Yummy! What a fun place to go to! The staff are really nice. The cookies are yummy and the atmosphere is a blast. What more can you ask for?

You can't just go once! They change the flavors every week- so if you just try it once that doesn't even count. I have been about 20 times and I have not liked about 5 and liked about 10 and LOVED about 5! Gotta keep trying the flavors to find your fav! Right now my favorite is blueberry cheesecake but it could change. My advice is try it a couple of times and honestly $5 for a huge cookie is not crazy expensive. read more

Ehh. First time eating crumbl cookies and it just wasn't for me. I'm not sure how i feel about my cookies tasting more like biscuits than cookies but maybe thats just me. The way the store is set up, you don't really interact with the crew, everything is ordered on a tablet and they get your order out to you. The store was small but very neat and i love the aesthetic as a cookie joint but i probably wont be eating Crumbl again due to the breadiness of the cookies. I normally LOVE Crumbl, but this location needs work. I've visited Crumbl in Birmingham and several Colorado locations and they're always seamless. This time we ordered ahead and ordered 2 Red Velvet which are my FAVE and when we opened our box to check, the employee had given us 2 chocolate chip and when questioned, he said the person in front of us got the last 2 red velvet and it would be a 30 min wait for more red velvet when we'd already ordered ahead. We didn't have that additional time to wait. Being bummed about not getting red velvet I didn't even notice til we had driven too far away that they didn't even put the dallop of cinnamon buttercream frosting on the cinnamon fry bread cookies! I hate to do bad review, but the Auburn Ca store is horrible. The cookies are undercooked. While some like a chewy cookie, there is a difference between chewy and flat out eating dough. When I brought this up to the front, they argued with me and told me I was wrong. 4 people chimed in at the store and all agreed, they are dough cookies which ruin them. Other stores seem to cook them a bit better. In total, the sugar used to be my favorite, but since they added the "almond" flavor in the icing, they ruined this as well. I really wish they would go back to the old fashioned sugar icing. The people seem to be friendly enough, but they need to figure out how to actually bake a cookie so it's cooked and not 1/2 raw. read more

We've ordered from this specific Crumbl cookie location atleast 8 times now. We have yet to have a problem. The service is good & the cookies are good! Highly recommend! Also, get the Crumbl app you can gain some "crumbs" & also skip the lines by ordering in the app. Very convenient :) read more

This store is a disgrace and should rehire all new staff. The wait time was almost and hour after ordering online then one employee was very rude and irritated because we had an issue with waiting so long and being told 3 different stories for the wait...fire and hire new people ASAP!! read more

I visited Crumbl Cookie in Opelika on Enterprise Dr. (they claim Auburn) on 03/16/24 because my child raves about her location in (another state). When I get there, several men are at kioks. I proceeded to the register because I already know what I want. 3 women are working, but I can not tell who is the cashier. After several minutes, the gentleman come stand at the register (by me) and the one worker proceeds to come where we all are. I ask "Oh you have to order over there?" She answers no you don't have to order there, you can just order at the register if you want. ( I'm saying to myself, but I've been standing here all this time and NONE of you have even acknowledged me) Me trying to overlook the obvious, I proceed with my order (which would have been way cheaper than what my daughter pays, so I knew I was getting a deal)! I suddenly came to my senses and told the "now apparent" cashier that I no longer wanted the order, as she did not even attempt to come and take my order until the men left the kiosk and made their way to the register beside me. tasteless soggy cookies that should taste better than they do but sadly doesn't. They need to work better on their flavit's!

Our second time going to this location and it was the worst crumble cookie I've ever been to Management didn't care and had 15 employees in the back just the ice one cookie it was horrible we we're there for almost an hour just to get our cookies. They either need to fire everyone and start from scratch or shut this location down because with the customer service that they have at this store...it ain't going to last long and saw them wasting and throwing away cookies in the back because they kept messing up so their console kept saying sold out when it really wasn't. If I can give them a -5 stars I would because they are ruining crumbles good name. Stop allowing bad management and employees to down grade Crumbl!! read more

i placed a curbside order at 8:14 pm today, the app said my order would be ready by 8:50 pm and i got there right on time and checked in, waited my turn i was in place #8, waited over an hour until closing at 10 pm when my app said i was "next in line" for 30 min but i finally went in to check on the status of my order, when i went in everyone was extremely rude and they were out of 3 of the 4 cookies i had ordered and offered to replace them with basic milk chocolate chip cookies. extremely dissatisfied with my service and will not be going back. read more
