Well last year we booked in this place for Liberty of the Seas cruise, this year 2016 i did it again to my sept. cruise, felt so safe there, Liz is amazing person to deal with, there is enough space for any car and you can open the door without hitting other cars. The price is a lot lower than others, i dont car is if is not indoors. You can leave the car there, walk a few blocks and be on the terminal without any problem. This place doesnt have shuttle, honestly, if you know what you are doing, you can drop all your belongs on the terminal(as you need to do anyway), then drop your kids, family or those who doesnt want to walk a few blocks and then park the car. For me is part of the experience, is so close to the terminal that i dont care to walk. After all the food i got on the cruise believe me is something that i need lol. read more

It's a parking lot. It has lots of places to park your car. It's not too far from the pier and they have shuttle service. What is it that I don't like about this business? The shuttle drivers. The first one we got couldn't stop complaining about the last guy that ticked him off. Dude. I'm about to get on a cruise. If you're making my life miserable so I can't be disappointed on the cruise, you're doing an excellent job. The return shuttle driver was actually quite cordial. She helped us with our bags and was nice. No complaints here. read more

This was the best parking experience to date. Once you get past all the people waving you to other parking lots you will be pleasantly surprised at the service you receive and it happens to be up to 50% cheaper @ 49.00 for the seven day cruises. The folks there was most heplful and provided a free shuttle ride to the treminal crosswalk to and from cruise ships. The lot was gated and lighted, and appeared to have securty cameras. read more

My husband and I parked our car at Cruise Park last week when we took a cruise out of Galveston. The employees are so courteous and attentive, always looking out for you. The lot is locked up at 2:00 in the afternoon; we had no concerns for the safety of our vehicle and it was just fine when we returned. After parking, one of the staff gave us a free ride in the golf cart to the corner and when we returned, he was waiting at the entrance of the alleyway to give folks a ride back to the lot, even though it was very close and we could have walked it easily. We were so impressed with the facility, the low cost and the employees - we will only use this lot from now on! Great job! read more

The price is right for a gated clean parking lot within walking distance. However they have several well kept vans that continuously circuit travelers to and from the port. The wait was a little long to get there and we had to let the other cruise ship people off first. But coming back was a breeze and quick. Very friendly and professional staff and you can call ahead to reserve a space. read more

I had a good experience with Cruise Park. For one thing, it is the closest parking lot to Royal Caribbean. The park is literally across the street from the pier. In fact I could see my car from my balcony door on the Navigator of the Seas. Advice: Drop your family and luggage off at the pier, then drive to Cruise Park to drop off your car. If you are cruising with Carnival, it might be easier to then take the shuttle back to the pier. But for Royal Caribbean cruisers, the distance is so short, don't bother with the shuttle - just walk back to ship. I also had a good experience with the service. There were problems with the cruise ship schedule due to an oil slick and we weren't sure when we would need to pick up the car. The lot manager was very responsive to my emails and offered to come down to open the lot a day early just for me. That is very flexible. Best of all, it is very inexpensive at only $45 for the entire week. read more

We have parked here for 4 cruises now and it's the perfect spot. Great location with better pricing than any of the other lots. It is a gated secure lot so we have never had any worries about leaving our car there. They do have golf carts to shuttle you to and from the intersection of the cruise terminals too. What really makes this a great experience is the staff. We have always had super friendly helpful people to park us and load our luggage. And after 2 years between cruises when we pulled into the lot the amazing lady who runs the place even remembered us by name. This is the only place we will park for a cruise out of Galveston. read more

Do NOT park here if you're cruising on Royal Caribbean. As we speak, most of our group are sitting at the terminal waiting for the rest of our party to park. The Navigator of the seas was late due to fog so we avoided the area to ease congestion. At 3:30 the ship started docking and Island parking called us to say we needed to come & park. We did. It's now 2 and a half HOURS later, and we're still waiting for them to park. It wasn't until an hour into this that they informed us they primarily cater to Carnival & are waiting for that ship, coming in behind ours. They've let people cut in line & in general, provided a horrible experience. It's now getting dark and is about 37 degrees out here. Going back to EZ park next time. read more

