We were picking up a car from Turo parked in this lot. Attempted to take the shuttle, we're standing DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF an EZ Cruise sign. Waited 20 minutes, called asking about the shuttle. "Just wait another 15-20." Okay. Still doesn't come, we call back. "Oh we don't service the Disney ships. They shouldn't have been allowed to park here anyway and would've had to talk to me." Okay, then why don't you know of this car that parked literally less than 2 hours ago? Incredibly frustrating experience and customer service was non-existent. Wouldn't sail out of Galveston again and especially wouldn't use EZ Cruise parking again. read more

I have used EZ Cruise Parking to park my vehicle every time I have taken a cruise with Carnival Cruise or Royal Caribbean at the Port of Galveston. I found EZ Cruise Parking through an online search and have returned to them because they send emails with coupons, and I have always had a positive experience. EZ Cruise Parking does not offer indoor/covered parking, but for an extra fee, you may request a car cover. EZ Cruise is a family-owned business; its staff is knowledgeable, positive, and helpful. Their parking lot is blocks from the port, and shuttles take you to the main port cruise entrance. The easy cruise staff are always Happy, especially KC and his Sunshine Van. Last December, I had car trouble on my way to the cruise; I knew I would arrive close to the Cruise closing their doors, and it was a very nerve-racking experience. I called the Cruise line, and I could not talk to anyone at the port. I called the EZ cruise staff, and they told me exactly what to do; when I arrived, they were waiting for my family and me, showed us where to park, the shuttle followed us to the car, and immediately took us to the main entrance. We made it to the cruise 14 minutes before they closed their doors! I am grateful to the EZ Cruise staff for their care and attention towards me and my family. Horrible Horrible Horrible service!!! Waited 30-45 mins in line for ONE shuttle bus from this place while other valet buses came and went multiple times. We had 11 people, (youngest was 2yrs old, eldest was 65+). We ended up walking in 95 degree weather because the shuttle buses NEVER came. My only complaint would be that they don't have covered parking; all of the parking is surface lot parking, but they do offer a shuttle (it's a little more expensive than the price without the shuttle). Terrible customer service, if you need to cancel your reservation, make sure to email them versus calling or they will be extremely rude to you for no reason. Suggested they include that info in their confirmation email if they don't want people ruining their day calling them but they did not even address the rudeness. Unlike most DCL cruisers, we reserved our trip pretty late, less than 2 months before sailing. This meant that every popular/recommended near-Terminal-2 covered parking place was already full of pre-bookings for our dates. Luckily, we found EZ Cruise Parking to have availability and a reasonable rate, although the "covered" part was a fabric car cover rather than a garage. By doing a bit a searching online, I was able to find a coupon code for $5 off and made my reservation without issue. The final rate was about $8 per day or $2 more per day if we added the car cover. I got an immediate emailed response with a scannable QR code for checking in. On the morning of our Friday embarkation, we drove down from Austin and had no trouble with traffic or long lines in dropping off 2 passengers and our luggage at the Terminal, then having 1 adult driving the 2 blocks to park the car, and then walking back over to the terminal to join the family. A shuttle is apparently available but we never used it. When we returned from the cruise, we just did the same process as before in reverse. It was nice to avoid any long waits for the on/off shuttle process or to worry about having enough cash on hand for tipping after our trip (since we needed no one to assist with moving our luggage anywhere). We'll happily use EZ Cruise on our next trip out of the Port of Galveston. Upon exit, they also gave us a coupon (see pics for code) for use on our next online booking. read more

EZ Cruise Parking provided a very affordable and convenient parking choice for my cruise out of Galveston. Typically, I stay at a hotel or resort in Galveston the day prior to my cruise, and leave my vehicle at the hotel or resort for the week. I have done this twice and both times it took an additional hour and greater to get back to my vehicle, using Uber and the resort transportation. EZ Cruise is a short walk from the port, I was in my vehicle and driving away from Galveston in less than 15 minutes post departing the cruise port. This place is close to where you board, if you are in decent condition and don't have a ton of bags I would just walk and not take the shuttle. I'd say the overall experience was decent and the price seems ok. Just make sure you temper your expectations of how the experience will be. read more

I will never park with this company again. it's very unorganized. I arrived 2 hours prior boarding time and found a 2 mile line that was not moving. I ended up having to pay any additional 130 to park. Trust me the 10 dollar discount is not worth. read more

This was an absolutely terrible experience with them. Nice drivers but some rude staff, busses came late and some never arrived at all, we were told they moved to a different terminal only to get on the bus there to be told it's the wrong one so we all had to return to the terminal and get off.
