This review is being written out of frustration over not ever receiving a cabinet door that we were told would be replaced when we purchased our 2025 RV last August. There were several issues found when we did our walk through. The tabletop was not correct so you could not convert the table into a bed. One of the cabinet doors had been severely damaged that they claimed had already been ordered and would be shipped to us once received. The shower had a leak that they supposedly fixed. We got the tabletop in a somewhat reasonable time the shower leak I had to repair once we found they had failed to do so. The cabinet door never arrived. Talked to John the salesman several times about the cabinet door we were told it could take some time to get it. A year later no door. John has since retired. I tried calling to talk to someone yesterday no call back. We have had worse experiences with other dealers this is why they are getting three stars instead of a one star. I know the dealer did not create the problems, but they failed to deliver on the repairs as promised. read more

I am updating this post as a consumer I feel the need to let others know that our experience. Being told faulty part replacement was the issue is disheartening. Parts replacement still requires good install and support. Repeated visits, time off work and extra costs to return based on work that was my done correctly equats to poor service. I rarely write poor reviews but I this has gone too far. First our Starlink was wired incorrectly requiring a 2nd visit and was told it was a miscommunication (what ends of wires are internal and external-we are to tell you that?), the refrigerator required at least 3 visits and still leaked to the point of ruining the slide floor causing the slide to buck and jump when going in and out resulting in a $10k repair. Even during dewinterizing they kept turning the ice maker line on after we as asked them not do that. More water on the floor. Then Roadmaster install, the truck wiring was done incorrectly resulting in my brake lights flickering. Dishman Dodge said take back to RnR. There is another return, taking time off work and gas. Now the new refrigerator doesn't work, it turns on but doesn't cool down. I literally took off all the plastic packing material and was so excited and to another disappointment it didn't work. Had to end our trip early and paid $80 for coolers to save $200 in groceries to be told, it worked? Seriously, it doesn't work. I took over 2 hours researching and troubleshooting resolution to be told in my comments did you check the breaker and GFCI. (Sigh). Of course we did. I don't post negative reviews because I am bored, but to inform others of our genuine experience. RnR can make their claim but this is my experience. read more

Chris was our Salesperson. Cori handled our onboarding and tutorial of our new Minnie Winnie. The entire experience over 5 months was fantastic. We did a great deal of shopping. Looked at the RV models over and over. Chris was patient, and answered all our questions. We negotiated a great price. Their team had to fix a few things prior to us driving off the lot. Did that. Gave us a solid trade in value on our older RV. First time buying. Hoping all goes well this first year. Will check out how they handle service calls. Keep you posted. read more

BEWARE - the service and communication here sucks. We came here in our 45' MH to have our generator starter and inverter replaced, along with a couple other minor issues. It was time for some annual maintenance they recommended so we approved that while we were here. It has now been 30 days and we are still here. (We live in our MH). No straight answers, poor follow up and little to no communication. They are "so busy" supposedly - but there's not much going on??? Beware!!!! read more

DEFINITELY BEWARE: (R & R) Run Over and Ripped OFF: I made an appointment and brought my RV in for service this past fall. I assumed that since I was required to make an appointment that they would get right to working on the 3 items that needed work with their advertised 40 bay work stations. Oil changes, A/C recharging, inverter work. Instead, I waited 6 weeks for them to look at it at all, and they spent most of their time trying to upsell me on dozens of unrelated items that they felt needed work. I wrote the service manager to say that I only needed the items that I brought it in for. Not a bunch of unrelated repairs that were not needed. I finally gave up, and drove to Liberty Lake R & R to pick up my Motorhome. They didn't have a clue as to how to repair my inverter. Just a lot of expensive lip service. In the end I ordered got the inverter parts that I needed and fixed it myself. Do yourself a favor and never support this company. read more

Our new (3 months old) RV needed warranty work. We waited three weeks for an appointment then they had it for five days before calling to tell us they don't do warranty work on Integras, even though the manufacturer has them listed as one of the repair shops. read more