I parked here the past week from Sunday to Sunday. The staff was very courteous and friendly. I had made a reservation by email and they had my information when I arrived. I had the unfortunate event of locking my keys in my car when I parked. The staff did not have tools to help me unlock my car. They offered to call for a locksmith to get it open. I wanted to get to my cruise soon so I asked if I could leave the car and take care of this when I got back from my trip. They said no problem and they told me that they would have some tools ready when I got back to try and open my car. Sure enough when I got back they had a few options for me to use to open my car. I got it open and I was on my way. I will use them again for my next cruise, I highly recommend them. read more

We had no idea where to park and I selected this lot because of it's location...right across from the ships. They are very efficient and friendly...just what we needed as we do not know the area or been on a cruise. They ensured us the car would be safe and dropped us off at the corner with our luggage. The only word I can explain the experience with Cruise Park was 'EXCELLENT'. They have been very kind and helpful from the beginning. When I first dropped off my car at their lot, they have a little "golf car" that drove me closer to the cruise ship. Even though I still have to walk across the street, but it was much closer. Then due to the hurricane Harvey situation, there were so many uncertainties of what happened to my car, whether it gets blown away, flooded, damaged, etc. Cruise Park has called and emailed me to communicate the conditions of the storm and status of my vehicle. Because I couldn't be back to the lot to pick up my car to return back to the rental company, Cruise Park (the lady named Liz) had helped me contacted my rental company to arrange the pickup despite all the troubles and hoops I had to go thru with the rental company that was unable to send out the tow truck to pickup the car. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to park while on the cruise trip. Their price is very affordable in comparison to other lots. Their customer service is outstanding (went out of their way) and most importantly, their care for you car and your safety is my number 1 priority. Great job Cruise Park! read more

My wife and I recently cruise with Royal Caribbean on the Liberty of the Seas and we really liked this parking option! Last year we did a cruise on the Liberty and parked in the Port of Galveston parking lot. So I would like to offer a comparison: 1) Cruise Park was $20 cheaper compared to the Port of Galveston parking lot. 2) Cruise Park had a smaller parking lot. For me this is a big plus. When we pulled in we parked right away and when we left to come back home we pulled right out onto the main road. In the Port parking last year it took a minute to actually get parked and then to wait on the shuttle to take us to the terminal. When we got back from the cruise a year ago it took a couple of minutes to get out of the parking lot onto the main road. 3) Cruise Park took us to the pedestrian crosswalk to access the terminals so the walk was not so bad to the Royal Caribbean terminal. Drop off your luggage with the porters at the terminal before you park so that you do not have to deal with your heavy bags. On the return trip they picked us up in the same location by the crosswalk. The Port of Galveston parking does have a shuttle service directly to/from the terminal. 4) I also found the employees at Cruise Park were friendlier than at the Port parking. I place a high value on customer service so this was a definite reason for my 5 star ranking! In summary I would highly recommend parking at Cruise Park! If you don't mind walking only a little ways you can save $20 and have some extra cash onboard or for souvenirs in the ports. Excellent parking option! Thanks! read more

I parked here for our Royal Caribbean Cruise for 7 days (June 26 to July 3, 2016) It's easy to find and easy to park. It's a small family owned parking lot. This place is directly across from Terminal 2, yet you have walk to the signal light (on 25th street) to cross the street to get to Terminal 1 (Carnival Cruise) or the the next building for Terminal 2 (Royal Caribbean Cruise) because you cannot walk across the street from this parking lot. They did drop me off near the light but pickup service is lacking. I called the number they gave me and said someone will be there to pick me up but no one showed up so I walked to the lot. I increased my rating from three star to four mainly because the lady owner called me right after I posted this review to apologize about the pickup and to thank me for the review. Who calls and does that anymore? Thank you. I will recommend your parking lot to others. read more

We had a great experience with Island Cruise Parking. They were friendly and on time. The porter's and golf cart drivers were friendly and efficient. The lot is enclosed with a very nice black fence that is barb wired on the top. Parking here was the start to a worry free vacation. I will definitely use them again. read more
