I was in the area and decided to order cookies. I ordered online and was able to choose my pickup time so the cookies would be freshly prepared. The clerk greeted me and my order was immediately packaged even though I was about 10 mins early. I ordered a 4 pack: buckeye brownie, Kentucky butter, confetti milkshake and cookies and cream cake ft Oreo. My favorite of all was the Kentucky butter, it was sweet and rich, a perfect blend of crispy around the edges and soft in the middle. Second favorite was the buckeye brownie, it had a chocolate and peanut butter top. Very good and excellent the next day when heated up slightly. I didn't like the Oreo, it was too fake-cake tasting to me. And it was extra $. I won't get it again. The milk confetti was good but I didn't like the sprinkles. Overall a 4/5, but here is the breakdown per cookie: The chocolate cake cookie is the absolute bestttt and a 5/5. So good with a glass of milk and a fan favorite. The lemon glaze was nice, but was lacking the lemon flavor. The pink velvet was great, as was Mom's recipe, but the last star comes off for the chocolate chip cookie. I enjoy the chocolate chip cookie, but I have had better (levain cookies or tiffs treats). My husband and I have recently discovered Crumbl and we pick up cookies regularly. We do the in store pickup and the cookies are delicious! The only complaint I have is that sometimes there isn't a lot of topping on the cookie, such as the apple pie cookie and Reece's cookie. Of course I could ask for more topping as this is a personal preference. If you don't know, you can purchase a cookie cutter! Some locations have it where you can purchase it online with your cookie order. This location does not, but when you go inside you can ask for one. It's $5 and honestly I think it's worth it. If you're a newbie to Crumbl, the concept is quite simple: huge cookies with a rotating menu each week. 1 cookie is fairly big enough to share between 2 people. The ordering system is quite easy: iPad, select what you want, credit card. Cookies are freshly prepped right in front of you. As far as cookies goes, you can't go wrong with the chocolate chip. The cookie texture lives up to the name, it can crumble if you're not careful, but it's also soft for the "melt in your mouth feeling" (while hot).
