Cookies are good. Customer Service needs improvement. We ordered ahead, upon arrival, they didn't have what we wanted. Then they tried to give us small cookies and less than what we ordered. And they didn't want to give us a refund. My daughter had to contact crumbl customer service to get reward points - as they dint give cash refunds. Waiting 30 minutes in line... at 10:30pm on a Saturday night... in a light drizzle... in Canton, Ohio. For cookies. 2022 has officially entered bizarre-O status. :-) The well known national cookie chain has made its way to little old Canton, Ohio. Was the hype surrounding this little slice of cookie heaven worth it? In one word: Mostly. Arrived a minute after 10pm, to my surprise, there was still a line, even at that late hour. I'm guessing it's partially because it's new, and partially because it's one of the few places open till midnight and not on "pandemic hours". Kudos to them for bucking the "close at 9pm" trend that seems to have taken over. I got in line and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Considering there were less than 10 people in front of me in line, I was a little disappointed that it took 25 minutes to get inside. Part of that was because if you placed an online order, they let you jump the line and come inside. NOTE: Order online to skip the wait! Once inside I was greeted by a kid at the counter, who was friendly and attentive. Told him the four cookies I wanted to try, and he gave me a total. It was a little cringe for him to say "would you like to leave a tip? 15%, 20%, 25%?" I'm not opposed to tipping *at all*, it just seems kind of pushy to go about it like that. Maybe if you order on one of the kiosks, it gives you that option. I ordered with a person, because the kiosk was occupied when I was ushered in. Anyways, to the cookies... I got classic peanut butter, lemon, strawberry pop tart and chocolate toffee something-or-other. Let's start with the hands down winner: strawberry pop tart. A sweet, gooey mess of a cookie (in a good way) with a classic butter cookie, made with a warm strawberry filling, topped with a melty white almost marshmallow frosting, with sanding sugar and a mini pop tart. Five star for sure. The lemon was my second favorite. Warm vanilla cookie with a freshly swirled topping of a smooth lemon frosting. It got 4/5 stars from me. The peanut butter was pretty standard as peanut butter cookies go. Nothing exceptionally good or bad about that one. The Chocolate toffee was a little disappointing. Not that it was bad, it just had toffee (which I love) and chocolate (which I also love) but they didn't really mesh for me on this one. I guess I had really high expectations and it was just kind of ok. It was definitely nice to know each cookie was made when you ordered it. And the taste proved it. When cookies are warm and gooey, it's always better. That's science! At over $3 per cookie, Crumbl ain't cheap. It will be interesting to see how that price point plays out in the Canton market. There are lines now, but after the novelty wears off, it's going to come down to value for your money. $31.50 a dozen, for cookies, is a little crazy. But so is waiting in a 25 minute line, in the rain, for cookies on a Saturday night. With the Giant Eagle bakery, Starbucks, and Einstein Bros all within shouting distance of Crumbl, they're going to have to stay on top of their game, and hope the rotating flavors and service keep customers coming back for more. First visit. Well staffed but nobody offered a greeting and any instruction on how to place an order and how we even know what cookies were available. When asked, Broc managed to point to the television and said look at the TV! It's a simple process, and even pretty self explanatory once you have a chance to look it over. But the employee lack of engagement isn't very helpful when there's a line of people waiting behind you. I asked one follow-up question after placing my order in Broc managed to have an even more hurt in discourteous attitude than he did the first time. Same towards the people behind me. Definitely needs to learn a thing or two about a customer service occupation. I haven't had a chance to eat any cookies yet, but noticed one had a finger print down the side of the cookie. I expect them to be good. I just think their operation needs some tweaking. read more

Ordered on the app and my order was done early. Quick service for a Saturday; it only took 10mins to have my cookies ready. Love the concept of rotating flavors and the cookies are usually really rich and decadent. Price is reasonable considering my local bakery sells basic flavor cookies that are 1/4 of the size for $2-3 each and these are less than $5 each and you get a massive cookie. read more

