Cookies are delicious and great, staff not so much. Went in on Saturday and had a coupon for a free cookie for my birthday and the girl at check out seemed bothered and unwilling to help. For some reason my coupon was not scanning and she told me sometimes their system is funky and didn't honor the free cookie. Didn't give me a receipt, I had to ask for it. I wish their customer service was better. Tried to email the store and never got a response. They don't really care or promote customer service in any way. read more

The cookies are good. When you enter the store someone will yell across the store "hi" or "welcome". You place your order through a computer (which may or may not work) and afterwards you wait to the side for a unknown amount of time for your order. If your retired, or just have time to burn this is a great place to do that. The ordering system is confusing for millennials , you should see the customers over 45. Hard to watch, even harder to wait. read more

Ok if you like thick doughy cookies that are bland not really that great!! I'll stick to other local places and go normal chocolate chip or white chocolate macadamia or dark chocolate chunk cookies like Randall's or HEB with recent dated baked on dates!!! read more

So much for ordering ahead. 30 minutes after arrival to pick up cookies and still waiting. Update: After 40 minutes, I am seeing people who placed orders as I was making this post get their cookies. I said something to an employee who then made the order. They also said my order got lost in the system. I also heard another employee tell another customer that they don't process the order until you check in. So why bother ordering ahead. Between the drive and waiting that is 90 minutes. read more

Crumbl has so many great cookie flavors. They are a little pricey but I enjoy one when I want to treat me and family to a special treat. ​

Hair baked into my butter popcorn cookie . My kids and I bought all 6 flavors to cit into pieces to sample. The cookie itself was not very good. It is the toppings that give the cookies their flavor. Raspberry cheesecake and butter popcorn were in the lead for best tasting until I found the hair in mine and our taste testing game was over read more

Have only been into this location twice and had bad experiences both times. The first time I went in, both ordering screens were down so I had to wait in a line of serval people. Took a while to get up front, but when I did I ordered and was then told they are only accepting cash at the moment. I didn't have any cash and was told I needed to order on the app. I stepped aside to order on the app, and within a minute someone else ordered and payed with a card. Second time I went in both order screens were down as well and my order took forever to be ready. When I got home I went to eat some of my cookie and found a hair sticking out of it. Would much rather drive an extra 30 mins to Georgetown than go to this location again. read more

I love crumbl. Each time I have visited this store the cookies just taste like mass amounts of flour. No distinct difference. Today I ordered 3 very different kinds and they literally all tasted the same. I threw them out. Tried calling tips location for a refund, the phone just hangs up on you. If you want crumbl I suggest going to the Georgetown one. read more

Went there today and got a honeycomb cookie, I love all things cookie and cake and the store smelled amazing and the cookies looked great BUT really not good, I took a bite and my husband took a bite and then it went in the trash. Odd flavor, says it's served warm but barely and the buttercream was bland. I don't know if something got messed up or I just straight don't like the place but that cookie was bad. read more

Sign on the door says cash only, or use the app to order. We go inside, 4 cookies $12... they look pretty large. There's a tall person waiting to take our order. We get four chocolate chip cookies and an extra s'mores one. The person at the counter tells someone to remove the sign on the door and then tells us it's $16, and shamelessly asks if we want to give a tip. My friend asks "What?" As he starts to count his bills. We are both thinking it's pretty rude to ask for a tip. So they state again "It's $16 would you like to provide a tip?" Then my friend hands this person a $20 bill and they ask for a third time! "Did you want to give a tip?"... my friend is embarrassed and mumbles "uh yeah, I guess $2" so then this person bends down and is putting the $20 away or checking to make sure it's real or something and they say to some girl who's packaging or making cookies... Marissa? I don't recall her name... but they're like "*Marissa, can you come kill this spider for me?".... The person with our money has a glove on... so does *Marissa. So she asks "Where is it?" Just as this small spider crawls onto the counter and she takes one gloved hand and slides it's guts across the edge of the counter. "Thank you!" Says the person with our change. They try to hand the $1 and some coins to my friend, who just tells them to keep it... What the actual crap? $16 and some change for 5 cookies, and a tip, for making the cookies that you're selling for $16? Cookies are pretty good, really large and heavy, with the right amount of sweetness in them, warm and soft. Massively better than some other place I know around here. Great selection of flavors, however it's really sweet. I am a sweet tooth and I couldn't even eat half of a cookie in one sitting. If they made their cookies less sweet then It would definitely be one of my fave place to grab cookies. read more

We were so excited to try these cookies for the first time and we got 6 basically raw cookies. They were truly terrible. I have a friend who lives near a different location and said that our experience definitely wasn't the norm but unfortunately this was bad enough that I wouldn't risk coming back.
