Waiting 30 minutes in line... at 10:30pm on a Saturday night... in a light drizzle... in Canton, Ohio. For cookies. 2022 has officially entered bizarre-O status. :-) The well known national cookie chain has made its way to little old Canton, Ohio. Was the hype surrounding this little slice of cookie heaven worth it? In one word: Mostly. Arrived a minute after 10pm, to my surprise, there was still a line, even at that late hour. I'm guessing it's partially because it's new, and partially because it's one of the few places open till midnight and not on "pandemic hours". Kudos to them for bucking the "close at 9pm" trend that seems to have taken over. I got in line and waited. And waited. And waited some more. Considering there were less than 10 people in front of me in line, I was a little disappointed that it took 25 minutes to get inside. Part of that was because if you placed an online order, they let you jump the line and come inside. NOTE: Order online to skip the wait! Once inside I was greeted by a kid at the counter, who was friendly and attentive. Told him the four cookies I wanted to try, and he gave me a total. It was a little cringe for him to say "would you like to leave a tip? 15%, 20%, 25%?" I'm not opposed to tipping *at all*, it just seems kind of pushy to go about it like that. Maybe if you order on one of the kiosks, it gives you that option. I ordered with a person, because the kiosk was occupied when I was ushered in. Anyways, to the cookies... I got classic peanut butter, lemon, strawberry pop tart and chocolate toffee something-or-other. Let's start with the hands down winner: strawberry pop tart. A sweet, gooey mess of a cookie (in a good way) with a classic butter cookie, made with a warm strawberry filling, topped with a melty white almost marshmallow frosting, with sanding sugar and a mini pop tart. Five star for sure. The lemon was my second favorite. Warm vanilla cookie with a freshly swirled topping of a smooth lemon frosting. It got 4/5 stars from me. The peanut butter was pretty standard as peanut butter cookies go. Nothing exceptionally good or bad about that one. The Chocolate toffee was a little disappointing. Not that it was bad, it just had toffee (which I love) and chocolate (which I also love) but they didn't really mesh for me on this one. I guess I had really high expectations and it was just kind of ok. It was definitely nice to know each cookie was made when you ordered it. And the taste proved it. When cookies are warm and gooey, it's always better. That's science! At over $3 per cookie, Crumbl ain't cheap. It will be interesting to see how that price point plays out in the Canton market. There are lines now, but after the novelty wears off, it's going to come down to value for your money. $31.50 a dozen, for cookies, is a little crazy. But so is waiting in a 25 minute line, in the rain, for cookies on a Saturday night. With the Giant Eagle bakery, Starbucks, and Einstein Bros all within shouting distance of Crumbl, they're going to have to stay on top of their game, and hope the rotating flavors and service keep customers coming back for more. To a lot of people, the whole thing is crazy. Crazy enough that this just might work...

Ordered on the app and my order was done early. Quick service for a Saturday; it only took 10mins to have my cookies ready. Love the concept of rotating flavors and the cookies are usually really rich and decadent. Price is reasonable considering my local bakery sells basic flavor cookies that are 1/4 of the size for $2-3 each and these are less than $5 each and you get a massive cookie.

Well we read the reviews for this location, but ignored them because after my first experience at a Crumbl in Orlando last month I needed to take my family here! We are huge Insomnia cookie fans and I think these are just as good and some are better! Yes the elephant in the room (not including all of us that keep eating like this) is the line! It was wrapped around the building on a Saturday afternoon but it kept moving and we were in within 30 minutes. If you don't expect to wait when the line is already outside the building, don't get out of the car nor sit on your phone and complain about it. They only had 4 cookies to choose from but as you'll see in my picture all good choices. I came home and cut 3 into 1/4 pieces (ok maybe 1/3 pieces) and nope! I couldn't even finish that, felt like I was going to go into a diabetic coma half way through... and I'm a typical over weight Midwesterner! Will we back? Heck yeah, they are freaking amazing/high priced cookies! Are they about $3/ea. yep and they are easily a 2-3 serving cookie too.

