This location is so frustrating, I live in the neighborhood and I can't tell you how many times I have attempted to come here and they have been closed. They can't seem to settle on what hours they want and now they are closed on Sundays too. Which I get but when you consider they only keep each flavor for one single week no matter what and they change every Monday it's annoying not being able to get it on the last day they are offering it. When you put this altogether along with the price there's just so many other great treat places in the same parking lot as them that seem to have their business in order that I will just go to instead. read more

Stumbled upon this fantastic cookie spot! I love the open concept of their store/kitchen. You get to see all of the action happen. Their in store self-ordering systems make purchasing quick and easy. You can also go up to the counter to order. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cookies come right out of the oven and straight into your box, I mean, what could be better? Both cookies that I had were super soft, which is exactly what I was hoping for. They are also huge, about the size of 2 normal cookies out together. They are very rich in flavor. This place was amazing! I was visiting from California and my friend was raving about this place. She took me and I ordered the Nutella sea salt and peanut butter and jelly. My review is going to mimic so many before me...I just spent how much per cookie? Like seriously...but holy wow... I was going to have some girl time with a close friend and thought I would bring something for us both to try together. This was perfect. Going in I was clueless - I've seen pictures and such but was still very much out of the know. Their menu rotates and they had six cookie types. So I figured, well, grab one of each and then she and I can just split all of them but initial thoughts were like - that is only three cookies each. Little did I know...ONE of these is freaking plenty...no joke. This is not a normal cookie - one of these is like an entire dessert and then some. So she and I cut them into fourths and we barely made a dent. I am glad that I did get one of each flavor though because every single one was amazing. The flavors I experienced: 1.) Sugar with a touch of pink frosting - super sickly sweet and somehow my favorite. This was crazy good! 2.) Peanut butter and jelly - WHOA...a peanut butter cookie with jelly and I might mention that I am in my 40's and my favorite sandwich is a PB&J so this just ticked all those boxes! 3.) Nutella filled - Honestly, I was not that impressed BUT I am honestly not a giant Nutella fanatic so if you are you will love this one. I am picky though because I am such a chocolate nutso. Basically I do not want other flavors competing with my chocolate. 4.) Chocolate chip - Delicious! This one was actually my least impressive because it was not a huge amount different than just a regular chocolate chip cookie BUT I just paid crazy money for this one. 5.) I come here because my bf loves their cookies. They have rotating cookie flavors each week and you can go on their website/app to find out. But they usually have their usual 2 flavors each week ( chocolate chip and chilled sugar). We're not really a fan of those flavors but if you are you're in luck! I'm not really a fan of most of their cookies. Most of their cookies have this really artificial taste in the dough. Their cookies are more of a soft crumbly consistency ( just had my 'aha' moment of why it's call crumble now) . Our favorite is the Chilled Twix cookie. It has a chilled chocolate and caramel topping on top. Probably the best part of the cookie! I should start this review by saying that I am an at home baker who loves a good cookie, and thus this is why I give this place such a low review. As a home baker, I am of the FERVENT belief that cookies should be baked and enjoyed fresh, AND be CHEAP! A cookie should not ever cost more than $3, and price tag of $4 per cookie is completely ridiculous. What is even worse is that, at this price, you get a cookie that is much much smaller than a pizookie. A pizookie is approximately $8, and for the $4 price tag of these cookies, you would expect to be getting half a pizookie, but it is not so. We got a box of four, which had a small discount of $3 per cookie, totaling $12, but once again, I have to say this is NOT WORTH IT. The cookies were overly sweet and, although warm, heating it up in a microwave would result in a similar effect. Additionally, all of the flavors were very anticlimactic and not one that was worth its price. On the whole, I am ridiculously disappointed with this, and would not go again. read more

Birthday cake, chocolate strawberry cheesecake, chocolate caramel, classic pink sugar, mint chocolate chips and sugar ft mothers bistro valentines Xs and Os. They look great and turns out taste great too. I wish I was the one tasting them too but sharing is definitely caring in this case. Just got a huge/ happy thank you. Made my day and my friend's day. Overall, the shop is clean, the servers are kind, and they have a rotating menu with some delicious cookies for $4, or 4 for $14. Important - Cookies are on the sugary side, this is really the right place if you have a sweet tooth. Obviously some of the flavors will be better than others, that will depend on preference. I think that there classic chocolate chip cookie is a safe play, but it is worth sharing a few cookies with other and trying a bit of each! I recently got to try out Crumbl Cookie and I can honestly say it's not my favorite type/kind of cookies. I got 4 cookies; Carrot Cake, Dulce De Leche, Smores and Molten Chocolate. They all came out warm, but I had to drive to Vancouver, so by the time I got back home, the cookies were cold. --- Carrot Cake; It tasted like a carrot cake, but in a cookie form. The frosting was just right, and paired well with the cookie. I tried this without frosting, and the cookie tasted pretty bland and dry. Dulce De Leche; To me, I thought it tasted more like a gingerbread cookie with Caramel and a Salted Frosting. Everything sorta complimented each other, but the cookie itself wasn't where the flavor was, it was the frosting. Smores; Basically, a smores in a cookie form. It had a toasted marshmallow center, but it was more like a Chocolate Chip Cookie with Marshmallows. Molten Chocolate; It's honestly the best one out of all the ones I tried. It was like a molten lava cake with a stronger punch of chocolate. It's more on the chocolately side. The center is ALSO GOEY --- The cookies were alright, nothing too fancy, except for the Molten Chocolate. It's $4, which in my opinion is pricey for a cookie. Awesome cookies and staff, the oatmeal and raisin cookies are my favorite but the chocolate chip cookies were also amazing.

Finally got to try the coveted Crumbl cookies! Yes they are a tad on the sweet side but they hold well with plastic wrap if you want to break off a few pieces here and there to enjoy. The staff is so sweet, and even though they are working hard, cranking out delicious cookies, they still shout thank you as you leave with a pink box in hand. Big wonderful cookies made by a handful of staff, somewhat attentive. It's a grab and go with a few tables outside. The place smells amazing...you might gain a pinch on smelling alone! The only downside is they've only got a few options that don't seem to rotate out much (maybe swapping salted caramel for raspberry makes the cheesecake seem like two options but only one at a time so...) Nonetheless, they do seem to have enough choices to please at least 80% of the population.
