I've been waiting for a gourmet cookie spot to open up nearby so I'm SO excited to try all the flavors-- regulars and the rotating seasonals! The cashier explained that there are warm cookies and chilled cookies, which are served cold. Strange concept but everything looks so delicious. I love pumpkin flavored everything so I pounced on the pumpkin roll cookie. It tastes like thanksgiving minus all the relatives asking you why you're not married yet, so win-win. The classic chocolate chip cookie was better than your average, nothing basic about it. Next on my wishlist is the funfetti and cookies & cream, but that'll have to be for another day before I pass out from sugar overload. Definitely recommend! PS- they deliver! read more

Grand opening day and free cookie day (automatically a chocolate chip one) for this new franchise in Beaverton. Even at 8:30pm the wait wasn't long and moved fast. A cookie is $4, four cookies for $14 or a larger party box available too. Six cookies to choose from and milk options for drinks. Chocolate chip and frosted cookie are always in the menu as four are rotating. The cookies are served warm or chilled, the chilled ones are cold if they have icing/frosting so it doesn't melt. No bathroom or table seating (only a small bench) this is a grab and go place. Got a crumbl box (4 cookies) The free chocolate chip cookie was warm but dense and very undercooked in the middle, not sweet enough and not many chocolate chips. It was thick and mostly butter flavored as it was light in color. The other cookies were also big and thick, pretty sweet and buttery. Some of the cookies had a grainy texture aftertaste like the oreo (cookie & cream milkshake) and funfetti. The pumpkin roll cookie and the cinnamon toast cookie were good, smelled good with the seasonings too! All in all, the cookies are hit or miss for me. I do think the concept is fun- having cookies delivered, access to warm fresh cookies (you can see them being made/baked), the rewards program and having a small selection are all positives. Let's not kid ourselves...who doesn't like warm squishy fresh baked cookies? They even sell milk and chocolate milk to accompany these fantabulous creations. As I'm standing here salivating between the smell of fresh baked cookies and reading the sign that says "WE DELIVER" I can't decide what kind I want to choose. They are a little pricey at $4 per cookie but in reality they are the size of two cookies. So just retrain you're brain that you will not eat the whole thing at once and you will talk yourself into the 4 for $14 deal! They arrange the fresh warm cookies in a cute pink box and now it's up to you to decide which flavor you want to try first. We ordered 5 different cookies and cut them in quarters so we could try them all!! I have no regrets whatsoever. I have some friends in Vegas who love Crumbl, so I was really excited to learn that they had just moved into my neighborhood. We happened to be in the area during their grand opening, so we stopped in. We were greeted warmly by everyone inside and given free chocolate chips cookies since it was their grand opening, nice touch! We also grabbed a pumpkin cookie and a cookies and cream milkshake cookie. I thought the cookies were a bit pricey, but they are giant. I do wish they had smaller sizes so you could reasonably try a variety of flavors. It took us three days to eat our cookies because they were just so big. I am not a fan of their chocolate chip, the chocolate chips are way too big and the dough is a little bland. I did enjoy the pumpkin, it was heavy on pumpkin and light on frosting, which I appreciate. The cookies and cream was also really good. I enjoyed the cookies and I love that they change the flavors weekly and deliver to my house. I'll probably try them again in the future when one of the flavors jumps out at me, but I won't be back frequently, they are just too big. read more

One of my favorite cookie places in Portland. Coming from Seattle it is similar to midnight cookie. They have large cookies and small cookies that come with cute pink boxes. The only con is that the cookies are bit overpriced for the taste and even for a big cookie. I would come back and just get my favorite chocolate chip cookie when I'm near. read more

Just not great. I have been wanting to try this place, and now that I finally have, I am extremely disappointed. We got a total of 6 cookies, a box of 4 then two individual cookies. We had asked for the two individual cookies to be packaged in it's on box, but they had ran out of the individual boxes for the night, and it was only 8:30 pm (this place doesn't close until midnight). So then I got my chocolate chip cookie in a sleeve. For $4, I expected quite a lot out of this cookie. It tasted pretty bad, to the point where I couldn't even finish it. This actually stopped me from even tasting the other cookies. We now have 6 cookies that nobody wants to eat. However, I will say that I do appreciate the packaging and presentation. Apparently it did not show up on his end of the order and I will need to come in and show proof of this email before I can receive anything. I've gotten cookies so overdone that they're just crunchy which is the opposite of how they should be, I've gotten the wrong cookies, etc. But the store is always good about correcting any issues. I love that. The problem that they can't help with is the doordash drivers, most of them, do not knock and just leave the box on the ground. That's just gross! And this order today, the box near the sticker was torn and the sticker wasn't stuck! No one took a bite, but that doesn't mean they were not touched. My cookie isn't warm. Very undercooked (no fillings) and so it's not hold up. Tried to eat cookie with one hand resulted crumbles all over (maybe that's supposed to be after the name). With loads of butter it does look wet and taste soggy in the middle. I end up just eat around the edge. Buying one to go cookie (gotta bring my own coffee) already cost 4.25 and the lowest tip on the screen is 2.00. Since when oregon has almost 50% for a to go food. She told me in a slightly rapid robotic way that they have a rotating selection of cookies available on a weekly basis. She then pointed to the week's choices and directed me towards the descriptions. I guess I assumed that someone working in a place that smells like chocolate and vanilla all the time would be more excited about representing all the wonderful things the place had to offer. I ordered two cookies, a chocolate cake and a milk chocolate chip. Don't get me wrong, they were pretty good, but nothing I would go out of my way to get again. They are big (not huge) as far as a cookie goes and they are $5.00 each. Sadly I was expecting something more fantastic. The milk chocolate cookie seemed slightly under baked, not even crunchy on the outside, but some might like that. The chocolate cake was was pretty good, but seemed to get most of it's flavor from the frosting, applied after it was baked. After months and months of stalking these cookies and watching the cinematic videos with no intent to buy them, I finally decided to pick some up. Previously, I had been hesitant because of the fear that I would get addicted. But still, I tried them. And again. And again. Now we've probably gone 3 or 4 times, and now I can confidently write a review. In my opinion, there's not much to see. Yes, there are new flavors and all that, but they all just taste the same. They have this feel, this signature taste, which I feel has been overused. I can't explain it farther than that. Don't get me wrong- they're delicious. I love sugar, and I love these. But it's just a little... off. The business model is brilliant: Lure people in with the bright colors, and the Instagram-worthy stores, and then BOOM they're hooked and coming back every week to indulge in 6 massive coma inducing sugar bombs. Don't worry, I have fallen into the trap too. But something that really angers me about this sugary wonderland of butter is the fact that you can only get one size of cookie, assuming you aren't catering. I would love this place a lot more if they came in more sane sizes, rather than the current hand - sized insanity that it currently is. I just prefer a smaller cookie, so that we don't have to non-daintily divide up the massive bombs of a cookie. Now all that said, I probably will still come here every once in a while, not because I genuinely want to, but I have been brainwashed to assume I need these cookies to survive.
