an OOp's clipped a guard rail right rear jack was pushed forward pulled the mounting bolts from frame. Right rear frame needed rebuilt. Insurance covered all cost. Clicket RV "We can fix with no problems". That was 19 June 2019. For some reason the Service department turned the parts list into warranty for them to order my parts. The parts were not ordered until almost a month later. My wife and I are not happy campers. It was a Sure sign of incompetence. Insurance claims vs warranty claims? two different departments. Warranty department did us, the customer, no benefit. That episode delayed our repairs and as of to date, Service department cops out with the parts are on order and it is 31 July 2019. Unbelievably poor lack of service. I say lack, because I did not actually get the service that I was promised. We bought a used Class A Motorhome at Clickit last year (2020). We purchased the extended warranty, and they did a top-to-bottom inspection (supposedly) of the entire vehicle. It took them weeks after we had made our first payment before they were ready to deliver. The tech told us that everything worked from top to bottom, but when I tried the rear AC, it didn't work. The tech told us that he had it working when he tried it, so he wasn't sure what happened, but it should be working. He said that they could keep it for another couple of weeks, but at this point, we already had planned a trip, including vacation time, and didn't have the time to wait. In mid June of 2021, I called to get the rear AC repaired. They couldn't get me in until July 12, but told me it would just be a 3 hour job. The clerk on the phone asked if I wanted any other services, like an oil change, so I said ok, and asked them to also repair a toilet valve. I got the RV up to them, and fortunately had an extra driver come along, because it's a 2-hour drive just to get there for me. When I got there, they said that they would call me in a week with an update. I pointed out that I was told it would be done that afternoon, but the tech gave a song and dance about how busy they were, so I accepted that. I got irregular updates (usually because I called first) for about a month. During this time I was told that there was no way that the rear AC could have worked, as there were parts missing. He said it would be $1600 or more to repair. I pointed out our warranty, so he said he would check on that. He let me know in late August that he was still looking into warranty coverage, but he thought that he could get the parts. I got no more calls then, not even any returns on my calls. On Thursday, Sep. 2, I called again, and the clerk told me it was completed on Monday, August 30. I asked why I hadn't been notified, and she told me she didn't know. I asked if I could pick it up on the weekend, and she said no, they're only open weekdays, and it has to be picked up during business hours. I made arrangements with family to get time off of work to drive the two hours up to Clickit and pick up the RV on Thursday, Sep. 9. It took longer than expected at the location, because they had not billed the warranty. 45 or so minutes later, they had the bill ready, and we were on the road. I did not have time to check the AC there, because it would have made one of the people that came on the road (to help me with checking blind spots and such on the way back home), still had to get to work that afternoon. I get home and find that the rear AC STILL DOES NOT FUNCTION!!! I called them immediately, and let them know that after arranging for people to take time off of work, and fit with their schedules, not to mention over $80.00 in gas for the RV, plus gas and wear and tear on the other vehicle, nothing was done! The clerk hemmed and hawed, so I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting on hold for 15 minutes and 46 seconds, the manager came on. He let me know that they did a diagnostic, and found that the AC was missing parts, but never did any repair work on it. I let him know that not only did he completely waste my time and vacation time that family members had to take just to take it up there, then pick it back up again, he also robbed us of time getting to use the RV this entire summer. DO NOT TRUST these people! They have lied at every turn to us, and every other customer that I spoke with at the service department had similar stories! This is not a professional operation, and should be avoided. I wish that I had read other reviews on them before buying. Oh, and I just spent two minutes on the phone with another RV service center and got more information in those two minutes than I did on this wasted summer with Clickit. read more

Had a poor experience a few years back when we needed to fill our propane tanks, only to find out that they needed to be re certified. Went to the RV Show last weekend, and purchased a new Shasta 21RB because the price / experience / sales people were spot on! Worst service ever. Bought brand new. Couldn't deliver for almost 2 months. Salesman said fridge was gas n electric only to find out was electric only (wouldn't have bought if I knew that) sales manger apologizes saying it was a new sales rep n gives me a second battery and another 2 weeks without our new camper. Get home discover slider leaks so another 2 weeks to fix. Hey home, take on maiden voyage, heat n A/C don't work. Another 2 1/2 weeks. Take to Yellowstone n heater doesn't work, same issue. Am. Told By service it will b end July before they can get To (guess warranty work doesn't pay as well). Told them that won't do, so they say to bring in on Monday. 2 1/2 weeks later, no communication so I call only to b told no one has looked at yet n they will Call me back today. 4:45 no c:b so I call again n get Steve who checked in my camper. He apologized n said it had been logged as a regular entry instead of a warranty. He then said someone will b assigned to it tonight or tomorrow. Bullish!t. read more

In need of trailer ready for full time living under a week, did the deal paid cash the trailer was waiting for pickup the day we had agreed on. Best company I've dealt with in a long time. Two months after purchase needed addition paperwork due to insurance issue, called Saturday and talked with Chris ( no one to do with our deal ) he said he'd get on as soon as he could as he was busy with walk-in shopping customers. Three hours later I had an email with the exact paperwork I needed ! In a time where I believe no one can or will do their job as they should Click-it-RV gives me some type of hope. read more

My husband and I came to purchase an rv last Saturday and was met by a sales women by the name of Tamra, she was the most unhappy person I have ever met. No selling skills, did not listen to us on what we wanted. Showed us everything but what we wanted. Then she went to get help or something and we got in our car and went to R &R got helped by a salesman that new his stuff and listened. Well you know the outcome we bought from them and so will all our friends and family. Maybe you should train your people better. read more

Was just notified that click it rv to pay my deductible on my insurance for repair of replacing my roof on our 5th wheel. The fifth wheel was used 2016 Montana. The roof has 6 small holes in it and the entire roof has to be replaced. We never took it out and when we took it to another rv company they found it which click it did not. We have had it two months and now we have to spend )10,000 dollars to replace it. Shame on you to sell trailers like this. A buyer would not check the roof as a respectable dealership would have found this. Sales department was great but service sucks read more

Unbelievable customer service. I purchased a used car at the Clickit Car sales last summer. Recently another driver pointed out that I had a brake light out. I immediately purchased a new bulb but three auto parts stores would not replace the burned out one due to liability rules. I went to the Clickit RV service department and they immediately replaced the bulb. I mentioned to him that when I purchased the vehicle it was dirty so I had the car washed. It was then that I noticed the car had scratches on both sides. It appeared that the car had side swiped something. He made arrangements for the car to be buffed at no charge to me. They even provided a driver to take me home and pick me up later. They were able to buff out all of the scratches. P. Myers read more
