I bought a massage voucher through living social but was never able to redeem it because I could never get ahold of anyone! I called many times, left messages, sent texts, etc. but she never got back to me. According to the online scheduler, her next available appointment was 4-5 months out... that's insane. She probably just does that because the voucher would be unredeemed by the expiration date, I ended up requesting a refund but only got a credit through living social. This lady got $35 from me through Groupon and has never once in the time since I bought the thing had a workable time available. Now that it's expiring, I tried one last time (on Oct 25) and the next available opening is in January! I'm sure it's great that she's gotten so much business from Groupon but she also got $35 from me for absolutely nothing. If a business can't handle an influx of customers then they shouldn't use Groupon! I will NEVER go see this lady and will chalk this up to a complete waste of $35. Nice scam, honey. read more

I purchased a voucher for a one hour massage through Living Social in April and have yet to have any luck reaching Tiffany to schedule an appointment. The voicemail associated with the phone number instructs all groupon and Living Social customers to go to the website and schedule an appointment through the online scheduler, yet the available appointments begin in October. The voucher expires in August. I have tried contacting Tiffany many many times and have never received a response. I finally just requested a refund from Living Social. Just a suggestion....if you don't want to provide a service to your customers for a lesser cost, don't put the ad out there to be purchased at our expense. I am not sure as to why this massage therapist is getting these 1 star reviews. I have been a satisfied client for years now and have never had a problem with her technique, and she has always been timely when fitting me into her schedule. I noticed that most of these bad reviews are connected somehow to Group on so I'm not sure what that indicates.... She has always taken great care about providing me with a calm and comforting experience and provides soothing music throughout the session. Great massage therapist! Highly recommended! read more

I experienced the same problem as several others on this list. I had gifted my husband a Groupon with this therapist a year ago. We made an appointment, and not only did she never showed up, but she never got back to either of us. Since then, I have scheduled several appointments and she has used a different excuse to cancel each time. If she doesn't want new clients, she shouldn't advertise on deal sites. In a health and service industry, customer care is paramount to success. I am shocked that this therapist is even still in business. She obviously does not care about clientele in any way. I've been getting massage therapy for many years for my health issues. Ms. Watson is the most unprofessional LMT I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. SHE TAKES PAYMENTS AND THEN DOES NOT FOLLOW THRU WITH THE APPT. and has poor communication. It took over 2 months to book my prepaid appt, and she canceled my appt. via text 2 hours prior. She had many excuses whenever I tried to book or reschedule, but never offered a refund. She was unresponsive when I tried to reschedule the appt. she canceled. I'm rating this a 1 star for lack of zero star rate option. I waited 3 months for my massage only to be turned away the day of. I drove from over an hour to get this massage because it was a great groupon deal-I was running about 5 minutes behind.. I called the 0331 # provided to me by Tiffany-there was no answer so messages were left.. Called again when I arrived due to lack of parking... No answer.. Called again after making it into the building because there's no map nor direction as to where to go- again no answer.. I finally speak to a lovely gal in her separate studio who pointed me to the second level of the house-where I knocked on the appropriate door and waited.. Waiting for almost 5 minutes before knocking again. No answer. I went back downstairs to talk to the direction Pointer gal who was helpful before. We both tried to call Tiffany again. I again received no answer but the gal reached her. I get on the phone with her and was then told "sorry I left I had to go pay my rent". "Okay" I say.. "But I'm here now.. I've been here now almost 15 minutes trying to reach you and sitting outside ur office". "Well I expect people to show up in time so u can reschedule if u want but I'm running errands". I explained to her that I called several times and she didn't answer.. I drive over an hour so I'd take a shorter massage .. As it was now 30 minutes into my prepaid massage.. She refused. She also refused to refund my money and cancelled my next appointment .. Per my request.. Due to the fact that she was incredibly unprofessional--obviously very young.. And completely unapologetic of the fact that she refused to answer the phone number provided--was running her personal errands on my paid time.. And then had the gull to tell me I should have called her personal cell number if I wanted to reach her--completely preposterous. No I do not recommend. She may be a good masseuse .. I wouldn't know.. But her "bed side manner" and customer service is sub par at best. Save Urself the time and trouble and go to someone with more experience and professionalism. read more

I bought a Groupon for my husband last Christmas. We have spent the entire year trying to contact this woman in order to schedule an appointment. She apparently can't check her voicemail, so we both sent numerous text messages and e-mails attempting to get something scheduled. No response... EVER. Now the Groupon is expired.. yes, an entire year later. Incredibly unprofessional. Please be weary of purchasing anything through this massage therapist. Tiffany Watson is very unprofessional. To name a few issues, she did not massage the full time that was paid for, the salon and place of business is dirty but what bothers me the most is she kept texting or doing something on her phone during the massage! I have never had such a unprofessional LMT. I used a groupon but even at the discount it is not worth the money. Tiffany is a nice lady but needs to learn how to run a business and learn professionalism. I do not recommend her for any massage or salon services. read more

One of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. Not only did it take over 6 months to get my appointment that was given to me as a gift certificate, not because she was busy, but because she only takes a "certain amount of certificates a week", but it was one of the WORST massages I have ever had. First, she was very rough, I actually was sore for about 3 days after. I did not ask for any kind of deep tissue massage. She didn't even come upstairs to get me until after my scheduled time had started. I then had to fill out paperwork, waited another 5 minutes, then we discussed it, she left the room so I could change, another 10 minutes go by. By the time my massage actually started it was almost 12:30. My appointment was scheduled for 12:00. My certificate was for an hour long massage. When she was done, it was exactly 1:00. I count that as a half hour. The worst part of the whole thing, was that during the massage, she would pull out her phone and TEXT!!!!! She was massaging with one hand, if you could even call it that, and texting with the other! Seriously?! At one point I counted 45 seconds where she had actually stopped massaging with the one hand and finished up whatever text she was working on. That went on through the entire appointment. I received a groupon for Valentines Day, 2016. Couldn't book an appointment until June 2016, I had to reschedule due to a conflict. Rescheduled for Nov. 2016. When I arrived, she was huffing and mumbling in her room. After waiting 10 min. She came out and said "this was one time I wish my client didn't show up for the appointment." I asked if everything was OK. She said 'no' and then proceeded to tell me of her sister getting in a political fight with another member of her family and how this was going to ruin Thanksgiving for everyone. She went on to tell me her tragic family history. The that she hadn't eaten all day and was super shaky. After 20 min. of ranting, I suggested that maybe we should reschedule and she could take care of her family. She did apologize and said yes, that would be great. We rescheduled for the following week. I got a text on the day we rescheduled saying that she was sick and couldn't do a massage. She texted me that we would reschedule the Thursday following Thanksgiving. I said yes! I went there the at my scheduled time on Dec., 2016. I waited outside her room and sent her a text 4 min after my massage was to begin. She came out and said " Who are you?" I showed her the text she had texted me to reschedule the massage for that day. She looked through her book and said that it was impossible she did that because she had to leave right then and couldn't to a massage. She did say that it was her fault for not writing it down. I asked for a refund, but she said she can't do groupon refunds as she doesn't get paid until she does the massage. I told her I would not be coming back to her, EVER! and that this was NO WAY to run a business. She was very unprofessional! She replied that she doesn't let things bother her and just moves on. I tried to get a refund on Groupon, but it was put on an old card of ours and I can't figure out how to contact Groupon. So the $35 is a bonus to her or Groupon! I will NEVER book locally with Groupon again. These places must be desperate for clients and now I know why. read more