Absolutely love the cookies and how fresh they always are! It's a little expensive but the quality and size makes up for that

I've been here several times since it opened and I've had very different experiences. The cookies for the most part are delicious but a few times they were not baked through and were doughy in the middle. Paying over $4/cookie and asking $4 tip for a box of 4 cookies seems exorbitant. I hope they get this issue worked out. read more

The cookies are not that great. We tried all 6 cookies and they all tasted like raw cookie dough to us. In my opinion, $4+ for a cookie is ridiculous! The price of the cookies is not worth what we taste. I doubt if we will ever go back read more

This store has nice looking cookies, however I feel that they are overrated. They are highly priced and it makes sense because they have unique flavors but they don't have the best taste. They are fully cooked and have a plethora of flavors except they just don't always hit the right spot. While waiting in line the outside worker was very dramatic and acted like she was out of breath and overworked while she was as barely doing anything and kept playing on her phone. Then once we said something about them being busy she said we could grab an apron and go help because they are "severely understaffed" while there was at least 10 workers. The truth is they aren't understaffed, they are just slow. In the at least 10 minutes we watched one specific girl, she was just slowly scooping peanut butter into another bowl, for 10 MINUTES. They have no sense of urgency or care for the people waiting in line. Another thing is that the computer telling the flavors and sold out ones wasn't working and then when we got to the register the lady said they had a flavor we wanted even though it wasn't in stock on the sign. She then proceeded to take one off of a tray with at least 10 other of the same kind that was supposedly "sold out". Luckily it was a lovely night to wait outside and socialize with my party. read more

This is such A bad service. There was at least over seven people working and it was so unorganized. We were standing in line for over an hour and still never got our cookies I finally had to go up to the counter and cancel my order because we had places to be, I asked for a refund but this girl didn't know how to do it so I asked her to just give me money on a gift card but she didn't know how to do that either! read more

It's just a shame it sucked, because I wanted this to be my to go to place for Flammkuchen because I live alone, and it's just not practical to make for myself on the regular, but thought it would be a fun place to go with friends. But they really dropped the ball on such an easy dish. Please, New Berlin.. lay off the black pepper. You almost over peppered the french fries. Leave it up to the customer to add pepper because it was really heavy handed. Atmosphere and staff: 4 stars. Food: Zero stars.

The tator tots tasted like your ordinary Tator tots from another basic place even like Sonic. No seasoning!!! I'm sooo glad I didn't order for the whole family or take them because it was a big disappointment. Before tip, the order being Door Dashed was $21. Save your money!

The location of this one is in a rather unfortunate spot because for one it is on The Strip in North Canton (which is ALWAYS busy) and there is little to no parking space and what parking space is there tends to be very congested on weekends and summer time. There have been a handful of times where I wasn't greeted nor waited on quickly when paying with cash. A couple of workers would look back and forth at each other to see which one was going to help us. However; there is a young man that works here (I never got his name), that is ALWAYS first to greet you with a smile as soon as you walk in and get your order to you. And the cookies made when he is working are exquisite and never look thrown together!! I come here so much that if I miss a week or two, I joke that they are going to have to do a "welfare" check to make sure I'm still good, LOL!! read more

Went to the Crumbl near Canton the other day and it was honestly a really good time. The staff was super chill and didn't rush me even though I took forever picking flavors. The place smelled amazing when I walked in, and the cookies looked just as good. I got the chocolate chip and one of the rotating ones--both were super soft and kind of addictive. Yeah, it's a little pricey for just cookies, but they're big and honestly worth it once in a while. Definitely coming back. read more

it's amazing and the people are so nice every time and it's good to be patient cause they are popular but they do work very fast and good service and they have been So nice enough two different times to give me a cookie for free cause they ran out and I waited 1-2hrs for them to make more and since I stayed and waited they gave me a cookie for free and that has happened twice and it was so sweet of them when I was willing to pay! read more

Best cookies ever but sux how much they run out. I order a lot so I'm supposed to be able to save 5% if I pre-order on Sun. When I went to do it the first time, 2 flavors said sold out. How can you be sold out when the week hasn't even started yet? Lol. Another thing that would be cooler is if there was a monthly menu released instead. So I could plan ahead. :p read more

It's so good I love the textures and softness when its freshly baked. It has so many different flavors and texture to the cookies. my favorite is the galaxy cookie it's like a cosmic brownie and I like those lol. We usually have a pretty good experience! The only downside is they seem to be out of cookies a lot of the time so it's hard to get desired flavors unless you go at unpopular times. We've had a few cookies that maybe wouldn't follow crumbl standards but overall it's a pleasant experience! read more

This is the closest Crumbl we have. We have never had any issues with this location. We always order for pick up, if we get dinner, we typically order and then head over there after dinner. We enjoy them every time we eat them. read more
