However, my final straw was being made to wait just over 25 minutes for my curbside order before I finally gave up and walked into the empty store. This is all while the app had said my order had been completed 20 minutes prior! 2-3 other customers who arrived after me also chose instead to go inside to pick up after a long wait, as well. I have worked in customer service, and fast food. I know about being swamped and understaffed. Things happen. What really shocked me, however, was my long wait wasn't even acknowledged by the employee in the store--even though I was clearly frustrated. My box was also completed, just sitting on the counter, ready for me to come into the store and get it. On top of that, the cookies were dripping sauce and the bottom of the box had more crumbs of the toppings than were actually on the cookies themselves. This store should consider not offering curbside pick-up, since it's not an actual option. Or hire more staff so they can handle the demand of the area.

I wasn't sure if this was a chain or not, but looks like it's not. It's got its own unique style of stuff and ways of serving ice cream. 100% the way to go is to get the 4 flavor sampler for $9.75, the scoops are basically normal size. My favorite ice cream I tried was the Taro Mochi, it had little chunks/bits of chewy mochi in it, so good. They've got a countertop to sit at with connect 4, tic tac toe, and other games to play.