I had a motorhome - older (2003) but other than a few problems that I could identify, the Dutchstar was well maintained and, in my eyes, still lovely. I had driven it coast-to-coast and border-to-border. It was time to make some repairs and sell it. I called RnR RV in Liberty Lake, WA because I knew it was a large, comprehensive dealership. I spoke with Steve Pace and brought it to RnR for advice and get a repair estimate. Steve looked at my list of the good, the bad, and the ugly. He inspected the motor home and found more of the bad and ugly than I was aware of. Steve Said that RnR could not sell it and repairs would be very expensive. Plan B! Steve knew of two places that would be interest in buying it as-is. We left the motor home with Steve with hopes that his Plan B would work out. Steve and I talked several times. I accepted the offer from another company that he contacted. Steve walked us through the paperwork and kept us updated. All's well that ends well. I cannot praise Steve highly enough. He was honest and knowledgeable. I always felt that he had our best interests at heart. His friendly demeanor put us at ease. He kept u well-informed so we always knew what we needed to do and what was happening with the transaction. Competent, knowledgeable, and service-oriented are just a few of his traits. I cannot recommend Steve Pace at RnR RV in Liberty Lake highly enough. read more

I took my converted van in to find the source of a power leak. Due to a breakdown in communication, I had to take it back. dDespite leaving a diagram of the electrical system, they deemed there was nothing found and the problem remained. on a hunch, I did my own troubleshooting and discovered the problem and fixed it. when I called Dennis in the repair department with this issue, he told me he would have to talk to someone else about a compensation since I paid close to $100 to be told they found no problem. it's been over 2 months and I can't get him to return my calls despite a number of attempts. Paid for a "peel and seal" on our 10 year old truck camper. $5000. Warrantied. They tore the skin while rewrapping and and then denied having anything to do with it. They kept the RV for the ENTIRE summer. Now, I can't even get a call back to try and figure out what to do with the damage they created. My husband and I have bought three rv's from RNR Liberty Lake. Our Service Rep has been Rob Skellenger for two of the three. Rob has always been helpful to me and today I came over to get my main door fixed as I couldn't get it open which required my going out the drivers side door (it's a 22' Class C). He had the coach taken back to a bay to see if I needed a new door handle or what the problem was. As it turned out, a couple of screws were loose so the service guy tightened them and the door is now working perfectly and NO CHARGE! I appreciate all the help I've gotten over the years from Rob. We were so happy at first. But when we needed repairs they were not helpful at all. The batteries died within 14 months, the electric jack failed and they won't even give us time of day. Very disappointed in their service department. I would say the salesmen on the floor talk a great story but the company hasn't stood behind what was promised. I called R&R RV Liberty Lake to schedule a recall notice. They said they were busy and took my name and phone number and would call back. No call after a week. SO I called again and still no luck. I even filled out the online service request forms and submitted them. Still no call back. I called the North Spokane center and they helped me out for scheduling with them. The north side tried to get me to schedule with liberty lake because they are a larger shop and can handle more customers. But I explained that may be true if they called back or actually helped you when calling into them. Not sure what the actual issue was but their customer service protocols are lacking big time. read more

I only put one star because you have to give them at least one, in order to rate them. My husband and I are currently walking from their lot to our truck at this place. We came to look at tear drop trailers and were offered a ride via golf cart, to view our options, by 3 separate people. The first 2 disappeared and the third finally picked us up and drove us around the back to the closest one. We viewed the first one he showed us, went to a different one and turned around to get back on the cart and look further and the sales person was GONE. He left us in their lot, without telling us he was leaving us there. Needless to say, we did not look further. We will take our business elsewhere. I spoke with him 2 months prior to the repair when I ordered the parts from Mike. He assured me that although it was a "big" job they could get it done in a day and a half. I said I will give you three days but that is all because I live in it full-time. No problem! Yet he I sit waiting for my rig on day 3 only to be told they were not able to complete the repairs due to unavailable flooring. What a terrible company - do not believe Nothing they say!!!! We were searching for a hard-to-find travel trailer. After exploring websites for every dealership west of the Missouri River, we went to RNR RV Center in Liberty Lake. We were greeted by a warm, friendly receptionist who assigned us to a wonderful, local gentleman (Larry Skogen) who listened to our desires, plopped us into a golf cart, and drove us around their extensive lot to explore their inventory of travel trailers. He did not waste our time on any trailers that did not fit our requirements. Instead, he started working on the trailer we desired that was still in production but was scheduled to arrive at the dealership soon. Larry rode herd on the manufacturer, the shipper, and the entire team at RNR RV Center to prioritize the delivery and prep of our unit. Even with circumstances beyond Larry's control, he managed to meet our travel date with our new trailer. The entire team was fabulous, but Larry shone brightest. read more

