Yesterday I placed a curbside pick up order. Checked in when I parked, and waited 5 minutes. It didn't look like anyone was coming out so I used the option on the app to nudge the staff. Waited another 5 minutes and still no one. So I decided to call into the shop to see how long it would be until the order was ready. The worker that answered the phone sounded completely flustered and when I asked about my order she rudely said "we have a ton of orders right now!" There was no apology, just the rude quick answer. So in response I said confused "okay?" She then asked for my name and said that my order would be out in another 5 minutes. But 5 minutes turned into 10 minutes. And when my order was finally brought to my car all the worker had to say was "here's your order." No apology again, or at the very least a simple greeting. No customer service skills at all. And to make matters worse one of the cookies was completely raw. My order included a full size summer berry tart cookie. Its described as a delicate shortbread cookie topped with silky vanilla bean mousse, a spread of house-made strawberry jam, fresh raspberries, and fresh blueberries. Shortbread cookies are meant to have a crumbly sandy texture. The cookie is received immediately started to feel like it was melting in my hand which I thought was odd. When my kids and I bit into it it was clear it wasn't cooked. The consistency was chewy and gooey. It was obviously a raw cookie covered with toppings. I am beyond disappointed with this experience. And to the business owner, please do not recommend for me to chat with customer service like you suggested to other yelpers. I've already tried that and was directed to contact the store directly to speak with the owner since Crumbl is a franchise. read more

We came to try the viral Dubai Crumbl options. Which earned me a free cookie for another visit. I bought a 4 piece that would save a bit than buying each but the Dubai selections are a bit extra ($3 per) For my 2nd visit at this new location I'm leaving a review. I was only grabbing my reward cookie and had mentioned I would buy a Dubai cookie but it wasn't displayed, the employee said it's on our secret menu we have some. I opted for the brownie one but then later thought I should have gotten the cheesecake one. The first visit when I tried both were so delicious. Getting to this location I noticed I could enter near through the Dutch Bros side but leaving the traffic lights seem to follow a timer. They are a small location for just ordering and taking home to go They have a cute Crumbl wall, kiosk to order from or friendly service to take your order. I always thought crumbl cookies were too sweet and they still are but now that I have a closer location I will be visiting a bit more than I have been before. I'll just enjoy the cookie for a few days cutting it up to last instead of eating the whole thing in a day. read more

I've been to many crumbl cookie stores and never seen one as dirty as the Manteca location. For starters the menu wasn't updated, and when we told an employee it wasn't updated, they didn't seem to care. I went to order my cookie they said it would take too long to make. So I just had to get one that was already finished. Ive tried to give this place multiple chances, I had ordered another order for curbside pickup and waited in my car for almost 30 minutes. I was so excited for this to be a great spot to take my kids, but I am always dissatisfied. I hope something changes in the future. read more

Quality is pretty standard! Not immensely better than any neighboring crumbls. But I was satisfied with my order.

When I got home, I opened the box too eat my exciting lineup of cookies nonetheless, this is how they looked not appetizing at all. The s'mores cookie was either broken or just made like that and they stick on a marshmallow in the middle to hold it together, the strawberry shortcake, the strawberry and the icing was already melting, and the cheesecake just looked like it wasn't fully finished sitting. There's times where these cookies look very disappointing, but I'm excited for the flavor lineup that I try to give the store another chance. Even though the store is closest to me, I'd rather drive either to Modesto or Tracy to get better cookies. read more

Quite literally the worst Crumbl I've ever been to - and I don't even expect much from Crumbl since I just order my cookies thru the app and pickup when they're ready. Walked into the Manteca location and was not greeted upon entry despite there being 5-6 crew members behind the counter. The man standing at the register was waiting to be helped so he could pay with cash, but crew members constantly walked by without even acknowledging him. My order was at the top of the queue but I still had to wait 8-10 minutes while I watched the employees frost and package cookies for another employee. To top it off, when I was finally handed my order, the box was covered in sticky frosting and raspberry jam. The cookies all looked sloppy and rushed. The Biscoff Pie was awful and nothing like the Biscoff Pie I had from the Modesto location. The filling was LITERALLY Biscoff buttercream with chunks of unblended cream cheese. The consistency was like melted buttercream frosting. I will not be returning. What a terrible first experience for a new and fully staffed location. read more

placed a mobile order when there was only a few people. i waited 5 mins for my cookie but the icing on the cookie was runny and super thin, it was spilling over the edge and the cookie was also not chilled as advertised. when i tried to get a different cookie i was waiting to get the attention of an employee for 20 mins. at the end of the day my problem was resolved so wtv but this place is definitely understaffed and the employees are not taking their time to ensure the product is of good quality!!!! read more

Ordered 1 cookie. Only had 2 people infront of me but waited for 10 mins. Then was served a box that was actually so dirty that I had to clean it in my car before placing it on my seats. Just actually shocked because I've never been given an obviously dirty box from crumbl before or any place that I order from that I have to genuinely clean before putting it down in my car. I never leave reviews but after seeing others are experiencing the same thing I definitely think it needs to be fixed. p.s. ordered an oatmeal cookie yet had chocolate all over my box?? I was very disappointed in this Crumbl. After being so excited for them to open, the staff was rude and my four-cookie box was so dirty and covered with food we had to wipe it with a baby wipe before we could bring it in the car. I've never had that happen at any other Crumbl. The staff doesn't even acknowledge you and the place is dirty. Super bummed. read more

At first I was so excited to have a crumbl cookie near my house. Now I'm not sure how I feel about them. I've ordered curbside a few times and every time they take a while to come out. They aren't busy either. I can see them boxing up my cookies from the parking lot and the last few times the cookies have tasted like straight dough. Like playdough. Every cookie I try has that consistency and some are just too rich to even finish. I love the ever changing menu and the variety but truly the cookie has never really done it for me and I'm not sure I'll be back. read more

This is my first time ever going to crumble and I ordered two of the Dubai brownies for delivery and when it got to my house there was only one, I tried to call the store right after and I was on hold for over an hour, I tried to call again a bit after and still was on hold. I have called and emailed the store multiple times since I placed this order on the 2nd and it's now the 15th, I paid $30 for the two brownies and delivery and just want a refund for the second cookie I never got, I don't even want the cookie anymore but I don't want to waste a full $30 on one cookie, but I got a reply to my previous review to contact them directly but every call and email is either put on hold for hours or gone unanswered. read more

You know what's sad. That this is a brand new establishment and it was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I don't visit crumbl often but because I am not a huge fan, but my kids like it. I would give negative stars if that was an option. I ordered way in advance because it was Halloween and I wasn't sure if they would be super busy. I even showed a little later than I specified online. When I entered not one person said hello. Mind you there is 5 girls working. I stood there at the pickup counter for probably 15 mins and not one single girl walked over, made eye contact, nothing! The poor girl at the register was helping another lady who was ordering plus handling the drive up orders. Meanwhile, the other yahoos in the back did nothing to help her. Since I had to wait, I started to notice how disgusting the place was... counters were dirty, floors were gross, paper towels dispenser was just the roll. When I kept getting avoided I finally walked up to one of the girls and asked if I could just grab my order since it should be ready to go. It was literally sitting on the counter 2 feet from me the whole time, which I also find odd because 1/2 the cookies I ordered were supposed to be "chilled". Once I got in the car the box itself was covered it sticky stuff, crumbs, like it was used. All I can say is Do Better! You're in customer service. If you can't muster up a hello, or a be right with you. You should find something else..... read more
