The cookies here are amazing and fresh! The service there is great, the workers are always nice!

I stopped in for the weekly mini sample. I chose to the cheese cake, coconut cake and the pumpkin spice sheet cake. The chocolate chip cookie by Martha Stewart was free. I didn't catch the gentleman's name that served me, but I loved his customer service. I enjoyed all but 1 of the desserts and that was the cheesecake. The flavors just didn't come through for me, almost as if the Philadelphia cheese was missing. My favorite was the pumpkin spice sheet cake. I would definitely come back for that. read more

My friend and I ordered Crumbl to pick up after work. On the app we ordered a pickup for 2-2:30 at 7:30 am. It was a specialty cookie that was offered for today only. We arrived to get the cookie and the employees were extremely rude and disrespectful to every customer in the building. One man who was his first time ever at Crumbl was asking questions, and they were responding with attitude and laughing like he was stupid. They argued very loudly in front of everybody in there over the cookie we ordered not being available and whose fault it was. One employee even interrupted the man ordering at the front to view the menu and prove that the cookies weren't on there. We stood there waiting for somebody to ask which replacement cookie we'd like since they obviously saw the order on the screen. Nobody asked if we were there until they finished handing like 3 different cookie orders and asked what order we were there to pick up. When we told them the girl asked us how we even ordered the cookie and told us it wasn't possible. I guess the impossible happened because we did‍. We ordered the galaxy brownie cookie in replacement and the chocolate icing must've slipped off half of the cookie because it was on the floor behind the counter. There was a kid cleaning the vents with chemicals above a lady grabbing cookie dough out of the fridges. Maybe you should clean the floor first? Corporate gave us a free cookie voucher which isn't even necessary. The problem isn't the cookie being available it's the way the staff reacts and treats their customers. Ordered and paid for 6 cookies online, but was only given two and a "free" third because the employee claimed the prices had been raised. I look forward to seeing yet another business fail in Alexandria because of the owner's incompetence and blatant disregard for their customers. read more

My first time in the Alexandria location and I will not go back! Walked in and immediately noticed how disgusting everything was! No one greeted us. Placed our order on the kiosk after standing at the counter a few minutes with no acknowledgment! When the employee handed us our box he still had his dirty gloves on and there was stuff all over the box. After reading other reviews , even from months back it's obvious the owner doesn't care about the appearance and cleanliness of the store or the employees . I listed my order in the pics. I'm just waiting for the PBJ to come back around that I tasted in July. It was so good. I must say my nephew really enjoyed the lemon cupcake flavor. The butter was awful. I think it was not prepared as described. I'm waiting on some new flavors to try. I'm thinking of trying the Banana Bread and Afterlife this week. read more

Most of the cookies are overly sweet and heavy, with textures that range from underbaked in the center to dry around the edges. The flavor variety sounds exciting on paper, but a lot of them taste pretty similar mostly sugar and frosting, without much depth. Even the classic chocolate chip, which should be a standout, often feels greasy rather than rich. read more

I was excited about Crumbl when they opened. BUT then I tried them. Compared to other locations, they just ain't hitting right. Then the service is horrible! I place an online order, why do I have to wait so long to get my order? You go in the store and order and it's the same thing. The staff are like Zombies most of the time as well. Its a shame I have to drive 2 hours to get that experience you would look for in CRUMBL! read more

I'm a huge Crumbl fan. So I was so excited when I heard we were getting one in Alexandria. I have been every week since they opened, hoping it would get better. I got there at 9 the other morning and the floor was FILTHY. Like it hadn't been cleaned the night before. Normally when you walk in Crumbl, it's an amazing smell. It smelt like a wet dog. Now I was greeted by a lot of staff. One even asked me how my day was going and that was nice. One worker was rolling cookies and said OUT LOUD for all to hear "I don't like this job. I want to do something else". The semi sweet cookie I got, one of my all time favorites, was so undercooked that I couldn't eat it and there was no sea salt on top. I'm hoping they will get better once they get the hang of things! read more

Very bad first experience at this location. The restaurant interior was dirty. After ordering 2 giant cookies the ran out (never heard of that happening before) and gave me two small cookies as replacement. After eating I had a cross contamination peanut reaction which the staff was notified about (again, has never happened at all the other Crumbl locations I visited) read more

some of the workers are very rude, and lately they haven't been saying welcome to crumbl or see you next week. i enjoyed that part cuz it's like they was interacting with us. now they just seem over their jobs. also my cookie was messed up this week, no chocolate like there was supposed to on the strawberry cake cookie. read more

Cookies are okay 5/10. Try them for yourself. Everything ain't for everybody. I myself really didn't like too many of the choices that were offered this week. read more