North Spokane location service department. made the appointment with service department with a list of items to be repaired and was to get a quote and to start the process on our Tiffin RV and brought it in on June 3 2021. They had it just over a week and gave us a work authorization form with listed items and prices on some of the items. Some items needed to be ordered but 6 weeks later parts never ordered. Other items they had to call manufacturer to request advise on how to repair certain things and we were told they never got info needed and we had to take it to the manufacture for repair. The fridge filter water wasn't dispensing water and they called a refrigerator repair company but RNR failed to have rig plugged in so the appliance guy could not diagnose the problem, reschedule for 2 weeks later. Appliance repair came back out to RNR which they gave appliance guy wrong description of what the problem was. We called RNR to see what they had decided the issue was for the refrigerator, was told by Reed that he was never told any info except that they needed to order a part and reed said he would call us the next day with the information. We called again now 3 days after appliance was looked at Reed was not available. I mentioned to receptionist that we have been calling and leaving messages and no one was calling us back. I let her know that I would be calling every half hour till I could talk with either Reed or his boss. The receptionist went to Brian and said I was rude By telling her this. The manager by the name of Brian Weirauch called me back and was very abrupt and rude and said since I was rude to his receptionist that we could pick up our RV and we were not welcome there any longer. I explained that our rig had been there est 6 weeks with a list of items which only 3 very simple fixes were completed. I let him know that we were frustrated that we never got calls back That we never received call backs, that parts were never ordered that needed to be ordered. That 2 items which they said couldn't be fixed by them but by manufacturers were fixed by us. He told me that we were supposed to call the appliance tech ourselves but he couldn't give me the name of the tech or even the phone number of the appliance repair shop or what info was put in our work order file. He said we didn't have a file he told me again that he was doing us a favor and that they usually don't work in tiffin I asked why did he accept the appointment then , no answer. Then he said we didn't buy the rig from them so he did us a favor by accepting it for repair which was 3 screws they installed and removed adhesive He than started to insult me by saying that he knew how Tiffin people were and that we were not welcome. I asked what he meant by that comment and that this was the worst customer service I've ever had. our RV was picked up today July 16 2021 with 3 items repaired. 1) drawer catch was lightened 2)larger screw was placed in bunk to hold in place 3) adhesive removed and re attached on a sensor in water cabinet I am dumbfounded by how this service department treated us and how they put us down by the name of our RV. They do not care about the lack of customer service or lack of communication with the customer. They do not have a clue how customer service works and I let Brian know that I was to leave a not so nice review. I hope that the next customer walks in and hopefully gets their repairs completed with better service. If you buy an RV you will have maintenance issues and that is where RNR RV fails miserably, if you don't live close to Spokane. I bought an Adventurer slide-in camper for about $45,000 and the refrigerator failed within a few days. So I went back and they told me they were all booked up for the next week and I'd have to come back then. We live in Montana, so its a 350 mile drive to Liberty Lake. The other day my slide awning mechanism malfunctioned so I asked if I could drop by and have a tech take a look. Again the answer was come back in a week! RnR RV needs to treat out-of-town customers with some consideration that they can't just come by. If I were to buy another RV I would not consider RnR since their service policy for out-of-town customers is terrible. In fact I would not even buy from them even if I was local. Find a RV dealer that actually provides customer service! read more

