Brought the whole fam & with my brother fam!! Kids love the spot but the wait was 1 hour don't know why!! With one person working only on the ice cream why!! Mangment should know better on leaving just one clerk on register and one on making the Handrolls!! Brought my whole family in to celebrate my daughter's birthday. There were 8 of us, for reference. I have been in twice before and knew the wait could be long, so I was expecting it to be really long for our large group. We had all looked at the menu online in advance just to be a little more prepared. There were two young ladies behind the counter making ice cream and only a few customers inside. The girl who took my order was friendly and very pleasant. Our ice creams came out in the order in which we placed them, they didn't take super long, and were so good! My dad had never tried rolled ice cream and now he wants to go every day. Everyone in our group enjoyed their treat, we definitely will be back. Was in the mood for some ice cream and stumbled across Rock N Roll. I've had ice cream rolls in the past and Rock N Roll didn't disappoint. The establishment was clean and there was a decent amount of seating here. There were also a good amount of topping options for each roll and each cup was $10! Wow! It took over 40 minutes to get our ice cream. Unfortunately, there was only one person behind the counter. There was a family who came in right after us and placed their order on the screen just like the rest of us. After we finally got our ice cream, the lady behind the counter there told the customers behind us that they were closed, mind you they ordered and paid over 45 minutes prior. They had a young son who patiently waited for his ice cream. She returned their money...but never even attempted to make their order. As we were eating our ice cream, she said the store is closed and basically kicked us out. Really disappointed in this establishment. Needless to say, I will never go back and I will be vocalizing my opinion of this establishment with the people I meet. Horrible! Horrible! read more

The reason for 3 stars is lack of customer service being on the phone literally whole time that is always a no no and when I added a tip to the card she told us she won't get that, the owner does not share the digital tips! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! The girl serving was on her phone the whole time and had no sense of urgency in fulfilling the orders. We waited over 45 min for two ice creams. I had already gone to this location a couple weeks ago and it was really good. Once again it was delicious and all the ice creams we got looked very presentable. The man that made our ice cream was on the phone the entire time, never acknowledged us, and kept touched his phone with his gloved hands and then proceeded to touch our ice cream. First time there. Was an experience and the staff was nice to explain how it works. Myself and grandson enjoyed our selection and toppings

when we got on location the staff was outside and didn't pay attention until we walked inside. we ordered off the private tablet but we would have preferred customer service over all since it was our first time here. Both younger female employees were not only on there phones the whole time we were there but were speaking an Indian dialect language we understood as punjabi and they said insults about our clothes not knowing we speak the language. it was very unprofessional from start to finish. no management was present by any means and the service was a -5 out of 10 and the ambiance was also a -5 out of 10 we are not in a 3rd world country. last but not least they altered our order. Wow.. this owner had the audacity to call me out and say it's a FAKE REVIEW?!! Check your cameras again. I asked once while she was taking our orders because we were having to yell at each other. I asked nicely. She refused. After we sat down you could see ON YOUR CAMERAS that my children and I were plugging our ears! Horrible place orders took 52 mins. People who order first had their ice cream forgotten I was pissed for them to wait that long and got nothing . They have a horrible system there needs to be atleast 4 people back there . One to take orders 2 for creating the ice cream 3rd for putting the ice cream together and 4th bagging and giving the order to customers .
