I thought this cookie had a great balance between the cream cheese frosting and cookie. It is a nice staple and good one to try if you are not ready to be adventurous. Strawberry Poptart - 100% tastes exactly like it. I was not expecting it to be so spot on. Just like the poptart, I wish there was more icing and filling, but I very much enjoyed it regardless. Chilled Sugar Cookie - If you do not like the taste of almond extract then I suggest you avoid this one. Very much a simple cookie. So excited that Crumbl Cookies opened up a location at The Boardwalk! The location is prime spot amongst the many restaurant options. If you're a newbie to Crumbl, the concept is quite simple: huge cookies with a rotating menu each week. 1 cookie is fairly big enough to share between 2 people. The ordering system is quite easy: iPad, select what you want, credit card. Cookies are freshly prepped right in front of you. As far as cookies goes, you can't go wrong with the chocolate chip. The cookie texture lives up to the name, it can crumble if you're not careful, but it's also soft for the "melt in your mouth feeling" (while hot). Came here during grand opening day, no line in the morning, free chocolate chip cookie...no complaints and in-line with all my other Crumbl outings. This place is incredible, and has been such a godsend as I've been recovering from surgery. I'm in a different state than my hometown, and had never heard of crumbl beforehand. Now they are my favorite was to satisfy my sweet tooth. I love the rotating weekly menu, which presents new options each week, but also I appreciate that they keep a few staples (chocolate chip cookies anyone?) available all of the time. The office may seem a bit steep (which can be offset by picking up the cookies yourself) but I promise it is WELL WORTH IT! I encourage you to give Crumble a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

As far as COVID precautions go- there aren't really any.. you place your order on a touch screen that honestly I didn't see wiped down ever. Nor was there any sanitizer available. The cookies: Ordered a four pack which I shall rate individually. Chocolate chip: 3.75/5 Oreo cookie. 5/5 but definitely have a drink on hand. Red velvet: 3.5/5 Lemon: 5/5 The chocolate chip was good, but I think they use milk chocolate which for my personal preference just didn't do it. Otherwise the consistency was a slight crunchy outer and soft center. Same goes for red velvet. So i love my Crumbl cookies but was a bit surprised today when my husband went out of his way to pick up my order and it was wrong. Luckily he checked it in the car before coming home. I ordered 4 and one was wrong. I ordered 2 cornbread cookies, no sugar cookie. I figured they'd just give him the cookie separately but they took back the box and replaced it. I found that strange as I can't imagine that they'd serve that to someone else after he'd taken the box. The guy was very friendly and happily took it back to swap it out. But I don't think that should be the procedure. Especially with Covid still a thing. So for now i have to remove a star as I would not have done that. Making a mistake and giving a wrong cookie isn't the worst offense but taking the box and changing out the one cookie instead of just handing him the right cookie bothers me. I won't stop eating my Crumbls but this practice shouldn't happen. Its just not clean. Visited Crumbl for the first time. It was extremely busy when I entered. Utilized the easy to operate kiosk to complete my order. The entire visit was probably 10 minutes or less. You can see them making the dough and cookies through the large windows, but the sweet smell of cookies is what turns your head walking through Towne Lake shopping. I thought the cookies were very good, beautiful and make nice gifts. The box for the dozen was very flimsy. However, one or two of the cookies burned going down and I had severe heartburn. I sent an email to corporate asking for ingredients and I suggest you do the same. It was the citric acid I believe...but some of the cookies are chock full of dyes and chemicals. So unnecessary! I found this place after reading a review and so glad to find it! The cookies are huge!! We tried the Kentucky butter cookie, dulce de leche, potato chocolate chip and the regular chocolate chip. My favorite was the Kentucky butter cookie it was soft and melted in my mouth and it was full of flavor. The Dulce de leche was the runner up. The frosting was delish! The other two cookies were also delicious but I would go back for the Kentucky butter cookie. Service was fast despite there being a long line. The only thing I would suggest is to provide napkins.