We've had our RV here for 6 months to repair damage to the front end caused by a collision. First estimate was 3 months. We had to call for updates, only to find delay after delay. We understand this is standard for RV repair. When we finally picked it up this week one slide out didn't work and the levelers didn't work. They fixed the levelers and tried to charge us an extra $500. After a stern conversation they took responsibility for the bill. A tech got our slide to work, once, but couldn't say how, just said that's how they operate, expect up to a 5 minute delay. We planned to leave after they repaired the levelers but now the slide isn't working again. So we are now stuck here on a Saturday, with a slide out that is not working, and no service Dept on the weekends. Very very frustrating. Not thorough. Poor overall communication. Few phone calls ever returned, towards the end of the 6month wait discovered their preferred method of communication is email. Dropped the ball on requested repairs outside of the collision repair. Would not recommend and will not come back. I do have to say they did a beautiful job on the body work. Oh yea, we were left with ZERO 0 no diesel in the tank. Don't actually try to buy anything, they think their used RVs are made of gold. They post inflated prices then try to explain to me why they are worth double what they are actually worth. No negotiation, no willingness to haggle at all. Pay it or go away is their attitude. Lots of lip service, no action. Not impressed. Our fan problem WAS NOT FIXED!!!!!!! The hydraulic fan ran on high all of the time. We burned 100 extra gallons of fuel to get to a shop who knew how to fix it. When the radiator was replaced at RNR,the fan hydraulic lines were INSTALLED BACKWARDS!!!!! This can cause damage to the wax valve. So a new wax valve was INSTALLED to forego future problems. And..... What do you know the fan performs perfectly. This shop took us in at exactly the appointed time. Within 15 minutes the problem was diagnosed. No waiting on parts,or days to start repairs. Within 3 hrs they had us ready to roll. Very fair priced. When I first wrote the review, I said we appreciated the mechanic and his work. I'm sorry he didn't do all of the work properly. We bought our motorhome from RnR, was treated fine. Had pretty good service from them too. Had to sell it because of medical reasons. Consigned it (2014 Winnebago tour 42 foot) Steve checked it out and told us he could put it on the lot for $199,000, therefore he could only give us $165,000. It seemed like a small amount but we said ok. We found out later he sold it for $240,000! They didn't offer us a penny more. $75,000 to sell a motorhome that was in excellent shape. They out and out lied to us and stole $40,000. Don't ever consign your rig with these people. You'll be sorry!! read more

Strongly suggest you do not visit this dealership and if you do, get everything in writing. They seem to have a problem getting The verbal proposal pricing to match the written contract numbers when you go to purchase. In our case the verbal proposal was in excess of $10,000 below what the actual price was when we went to purchase. Sales tactics are questionable and it's sad when you have to block the salesman's number to get them to quit calling you One of the sales tactics is to tell you how important it is to buy from Winnebago because of their massive country wide service network. Once you decide to mention the possibility of buying elsewhere , they turn this around and inform you that they take much better care of their customers for service than other dealers customers RV's are for fun and traveling most likely mot locally So...if all dealers have this attitude, what good is a nation wide service network?? Be careful Follow up: After three days of researching the exact unit with the exact options, R/R is the highest priced dealer. The unit cost at R/R was between $10k to $20k higher than five other Winnebago dealers contacted dealers. Shop aroound Final update: Initial verbal quote was $109k ish This was raised to $120k ish. Friendly people, but poor follow through. Took two months to complete, I had to get involved to get my warranty insurance to pay. When I picked up my Motorcoach the work was not done correctly. When I got it back the second time it was still mot correct. I finished putting back a panel and trim myself. They charge a premium hourly rate and perform subpar work. I would avoid RnR RV. I bought a brand new Forest River Forester. I found out on my first trip out that getting service while traveling takes hours of phone calls and getting run arounds. It's like owning a bad computer and calling tech support over and over. I have a list 6 problems that need to be addressed on warranty already. Service just keeps stressing that it would not be difficult to get service if I could bring the RV to their service dept. That may be true, but I bought this for travel and to live in when I'm on work assignments all over the US. I not only have warranty issues but shoddy construction that should be embarrassing for them to have not fixed, like wood panels not stapled (just left loose), construction debris (styrofoam and saw dust) left inside cabinets and light fixtures. Absolutely do NOT buy your RV from this company. They do not stand behind their products. Once you sign the purchase documents they do not care about you and the fact that you have purchased a lemon. one of the first things they said is that the Lemon Law does not apply to Rv's. The motor home was used one time during this trip the floor was flooded due to an incorrectly installed water line. The captain chairs would not lock into place so while driving you were wriggled, and bounced all over the place, carbon monoxide alarm went off all weekend. You tell me if you could sleep and not worry about carbon monoxide poisoning. These are just a few of the things that were wrong with this $80k motor home my elderly parents purchased. When we went in to discuss the issue we were treated disrespectfully and basically told we expect problems so bring it in to be serviced. The RV has been in the service department more than in their possession. I have been calling on my parents behalf and have had zero returned calls. When I finally reached the manager he said he has tried to call and left a message. not true no missed calls or messages on my or my parents phones. This motor home was used one weekend and now the summer is gone. It is my opinion, this company takes advantage of their customers and is unwilling to do the right thing. I was told today that we are in the business of selling RV's not taking them back and selling them used. I am reporting them to the BBB. One more thing be aware of the formaldehyde in their RV's. The smell is so strong you get a headache within minutes of being in it. There was no mention or sticker notifying the buyer of formaldehyde. read more