Well we read the reviews for this location, but ignored them because after my first experience at a Crumbl in Orlando last month I needed to take my family here! We are huge Insomnia cookie fans and I think these are just as good and some are better! Yes the elephant in the room (not including all of us that keep eating like this) is the line! It was wrapped around the building on a Saturday afternoon but it kept moving and we were in within 30 minutes. If you don't expect to wait when the line is already outside the building, don't get out of the car nor sit on your phone and complain about it. They only had 4 cookies to choose from but as you'll see in my picture all good choices. I came home and cut 3 into 1/4 pieces (ok maybe 1/3 pieces) and nope! I couldn't even finish that, felt like I was going to go into a diabetic coma half way through... and I'm a typical over weight Midwesterner! Will we back? Heck yeah, they are freaking amazing/high priced cookies! Are they about $3/ea. yep and they are easily a 2-3 serving cookie too. read more

This week tried rocky road, milk glaze, and churro. These to me were the best I've had there. The rocky road is almost like a dark chocolate brownie with nuts. The churro is a wonderful rich cinnamon cookie. The star is milk glaze with fruity Pebbles. I liked this one so much I looked up a copycat recipe. It has milk powder in the batter and cereal milk in the frosting. I'll be making those asap. read more

Expensive tasteless raw lumps of dough. The confetti sugar cookie was inedible due to not being cooked. And it clocks in at 560 calories and is meant to serve 4? Why not make them smaller and actually bake them? The red velvet cookie, 840 calories, on its own had no flavor, only the overly sweet frosting tasted like anything. Cut into 4 Is 210 calories. Cookies are good, but this location is always out of selection. I went into the store at around 4 pm and only 1 cookie flavor was in stock. I was told to come back in about 30 minutes and that the rest would be ready. While I was in the store, 7 other people walked out because of the limited selection. I went shopping and came back in 30 minutes like instructed. Nothing was ready at all. I literally drove 45 minutes to get cookies today and waited around and then was told that it would be another hour ON TOP of the 30 minutes I just waited! There were 8-10 people rolling dough at the table but NO cookies. They were laughing, talking, had loud music playing and nothing ready for customers. Six customers walked out this time with nothing. I can only imagine how many sales they lost today. How can so many people be working and for over an hour and a half have only one cookie available?!?! I then asked for the owner to call me back and she never did either. I will never patronize this location again, in an effort not to service us, the employees start coughing all over the cookie boxes and then when I tried to address the issue the person who was coughing said nothing and just stared at us blinking and non of the employees apologized for the unprofessional attitudes or unsanitary conditions, no gloves and no masks and no apologies. How are customers to know that crumbl cookies has any sanitation measures that it upholds when your employees have such distasteful practices. I'm disappointed and I hope North Canton opens an insomnia cookie! Because was the worst experience I've ever had. I think in all the time I have been on yelp, I have only handed out a handful of 1 stars. Today unfortunately is one of those days. Now, as I state my experience, please know that the cookies really are very delicious. This store opened towards the end of June. We decided to try delivery as it was an option the second week they were open. After about 45 minutes of ordering, the delivery driver contacted me stating that the store was going to cancel my order because I hadn't contacted them. I never had gotten any sort of notification to call or contact the store. I guess they were out of one of the cookies I ordered. The delivery person kindly said he would take care of it and fix it after I talked to him. I was slightly irritated with the store, but thought it was just opening issues they needed to iron out. Fast forward another 2 weeks, and the website says it offers curbside delivery. I thought, perfect, let me try this again. I put my order in and then got there 5 minutes before my window opened. I clicked the "I'm here" on the app. It said I was 8th in line and that someone would be out to me with my cookies. I sat there for about 25 minutes. I checked the app again and it says that I was now 4th in line. Frustrated at the long wait, I called to see how much longer as I had a small child that was getting anxious and wanting to get home. When I called I was told they don't bring cookies to cars/curbside and that I would have to come in and just wait in line. I was just angry at this point because I had just wasted 30 minutes of my time. I cancelled my order and left as I had my child who just jumped into the car for a ride and didn't have socks or shoes on. It will be a long time before I try crumbl again. They have A LOT of kinks to still work out. A tip to the store....do not offer services you can't deliver on since people depend on those services being able to be provided for various reasons. read more

They are big and they seem more raw then cooked. I don't like the Choc chip. I have had cookies so much better. It's not worth stand in line.
