This second time I have tried Tiff's Treats (1st time was in Georgetown location). But, I have to say, "hands down" , the BEST cookies, other then "Mom used to make"! LOL! My husband's birthday was coming up, and he does not really like cake or cupcakes. So, was so happy about this place, which I remember trying awhile back. I use Uber Eats, and shocked to find them now on them (*even though, they dod not use their delivery service, Tiff's delivers themselves). I found the "birthday package" which included a dozen cookies (could choose two varities ). I chose classic "Chocolate Chip" and "Peanut Butter". They notified me via text upon arrival, and arrived still very warm in box! My husband works from home, so he got it 'hot and fresh' too! He LOVED it! Yeah...Cookies are fantastic as are all the treats. Cookies are about $1.50 each, but damn they are good. Their treats are always consistent. Customer service is hit or miss as we've been here on a few occasions. Sometimes the staff is friendly, other times they seem annoyed you walked in. Look, it's Tiff's Treats, we all know the cookies slap and that's that. What I'm here talk about is the customer service. I set up a big order for all of the teachers at my kids' school. No I'm not rich, they go to a hella small school. Anyways, the teachers get one break so I tried to schedule the delivery during that time. The cookies got delivered early. So I messaged Tiff's Treats because I knew I put the note in about delivery time, but I thought maybe they didn't get the note or maybe the delivery was actually later than they noted, so I wanted confirm just to be safe. To be clear, again, I just wanted to confirm details. Not only did I get an extremely fast response, they automatically offered to resend my big ass order for free at another time. It turns out the early delivery wasn't a big deal so obviously I don't need them to remake six dozen cookies for free, but the fact that they immediately offered and immediately set to make it right is aces in my books. Visiting from Cali i always look for the popular dessert shops when traveling. We heard about this place from a family member that lives in Dallas. We found one in Cedar Texas and decided to give it a go. Cookies are delish and not overpriced. I love the beautiful packaging they give you. Even my ice cream sandwich was packaged. The only downside they have no coffee except refrigerated bottled beverages including some Starbucks bottled coffee. I've never been to a baking shop where no coffee is sold. That was disappointing. There's also no seating inside or out so it's pretty much a quick stop. If they add some sitting areas and offer coffee, it would be 5 stars in my book. They've got a variety of flavors to choose from (I'm a snicker-doodle and oatmeal raisin guy myself), and a couple other menu items you can try. I've had the ice cream sandwich before with 2 different flavors of cookies and WOW....a must try. Staff is always super friendly and cookies come out quick. We love Tiffs and order delivery for friends and family almost weekly. The Cedar Park location is by far the worst when it comes to their curriers and staff. Orders are consistently late (I'm taking over an hour+ late) and cookies arrive cold. If you want on time deliveries with quality cookies, go to a different location. read more

Friends have been treating us with these delicious mouth watering cookies for quite awhile. And since my birthday boy requested these cookies to share with his friends at school I quickly went to their website and ordered some. Their website is very user friendly and easy to use. If you have any questions on your order you can email then and they get back with you very quickly. I ordered 3 dozens of cookies and I assumed (didn't know or ask) that they would be packed separately by the dozen. So when I arrived I noticed that they were all in one box and asked them if they could separate them as some of them were for the birthday boy and the rest were for us to enjoy at home. I apologized and said that it was my first time ordering online and she gave me the tip that I could just add on the comment section that I would like to be separated. She was very friendly and helpful. It was just funny as I was waiting for my cookies that I can overhear everything the staff is talking about in the back as it is an open space. This place is dangerously delicious! Cookies are perfect every time! I started buying from them during COVID so they brought them to my car. I wish they would continue to do this now that the restrictions are becoming more lax, for moms with little ones this is extremely helpful. Anyway, we just can't stop buying! My husband and I ate 2 dozen cookies in 3-4 days. The app is very easy to use. They have a small menu, but that's okay because they've perfected that menu. They add a limited time cookie maybe once a month, I don't pay too much attention. Other cookie places try to have too many cookie options or giant cookie and they're just terrible. If you want Tiffs Treats for delivery, please just go pick up in store. Something important to note is that tiffs treats' delivery's done through DoorDash are done by their own employees. I know it's a Saturday and it's gonna be busy , i mean door dash also said 64 minutes delivery time which we were perfectly okay with waiting for. But come on, 2 and a half hours?? We ordered about 3 things and live 11 minutes away. How can food that has already been prepared in advance take 2 and a half hours to deliver to a location 11 minutes away? Not to mention we had our apartment gate code and building number written on the app for the order, yet our driver texted us and asked what the numbers were. The driver also didn't knock on the door or even text us saying the food was outside, they just dumped the food there and left. All in all the customer service experience was awful and our food arrived luke warm. The food is good and all but don't waste the extra $10-$15 on delivery at this place, you'll regret it. read more

***OPPOSITE of wow*** Today September 10 2018 we ordered the following and I'm not sure if something went bad in all these batches such as they added salt or baking soda in place of the sugar or sweetener. 4 Chocolate chip 4 Macadamia Nut 4 Snickerdoodles 4 M & M 4 Sugar All 4 of us have tried the cookies and agree this is unlike any cookie flavors we have ever had EVER and they were not eatable beyond a bite of each.
