They asked for the credit card, and I thought it was for the vehicle safety deposit. On the following Monday, I realized they had charged my debit card $56.10 and my credit card $59.13. They were out of vans as well, but Carly reserved one for us for the next day. Carly was there and had a van waiting for us. When we picked up the van it was very clean, which we noticed the last couple times from Enterprise, they were no where near this clean. Carly was professional, patient with us, and friendly. I really feel she went out of her way to go above and beyond to make us happy. We will only be going here for now on.
